I ordered a wide but couldn't even get my foot in due to the tight strap over the instep.

Firstly, they do not look like the photo. I ordered the chocolate brown, and the sole in the photo looks like stacked faux wood, which is what I was expecting. The sandals I got have black rubber soles, which make the sandal way less dressy than I wanted. Also, the leather material of the sandal is very dull and not as nice as the photo, it's not a computer screen issue. I found that the sandal fit well, although the toe loop part was a bit too stiff for my liking, I can tell it will rub a blister on my toe. So, back they go.

The fit was ok on the initial try-on. I am not sure how comfortable they will be over time. I do not like the cream color. I think it looks like I just played a sport and had to have my feet taped up! I think I would like the style if in a different color -- maybe beige or tan, but not cream.

The leather color is not as pictured. It’s more of a dull pale cheap looking brown.

Cute sandal, however, the strap around my big toe was very uncomfortable. Only on my foot with somewhat of a bunion so maybe that caused the small strap to fit incorrectly. My foot without a bunion felt fine. Will have to return unfortunately.

The strap over the arch is too wide to be attractive. The leather looks cheap. There is zero support, and the sole is thin.

While the design and fit are nice, I've only been able to wear them a few times because the straps chafe the top of my feet and cut into my toes. I'm sure with more wear that may go away (or my feet will get used to it) but I'm not really willing to keep trying.

these are not wide width even though it says so. i normally wear 6.5 wide in every brand but these are way too narrow and short. probably 7 or 7.5 wide would do the trick but it doesn't feel worth risking and I hate to waste carbon feuls to try again.

I have these in a tan color, suede material, so I thought these would work since I needed a black sandal. I was wrong - the material on the black shoe is very different, much stiffer and for some reason they just don't look good. These shoes don't have much arch support, but the squishy sole does make them pretty comfortable.

Cute sandal but there was a large gap at the front end of the large strap that goes across the foot, which looked funny. So unfortunately had to return.

I just received this sandal and it is going back. It is very cheaply made and would not sustain a season of wear, looks cheap too. Color is more bland than in the photo.

Not for high arches, couldn't get these sandals on :(

Usually I like this brand but these were uncomfortable and the leather felt cheap.

As others have said, the Choc Leather was not very rich looking. And the leather seemed cheap to me. For the price, I would expect much higher quality. I wanted to like these, but I had to send them back.

The fit was too wide for a moderately narrow foot.

I love how comfortable these sandals are and super cute and stylish. I am not rough on my shoes and I've worn out 5 pairs of these sandals because the foot-bed comes unglued from the sole. I highly recommend the Alegria brand. Check them out. They are my new favorite.

Oh boy do these make my feet smell. The sole my feet come in contact with just soaks up sweat. It's not leather which contributes to this problem. Otherwise they're mostly comfortable. Look alright, nothing super stylish.

I'm returning these because I don't like the way they make my feet look. They are kind of big and clunky. They seem to be well made and comfortable. I just didn't like how they looked on me. I found a similar style by Lucky Brand that looked better on me.

The color of the actual leather looks much cheaper than in this picture. Did not like it! Kept the black one which looks much better. Sadly.

I was really disappointed when I received my sandals, they looked nothing like the photo and the leather did not feel substantial at all. The sandals looked like they might be priced more like $19.99 rather than the $98.00 I paid for them.

In the picture, this shoe appears to be leather, but it is not... rather it's a cheap plastic. Bait and switch!

The leather is not as pictured. They are blah cheap tan. I read this in other reviews but I guess I had to see for myself :/

This was a very ugly shoe! The strap across my foot was too wide so the shoe flopped around. The leather looks fake. Not impressed. Too bad. I used to love Franco Sarto shoes.
