Comfortable insole, had to buy replacements because the first set wore out. The top fabric started rolling in from the sides...

I own the Renova Pro Caregiver shoes and the original insoles were different than these and thinner. These will not fit even after cutting to size. I still wear them because the shoes have lasted about 9 years and the insoles were the only thing I needed to replace. So, shoe quality is 5 stars but this replacement insole is not the best fit for this shoe. It still feels great on the feet if it weren't so thick for the Timberland Pro Renova caregivers. I guess I'll have to purchase the newer models to hopefully get the same feel during a 12 hour shift.

I'm on my feet for 8 hours, so comfort is a must. These are over priced vs comfort. I wanted insoles like what came in the Timberland Pro, however they don't sell them. Also I called to place my order, and to ask about sizing. I ordered what I was told, but had to trim to fit. Maybe that's a have to thing, but why give size then. One size fits all.

For the price charged the fit should be correct

This product has a short lifespan. Probably because I'm a heavier set guy and my weight is too much for it.

Make your feet to be hot and sweaty the whole time, your feet do not get tired but is very "hot uncomfortable". Maybe good for winter

I bought these to help alleviate shin splints and ball of foot pain when I wear my Timberland boots to work. I had high expectations for these insoles which sadly fell short. It seemed that wearing these only made the pain worse. I honestly hope that my experience is the exception and not the rule and that if you buy these insoles they work great for you. But sadly they didn't work for me.

I've had my Timberland pro direct attach 6" steel safety toe insulated waterproof work boots (women's size 9) for 2 years, wearing them 5 nights a week. The shoes have held up well, but the original insoles were wearing out. I wanted a good replacement so I tried these. I bought a size M based on the size guide. They were huge when they arrived but I knew I'd need to cut them down, so I cut them down using the old insoles as a guide. Trying to get them into my shoes was very difficult because the heel is so wide and thick. Even if it says they're "unisex" they're not really designed for women's shoes. I did manage to basically get them to fit down in my shoes (even though they were still too wide in the heel) and wore them to work. After the first hour my feet hurt to bad I was struggling. I tried again two more times with the same results. It's so disappointing that I paid so much for a product that really doesn't fit women's shoes and is so uncomfortable they're unusable. My old beat up insoles feel way more comfortable than these and I don't understand why it's not an option to buy those exact insoles as a replacement.
