They work great. I bought them as replacement insoles for my hiking boots. My feet were thanking me. :)

They comfortable, but it doesnt last for too long, with every workday use its good for maybe 4 to 5 months, definitely need to pick up an extra set of insoles on purchase of these boots.id give it 7/10

These insoles are pretty good. However, I was expecting them to have a little more of a "hard" arch to help keep my really flat feet from collapsing (like the Vionic brand insole - which are spectacular). I bought these just to see what the Timby product was like, and I put them in my 6" Steel Toe Waterproof Work Boots. They are very comfortable though, and almost like walking on pillows, but not sure how long that will last the longer I wear the work boots. Anyway, I would recommend them because they make a big difference - wishing that Timby would just use these as their standard insole for their work boots instead of the thin cheapie one that come with the boots. #SWEEPSTAKES

I bought a pair of timberland steel toe boots with these included two years ago and I decided to buy a new set to replace them. I have an 8.5w boot, but the medium insole was too big and required a lot of trimming. I ended up cutting too much off the toe. The worn out pair must have been a size small, which according to Timberland, would be too small for my size.

They are comfy insoles provided you are putting them in a shoe/boot with enough room for them. I tried them first in a pair it'd tennis shoe (w/no insole) and they were way too thick. Will be great in my boots, tho. (That is what they're actually made for anyway!)

I bought these insoles and I really enjoy them my feet are half as sore as before and I would recommend them for anyone who stands for long period of time on their feet. I had to trim the insole to feet my boots but had no problem cutting them with sharpe scissors. I just use the insole of my shoes to get a close to perfect cut on the insole.

Fit and size not a problem since you have to cut it to the needed size. It feels good, it provides some cushion

If you're a medium (size8/9), you will probably have to cut it a bit around the toe to fit it in the boot, but once it's in, very comfortable, very good feel!

These insoles are pretty good at what they are intended for. They are double the thickness of the insole provided with timberland boots. They may make it hard to fit into shoes with the added height. They are a bit soft/squishy so they absorb the impact well. The insole is 3 materials that cover the entire length. One fabric, one foam, and one closed cell foam.
