I was hoping that these would be the perfect supportive little flats that were not too flat. I was recently told by my podiatrist to stop wearing perfectly flat shoes, but I love the way they look. These seemed to fit everything that I was looking for - good arch support, a small lift of a heel, well-structured shoes to give good support overall. The problem for me was that the back was so painfully hard that it constantly cut my foot, even after days of breaking them in around the house. They cut straight through Band-Aids and did not seem to be improving at all, so I had to send them back. Perhaps I have sensitive or narrow heels, but they definitely were not going to be wearable for me.

These are decent shoes - not quite perfect, but pretty good. Visually they are great. The texture and design are beautiful and they look great with lots of different outfits. Fairly comfortable, even right out of the box. I experienced some rubbing on the heels initially but that has subsided with wear. My only gripe is that the material on the inner sole is noisy if I don't have nylons or some type of sock on. Makes sort of a sticky sound with every step...which gets annoying.

Love Earthies. Have 3 pairs. Would have kept these, but the color was not in my wardrobe palette. More green like your gramma porch glider than anything found in nature. Sigh...will have to return.

The shoes were cute, but the toe was much more square in person than the pictures showed. That comboed with the roundness by the toes looked kind of funny. The "hidden" heel was a little awkward as well.

Oh, why can't you just love me? I ordered these in biscuit after lusting after them for months. They looked great on...just what I was looking for. They run narrower than my other Earthies, and cut into the side of my foot where my phantom bunion is (had surgery to remove bunion on my right foot several years ago and haven't had any pain from any other shoes). The arch also created a suction/squeak when I walked because it rubbed against my arch. I walked around the house for two days, but no go. Pain and foot farts weren't going to work for me. Had to return them, with a tear in my eye.

Good looking, comfortable shoe. Lining is synthetic though. Thus the return for the lining should be leather as the shoe, Returning.

These shoes have excellent arch support. I have high arches that cause me to suffer almost constantly from plantar fasciitis and these shoes actually have enough support to alleviate the pain. They definitely get a 5 on comfort and support. However, the leather on the outside is nicked and cut very, very easily. The leather on the heel tore and peeled off after just two weeks. The store I bought them from said it was likely caused from driving. The minor friction from driving should not cause this kind of damage. Later, I lightly banged my toe on a staircase, and the bang caused a rip in the leather of the toe as if someone had cut it with a knife. I'm baffled at how a shoe can offer such excellent support on the inside, but show such an extreme lack of durability on the outside.

I had been experiencing some pain in my heel and upon doing a little research decided to try finding a pair of flats that would offer good arch and heel support. I also did not want to compromise on style. Many women's dress shoes that are designed for comfort forget that we ladies like wearing cute shoes. These seemed like a perfect solution. I first ordered the 7 1/2 which is my normal size. They were really tight, but I thought since they are suede they might stretch. After much consideration, I decided to order the 8 and I am sure glad I did. Even these feel tight in the toe box, but it is much better. I have a slightly wide foot so perhaps these shoes were not designed for me. Wish they came in a wide so I could have tried that. When I wear these shoes I do not have heel pain, but I do get pain in the area where bunions develop. I worry that I'm creating bunions for myself by wearing these everyday so I alternate with other shoes. Overall, I must say that I'm disappointed in this purchase. The shoes are quite expensive in my opinion, but I guess I may be more frugal than most. I expected them to be my solution but instead I cannot wait until the end of the day to get them off my feet. The reason I keep wearing them is that I want to at least get my money's worth before searching for a new shoe. Hopefully, I will find a brand someday that provides the support, comfort and style I am so desperately seeking.

This is the updated version of Earthies slip on shoe. Not as comfortable. Same support, but the shoe pinches in the toe bed.

These were half a size too small for me. I am a standard 7½ in Clarks, etc. I really needed ½" higher heel due to plantar fasciitis. But they are cute and a true beige.

I ordered the biscuit color, they looked gorgeous in the picture, but what a disappointment when I received them. The picture shows the pattern going all the way down to the sole, but there was actually a 5/8" strip along the toe area between the pattern and the sole where it was just the plain biscuit-colored leather. Now that I went back to look on the website, you can see something similar in the picture of the silver metallic shoe. You'd think for the price, the shoes would be of more consistent quality. They fit well, but to pay that much, I needed to really like them, so sent them back.

I purchased these in the nude color; they look pretty cute and fit very well on my sometimes problematic (wide toe, high arch) feet. Unfortunately, after about a month the leather upper started peeling, right on the toe. Looks like a scab coming off. I am really disappointed because I would not generally spend quite as much on casual flats unless I thought they were of great quality. For that reason I do not recommend these.

I bought my first pair last spring and I loved them! They had great support and fit great but the fabric at the tip of the shoe peeled off very quickly with very little wear. I thought it might be a fluke, so I ordered them, again! But the same thing happened! I love these shoes I just wish that they would not fray so easily!

These shoes looked great when I first got them. After wearing them a couple times, the top layer is coming off near the toe and side. They are now gray. They are fairly comfortable after standing on my feet all day. I'm not kicking anything or tripping, so I'm not sure why they are wearing off so quickly.

These shoes look nice, but are extremely uncomfortable. The high back was irritating and caused blisters. They also press down on the top of foot, causing a bit of discomfort. I am disappointed in this shoe.

These shoes are so cute! I love the cut-out design and the color. But I am returning them because shoes have to fit without hurting! First of all, I ordered an 8 1/2, the size I wear in almost every shoe including my old Earth shoes. But the leather in these is so stiff I had to use a shoe horn just to get my heel in! Once on the length seemed fine (a perfect heel to toe length fit for me and I have long toes), but the whole rest of the shoe was so tight my foot looked like one of Cinderella's sisters trying on the glass slipper! The edges of the leather bit into my feet all around and it felt like my foot was in a straight-jacket. It is possible that with time the leather would loosen and soften and mold to my feel, I have had shoes that did that, but I can't tolerate shoes I have to endure until they become comfortable (if they ever will). If you have a very narrow foot these would probably be great. The arch support fell in the right place, but I still couldn't even keep them on to walk across the room. Really too bad they are very cute and the style would go with everything.

I really loved this shoe. It's cute, excellent arch support, just fantastic. So I decided to keep them. However, the heel piece is way too stiff, and after only half an hour walking, I had blisters on both sides of both my feet. I don't usually have issues with that at all, so it has to be the shoe. I couldn't get home right away, so now, two weeks after I wore the shoes for about an hour, my feet still haven't healed completely. Very, very disappointed.

Looked like something Minnie Mouse would wear, at least on my feet. I was Also, too big in the heel, even with the higher back. You see women comment on this all the time, so it's time to ask: does ANYONE out there have a fat heel? I was looking for something stylish, athletic and comfortable. The shoe version of those cute sports dresses and skirts. This was just comfortable in a matronly sort of way.

These shoes are beautiful..but I walk a lot for my job. A couple hours into wearing them the first day I had 2 huge blisters on my back heal of one foot. The other one was fine. Great support on the arch. But I will have to return.

had the same sizing issues as another reviewer: the 7 was too big and flipped off my heel, the 6.5 too small and uncomfortable. It's a bummer, because the shoe is super cute and sturdily constructed.

So bummed about these shoes. I actually love them, they are beautiful & comfortable. Perfect to wear to work. However, I purchased them less than 2 months ago & the outer layer is literally peeling off. It started on the heel, of the foot I use to drive with, from simply driving. Now the tops of both shoes are peeling as well. Once the peeling starts it just keeps going. As another reviewer said, it looks like they've been worn for years & this should not happen with shoes that are $140.00! I have only worn them to work & back too. Thankful Zappos is letting me return them. This will be the third time I have sent the Earth Bindis back too. The first couple times were when I first got them, like the other reviews say, they run 1 whole size too big.

Cute but VERY uncomfortable. The balls of my foot hurt after just a short time walking.

I am disappointed in this shoe. The shoe is very comfortable but unfortunately after maybe six wears the leather at the toe area is peeling off. I will say Zappos made good as soon as I called and in two days I have a new pair. I have worn the new pair once and will be watching to see the perforated leather remains in tact.

For as expensive as these shoes are, I am quite disappointed. They are not made from solid leather, there is a black layer laminated on top of the leather. And its peeling off. Seriously?! And I am not hard on shoes. Save your money for better quality and pass on these shoes.
