I ordered my normal size (8.5) and they felt a little short in the toes, but otherwise they fit true to size with no slipping in the heel. I don't know if going up a half-size would have worked, or if that would make them too loose overall. The back of the heel looks very high-cut in pictures, but that's because of the hidden internal wedge; they're actually NOT cut too high. There is moderate arch support, but I would have preferred more. I appreciate the unique color options, but I REALLY wanted something in brown that would be more versatile, so I had to send them back.

These shoes are cute and comfy but the sole squeaks on every hard surface I walked on. For this reason they have to go back.

I've reviewed these shoes before, but I'm updating now that I've had them a while. I like the look- there is a slight wedge heel but the shoe is contoured in a way that it doesn't look overly clunky. The leather on the heel sits high, almost to the achilles tendon, and I had nasty blisters after the first wearing. Probably because that part of my foot isn't used to being touched by shoes other than sneakers. After the initial blisters, I've found the shoes to be very comfortable. Mine fit perfectly, which means there is little room for those little slip-on toe socks. I can wear them with stockings or bare. Maintenance- I got frustrated with the manufacturer because the pattern on the shoe is laser cut and the leather tears away quite easily if you bump the toe. I glued the curled up pieces back into place using toothpicks and Crazy Glue (leather edition). I ended up covering the entire toe with more glue to prevent future bumps, and you can't tell the glue-covered part from the rest. There is one scuff near the heel that I can't do much about; the smooth leather finish is gone and now it's almost like suede. Definitely noticeable and disappointing. I love these shoes, hence I was willing to jump through some hoops to maintain them, and I'll probably buy more from this brand. I wish the leather finish was more durable for the price, though.

I didn't want to return these! I really didn't. They were so cute and what everyone says about the support is so, so true. But they were just a little too narrow for my wide toes/narrow heel combination feet, a little too unaccommodating of my bunion, they squeaked when I walked on some surfaces, and the biscuit color was just a little too dark. The kicker was the seam in the insole, right at the ball of the foot padding. I tried so hard not to notice it, but I have some issues with fat padding on the bottoms of my feet and every time I put the shoes on it was, "Oh yes, there's that spot again." I think the width would've stretched out fine with some use, but I just couldn't get past the seam in the insole. They are pretty shoes, and they are definitely worth a try. I know that I'm very picky, but why shouldn't I be?

Pretty shoe, fit is "interesting". There is a slight lift to the shoe which is comfortable. The shoes felt snug (in a good way) but after a few hours I ended up with blisters that I had to pop and bandage before I could go running the next day. I chalk the blisters up to owning no other shoes that sit quite so high on the heel as these so the skin wasn't prepared. I can see wearing these shoes quite often, though, so I will keep wearing them with the expectation that the hot spots will acclimatize to the high material.

This pair of shoes is beautiful and I would love to be able to keep it but - I am not sure it's the shoes or my own feet- the right side felt a lot narrower than the left side and it hurt when I walked. The left shoe, however, was perfectly fine.

These are beautiful little shoes. They are made from nice leather and an easy color to pair with casual outfits. Unfortunately I have very difficult feet to fit. These are slipping off of my heels. I have been told that I have narrow heels and large forefoot. Anyhow they have to go back. But I have other styles from this maker, and I absolutely love them!

I ordered these in black a couple of weeks ago, and broke them in. They're lovely. They are a little pricey, but extremely well made, with exceptional arch support. I am a small size five and usually wear Munro American. There is a small heel hidden under the outer covering and the narrow outer sole allows for a wider range of motion. They're very soft and smooth inside and don't give me blisters even though I have very thin skin. So they're really comfortable to walk in. I love these.

Wish it worked. 9.5 slipped in the heel, but the 9 is too tight in the toes and short in the length. I just love this shoe. Guess it wasn't meant to be.

I regret keeping these shoes. They're super cute, and I love the concealed wedge. However, walking less than a mile in them resulted in a blister the size of a half-dollar that still isn't fully healed two weeks later. I normally wear an 8.5, but my feet felt really stuffed into these in an 8.5, so I ordered a 9. The 9 felt a hair loose, but I thought adding heel liners helped enough. I was wrong.

These shoes are adorable - a perfect summer skimmer/flat with great cutout detailing and a gorgeous teal color. They'd be perfect with skirts or pants, khakis, denim, etc. Sadly I found them to be a bit on the small/tight side. And even if one could stretch them out a bit I think they'd generally remain uncomfortable because they are a warm weather show and your feet tend to swell in warm weather. Sad to have to return them as I wear a 12 and that's as large as they go.

I bought size 9 in black, and right out of the box they are comfortable and cute. My roommate loved them. I just went for a 20 min walk and had rubbing on my back right heel, but figure they will wear in quickly. These are my first flats. I am recovering from a long bout of plantar fascitis (the solution for me is rolling my foot on a tennis ball, until it hurts so good, for 10 min every morning while blow drying my hair. I wish I had known this in the beginning). I am tired of tennis shoes, and think this is a great non-tennis shoe solution for everyday wear.

The 100% leather shoe is just beautiful with the little filigree type cutouts and I was SO disappointed that it is too large for me. My normal size, before little toe bunions, that is, :-/ was a 10 B, and I frequently could wear a 9 W just fine, but not in this shoe! I shall hope an 8 1/2 W will be available.

Not my favorite shoes, to be honest. I kept them because I needed a decently comfortable and nice-casual shoe for a work event.But they are a little snug, and I think there are more flattering shoes out there for the same comfort and price.

These shoes were amazingly comfortable and went well with everything. Unfortunately, after wearing them just a few times, the material above the heel began to peel on both shoes as well as across the toes. I am returning (thanks for easy process Zappos!) because for the price, the shoe shouldn't wear out this quickly, but they were incredibly comfortable.

I love the look and feel of these shoes. They are insanely comfortable and super cute. However, I am on my second pair of the "biscuit" color and they scuff so easily and the leather peels back! I also bought them in black and this hasn't happened yet but if you look closely, you can see the scuff marks. I wear them to work and I am just walking during the day, nothing crazy. If they could just make these a little more durable, they would be perfect. For the price you would think they would last longer.

I found these shoes in a brick-and-mortar shoe store in a 12, and fell in love with them - great color, pretty laser cutting, comfy arch support. But alas, they were too big (mostly length-wise). So I turned to Zappos and ordered an 11, which seemed promising. When I tried them on, though, I found that they were too short in length and rather narrow around the ball of the foot. I'm returning them, sad to say. I could have dealt with the narrowness if the length had been better.

Sending back due to odd fit. Tried size 8 and 8.5. Neither size was comfortable. The excellent arch support was too close to my heel and caused pain the longer I wore the shoes. I could only handle them for about an hour due to my plantar fasciitis.

These have potential (I'll review again after getting a new size), but the size 8s are not long enough for my always-wear-a-size-8-feet! I also agree with another reviewer who said they have an old lady look to them. Because of the free return/shipping policy, I am willing to try 8.5 to see if they work. If not, these are too expensive to keep if they don't fit properly.

I love the look and feel of these shoes; however, like another reviewer, these shoes are "delicate" and are quite banged up from just day to day walking around. The slightest touch and the outer layer of the leather peels back. I'm very disappointed in the quality of leather considering the price -- at this price point I expect my shoes to look great for at least a year and these were banged up within the first few outings. Earthies, if you're listening, I would buy these in several colors if it weren't for this.

These shoes are very comfortable though they are a bit short for me. I don't like the toe being so flat. It tends to make them look old ladyish. Sorry I have to send them back.

Very comfortable flats! I've never had such good arch support from a flat before. However! The pattern on the toe of the shoe peels off very easily and makes them look ratty! I've worn these shoes to work (just walking around indoors!) 4 times now and they look like I've had them for over a year. I will be returning them.

I love this style and have been eying them since last year. I tried them on in a store but we're way too if in my usual size. I ordered these and they were just too tight for me. Plus the leather is very stiff and not giving at all. I just couldn't justify the expense for a shoe that doesn't make my feet go "ahhhh."

I am slightly disappointed, I like the style very much. I am looking for a nice pair with a bit of a lift (not absolutely flat) for some time. First of, the shoe is not steady, there is a weird feeling when you walk. The lining is not leather so there is not much hope it is going to "fit your foot" after some time. The sock, although great that is reinforced, adds a half size to your foot, so it will probably dig the ground from time to time. If you have some problems with first metatarsal joint (even if it is just a bit enlarged), you shouldn't go for those, you will be in pain even trying them on.

These shoes look cute, but they were not comfortable. The edges rubbed in the toe area; they were also stiff and did not mold to the foot.
