I could MAKE these work but for over $100 I shouldn't have to make a homely pair of sneaks work cuz my feet are wide

I ordered 1/2 a size up in this shoe, but it was tight in the toe, and although I ordered a wide, it did not feel wide at all. Overall, the shoe was not comfortable.

I’ve worn New Balance for years. This particular shoe felt very stiff. Ordered usual size 6ww and where too tight so exchanged for 61/2 ww and still tight. I think maybe because these are all leather on top May be why I don’t feel as comfortable in these. I think it is still a good shoe just not for me.

These are probably great for someone without bunions. I need to order a wide

I liked the material and how the shoe looked but unfortunately it was narrow in fit and made my thin socks bunch up.

Look nice. I ordered an extra wide and way too narrow. Returning them.

The toe box on this shoe is very narrow, I am sending these back.

I need shoes that have a curved shape, wider at the toes than the heels. These were shaped for narrow feet. Had to return, they did not work for me.

In spite of being a half size up, the right shoe rubs my toes.

I wear a size 10 N and ordered a half size up as reviewers had suggested in this shoe but it was still too short. I am not happy that New Balance has changed their sizes so much.

These shoes run short. I was really disappointed since I have a narrow foot and so few athletic shoes come in narrow. A full size larger would have been too big and they did not come in a half size in my size. Had to return them.

I have always worn NB tennis shoes, am a senior, and my feet have gotten wider so that I need a W shoe. This shoe is not comfortable, not wide enough in the toe box. I am very frustrated.

I usually wear an 8 extra wide so ordered an 8.5 and a 9 EE based on comments. I really hoped it would work but the toe box was very tapered and narrow. It looks nice but was too tight across the base of my toes and caused my toes to cramp. I have a high instep and could hardly get the shoe closed with the short laces. It is not wide enough across the instep. The next size up ( a full size bigger than my usual) was roomy enough but had way too much length. I also wear an orthotic and the heel on this shoe was barely deep enough for the orthotic. My heel kept popping out. I have been trying for months to find good court shoes and I really wanted these to work. I can't imagine why this extra wide comes with such a tapered toe. People with wide feet need more room in the toe box! I wore New Balance for years and am so disappointed that they have moved to this narrow profile. The only shoe I can find wide enough is the Saucony ProGrid but it is not a court shoe ... just making due for the moment.

I agree with the other reviewer who said that new balance 2E is no longer as wide as it used to be. I have been purchasing new balance 2E width for years and I am very disappointed that they have decided to go narrower to save a few pennies. While the shoe looked good it did not fit as I expected it to. I sent them back. I hope New Balance gets the message someday that this was not a wise decision.

Ordered the wide because the regular width was too tight. But these are too big - heel slips out & toe box is huge!

I actually loved the shoe, fantastic support. However, after wearing them for only 4 weeks, the soles are already worn out, which is crazy. I do play lots of tennis, but am usually able to keep them for about 3 months. I contacted Zappos about this, and they wouldn't help me, they said I had to go through New Balance directly, which was quite disappointing. I guess I will be buying directly from NB moving forward, if they can't provide me support after purchase.

New Balance has always been my go to shoe, I have wide feet I ordered this one in a 2EE and was not wide enough do not know if it is just in this style or has New Balance changed their sizing

The tongue of this shoe is very long and causes it to rub against the lower leg uncomfortably. Will be returning them.It's unfortunate, because the rest of the shoe is very comfortable.

Narrow width great on the heel and the "waist" of my foot, but the toe box was too narrow. So I had to send them back.
