I have purchased and been pleased with NB shoes for years. My practice is to find a pair and size I like and then buy a second pair before they stop making that style. My most recent purchase of this style did not work out well. The original size 13 narrow was a great fit and I wore them till the soles were giving out. I switched to the other pair I had in storage....exact same size. They pinched my toes. I gave them a chance to break in but they never did. I am very disappointed that this would happen on my favorite brand of shoe. They have been in storage for over a year so I guess I must eat the loss.

So the shoes are a step up from the $80 shoes I usually buy - the sole does not flex as much and break down from lateral pressure. I lowered the style points because the bleach white is not in style and the other colors were limited, shame on them. We are not all 90 years old sitting on the porch, I play with these shoes each week.

This is the first time that I have owned New Balance shoes so I wasn't sure of the exact size so I purchased the same size tennis shoe I had previously and they were 1/2 size too small. Once I replaced them with the correct size they fit great. I have an A width foot and these are the only tennis shoe that comes in a Narrow so they were a welcome surprise since I didn't need to add anything to the shoe to correct the fit.

Comfortable, good balance, works well with my orthotics. Feet feel less fatigued, as is the case with all of the New Balance shoes I have used. I would recommend these to everyone.

Wide and comfortable and plenty of toe room. Had good luck finding shoes that fit from New Balance.

Poor arch support and insole is hard. I ordered 2EE, but shoe is too wide. Not to proper size.

Seems like a well constructed shoe but had to return it because it was too narrow. I ordered both a 9 and 9.5 in a 4E width because I have duck feet. Unfortunately, they both felt more like an E width.

My tennis shoes were shoddy. Stitching near top eyelet was coming apart. There was a cut on rear left shoe. These shoes were a replacement for shoes which had worn out after 5mos. with very limited wear. The replacement shoes did not appear to be first quality.

Having really wide feet (4E) has made it really difficult to find good tennis shoes, however, these are perfect; fit great, run great, feel great. Love them.

Good shoe for a wide foot. I got the 2E, 9.5. My food measures 9.5 so it seems that there is no reason to compensate, that is if 10 order a 10, etc. Exterior seems durable. Good buy. If the price seems high, remember your feet are important!

I play tennis several times per week. This shoe is outstanding. The wide fit was true to size. Very durable shoe. Definitely recommend.

My son loves these shoes. He loves the style and his feet are very comfortable,
his toes have wiggle room.
The last two pair of shoes that I purchased for my son was New Balance because
my son has wide chunky feet & New Balance carries wide width in a multitude of styles. Thanks Zappos, hope to see more styles in different brands in a wide
width style. Felipe.

I have narrow feet, so these days finding narrow tennis shoes is not easy. New Balance is about the only maker who specifically makes narrow shoes. I am happy Zappos stock them.

I Had trouble finding a 13EE sneaker. Every store I shopped had 13D then skipped to 134E. I bought the 134E's and found they were too wide, and caused corns on small toes.
Finally my foot doc told me about Zappos, that they would have 13EE's and they did. I bought them from Zappos and am a happy camper. They fit perfectly. I never bought such an expensive sneaker, but am glad I finally did.

My son has a size 15 shoe. He is 6'3 and needs a lot of lateral support in tennis. This shoe is well built, has a long life and provides the support he needs. I truly believe New Balance is the best option for the big boys with big feet...

Finally a white sneaker that fits my hubs feet! With Nike and some other brands making their Medium width narrower and narrower it is hard to find shoes that fit for him. Since manufacturers can't ever leave a good thing alone we are ordering another pair now so there is no disappointment next year when we go to order this shoe and find out they don't make them this way or at all.

I've had this model in the past. In fact I am wearing it now. Ordered another pair. Same size as I have. New shoes too narrow. Ordered half size larger - too narrow. Obviously they are making this model narrower. The width, 4e.

Like the shoes a lot so far for comfort, fit and support - I have a long history of trouble finding tennis shoes that meet those requirements. But haven't worn them long enough yet to comment on durability.

Chose these with a lot of terrific, knowledgeable assistance from Zappos staff and they are perfect! Looking for tennis shoes that were generous enough for my son's large. Size 15 and wide foot while not breaking the bank. He plays tennis in these and finds them very comfortable. Often, because he is flat-footed--his feet tire easily. That has not been the case with these and we are thrilled!

My husband bought these and he just loves them. He says that they are extremely comfortable, feels good on the feet, he does not have to wear his orthotics. They have very good support and well made. This sneaker is also designed very well.
I'd also recommend:
none, New Balance is the best for foot support, my doctor even recommends them.

Love this shoe. I play about 2-3x/week and the 4E is perfect width and allows for my orthotics insert. The toe box has a solid rubber tip that won't rip or tear from on-court toe drags, like I tend to do. Super comfortable and stable laterally. Not the lightest shoe, but that's not an issue given the comfort and support. Because I have wide feet and need orthotics (had achilles surgery years ago) I pretty much only buy New Balance. These I highly recommend.

This is a New Balance shoe so there is no surprises regarding sizing compared to other New Balance shoe. I am using this shoe for training and walking and it works very well in this service.

I must have had 20 pairs of these tennis shoes, or their predecessors. After years of buying size 12's, I had to move to a 12 1/2.
