Had the white ones last summer and liked them so much I ordered the black ones too. After about two wearings these are the most comfy shoes in my closet.

I am really impressed with Zappos, the prices, the shipping (really quick), the selection, the shoes I have purchased, their policy and I could go on. I haven't had the greatest luck shopping online until I tried Zappos. I have recommended Zappos to several friends.

I was very pleased to find Softspots Trinidad in black on Zappos.com. I have a white pair and a tan pair now black. They are very comfortable.

It took me three tries to get the right size but it was worth the wait. These are so comfortable and they get lots of compliments. I have to say that I was only looking for shoes to wear occasionally but these I wear often. Zappos has the best return policy. That is why I shop here. Thanks again for the great customer service.

I have only purchased from Zappos once, but I was completely satisfied. They had the item I wanted (even though I couldn't find it on other websites), the price was right, and free shipping! I will continue to shop Zappos in the future!

I love these shoes. I buy a new pair every other year at least. This time I bought a natural and a black pair.

Excellent customer service!. The shoe was larger than usual sizing but with one phone call Zappos sent new size next day delivery! Return was simple and free. Very nice shoe and in stock.

Very comfortable shoe. Wore it on vacation, through airports, sight-seeing, etc. No blisters, no rubbing. Cool, easy off/on for travel. I've worn them so much I've stretched them. May have to place heel liners. 8.5 AA perfect. I did place a foot bed liner for added cushion.

Love the look and feel if these shoes. Have them in natural and black. The black fades onto my feet...didn't notice the first time I wore them, but second time definite fade.

I am a teacher on my feet all day, and these are wonderful. Cool for August school days, well fitting and so comfortable. My large foot presses against the leather straps so it looks slightly off on close inspection, but I have immense feet -- 12ww -- so I wouldn't worry.

I've always loved this style of shoe, its looked, the air it lets in, that it can be casual or dressed up enough for some business. The challenge is fit, especially with my wide foot. The leather gives after a few days, but it's been tough to find the size that both lets me get it on day one yet stays on my foot after it stretches. For me, the answer was to keep my normal size 8.5, but go WW on width, it took a few size experiments to find out which is why I love Zappos free shipping both ways. Now they feel and look great, got them in 3 colors!

Love these shoes! They are comfortable and where easy to break in. I have them in black and tan.

I just ordered my second pair in a different color because the first is just so comfortable. They will stretch some but I have never had a new pair of shoes be so comfortable from the first time I put them on. My daughter ordered 2 pair and 2 for her daughter so yes we love these shoes.

I was thrilled with this shoe! I was exactly the right width, it wasn't too tight, no blister on the heel.

I'd been looking for this shoe and finally found them on Zappos! I love this shoe so much, they're so comfortable and look good with everything! I would definitely buy this shoe again and may one day do so in another color.

This shoe is light, airy and comfortable. I also bought the same shoe in white. Do keep in mind that the shoe will stretch a little so if it feels a little tight initially just wear it for a short period of time for a few days and before you know it, it will fill like a glove.

Put the on first time. They fit like a glove and I wore them all day! Love, love, love.

I love these shoes! Talk about comfort! They have a lot of support and are well made. I ordered an EE and they are wide enough which makes my feet happy. They can be worn casual or dressy which is also very nice.

These are nice summer shoes, comfortable, good for when your pedicure is not in perfect condition. Good with jeans, shorts, pants, skirts. I ordered a half size smaller and a width less than my usual size to get a good fit.

wish these came in more colours. Perfect summer shoe and comfortable. Initially I tried on one shoe and thought it was so uncomfortable - sort of cutting into my foot - then realized I hadnt removed the cardboard insert!

Goodness Gracious! I am so happy! I've always wanted shoes like this. But with a 10.5 slim (usually) I didn't think it was possible. I chanced the 10 N and they fit! No one knows the misery of having long slim feet except those of us that do!

I like the shoes very much. They do run a little large so I did put a strip in the heel to stop it from slipping which works fine. They are comfortable and very attractive.

The softspots are great and can not wait to wear they down the shore. Very soft and comfortable, also easy to get off and on.

Perfect summer dress shoe for my 9yo daughter. She has a very wide foot and is extremely sensitive to how things fit on her body. It was good to find a cute, youthful shoe in a 9WW. It's a little long on her, but too be honest, it's probably why she is okay with the feel. We might just have to stuff some cotton in the toe so it doesn't flop off her foot.
