These shoes are beautiful and extremely lightweight but they run a bit small and on the narrow side (and I have normal width feet). I will be returning them for half a size larger and see if that helps the narrow issue, too.

I'm usually a size 11 in Nikes but had to size up to an 11.5 because they were a little short from heel to toe and tight across the ball of my foot. I would recommend going up a half size.

Love them. They're definitely training shoes and not performance shoes. They're super squishy so they add some resistance when you run but they're very stable and comfortable. They feel great on feet sensitive to impact.

Runs at least a half size small. Very roomy toe box. Wider than most Nike shoes. Very light. Heel construction smoother than previous versions. Ordered the "crimson." It's really hunter orange. LOL.

Love how cute these sneakers are but I am a size 8 (with a narrow foot) and my toe was right against the front in an 8. Lots of good arch support. Need to check if they come in half sizes. If not, the 9 will be too big. I bought these for my Zumba classes.

Love these sneaks. They are a little tough to get on, but that is the only downside. They are comfortable and light on my feet. I love them for cross training.

Love these shoes! It's like being barefoot with support. They are very light with a soft foot bed. I feel they run about a size smaller than marked. I normally wear a 7 1/2 in other Nike shoes. As always, Zappos is amazing.

Very comfortable and light weight. True to size but for a narrow foot. Feels like elastic when putting on because they are very flexible and mold to your feet. I have a lot of problems with my feet and they are comfortable for me. They don't hurt my bunions.

I love these shoes! Just looking at them makes me happy (they're my favorite color) and they are so much lighter and more comfortable and stylish than my old pair. They make running vastly more attractive. I wear them mainly in the gym, I've been considering buying another pair for running on trails so these can stay the gorgeous color they are now.

I am always a 8½ in running shoes, but these I had to size up to a 9. I thought they fit much smaller than other Nike shoes. Overall, I absolutely love them! They are so cute. I am obsessed!

I had the Lunar Glides but after bad shin splints I had to find some other shoes. I have had Nike Frees before and I am sure glad that I returned to them. I have no regrets! Make sure to get a size larger than normal but other than that they are very comfortable and worth the money.

I love Frees period, but I really like these 5.0's! They are everything you expect from a Nike Free, lightweight, comfortable, and stylish. Love the bright colors.

I have found my new workout shoes! These were actually recommended to me as good Zumba shoes and I think they will be amazing for that purpose. I don't know how they would be as a running shoe, but what I can say is that they fit you like a glove or as the person in the video says, they give a "sock-like" feel. I love when a shoe feels like it was made for me! SO comfortable. I have been trying for the last six months to find a shoe to replace my old Nike 2s which I can no longer find even at online discounters. These are them! In fact, I love them so much, I am probably going to order at least one other pair to keep for when these wear out within the next few weeks. I also ordered the men's pair for my husband! My only hope is that they remain available for a LONG time and that Nike doesn't ruin them with an "upgrade."

A physical therapist friend of mine recommended that I try moving towards minimalist running shoes after years of shin problems including stress fractures from my normal running shoes with a 12mm heel drop. I opted for the Nike Free 5 since they offer a gradual step towards a lower heel drop. I have only run in them about five times now, but so far I have had zero shin pain. They are extremely comfortable for walking and running, and they fit well even on my long, very narrow feet. They are definitely different from your typical running shoes, in that you can feel your feet flex more, but for me it hasn't been a harsh transition so far. I initially ordered a 10½ which is my usual Nike size, but they were too tight, and the 11 fit perfectly. They are definitely worth a try for anyone who wants to move towards minimalist running.

I love this shoe!! I own all colors except the crimson. I'm a size 5 and the Nike Free 5.0 make my feet look cute and small. I wear this to my bootcamp classes. I run and do sprints. It feels very comfortable and I get lots of compliments!!

This is a light and comfortable pair of shoes. They feel a little snug, but that is probably what they are supposed to do. They provide support all around.

This shoe is super comfortable. I don't use it for running, I just use it for everyday walking. I use this shoe when I need a cute athletic piece to complete my outfit, but I don't want that bulky "workout shoe" look. I personally feel that this shoe does not give enough support or shock absorption for heavy running and would choose a shoe with a gel support built into the bottom. For everyday use, this shoe is light and a joy to wear. You hardly even feel like you have anything on your foot. I also use this shoe for traveling and it is easy to take on and off at airport security. It feels like I am wearing slippers on my flights because my foot doesn't feel as restricted. It is also very packable and durable.

Got these 2 days ago. I wear 7 in Nike but I have Nikes that I must wear with athletic cushy socks like the Dual Fusion and Nike that I have to wear with thin/ liner type socks, this is definitely the kind I have to wear with thin socks. My feet are narrow so of I go up a size the width would be way too wide (something that happens to me with almost all shoes). I do not run but I walk a lot and they are awesome. I got the wolf grey/pink force color. The pink part of the heel is soft which I like but some runners may not. As always ordering from Zappos was an awesome experience.

My now old running shoes were the Reebok "RunTone" (which I didn't find out about the lawsuit until about a month ago) which feel so chunky, huge, and ugly on my feet compared to these. I literally just received and opened my package (only took 2 business days to get to me) and I love them. I thought they would be more red though. They are actually a lot brighter/neon (brighter orangeish red...strange but cool color). I was disappointed at first glance but putting them on I instantly fell in love. Also the "pearl pink" sole looks white... which doesnt matter to me they look great. They're extremely comfortable, I feel like I've had these for years. Very happy with my purchase!

BUY. IT. NOW. This is a high end running shoe. If you are new to barefoot-style running, this shoe is for you. It has adequate cushioning and support for a forefoot runner like myself and using this shoe has corrected a lot of arch issues I had with other running and sport shoes. I wear it everyday. Your feet will EXALT YOUR NAME! P.S. Runs a little small so buy a size larger.

Tight! This is a comfortable shoe as far the the sole, but the strings don't slide at all and they stay tight. Also, the tongue is too short and when I tied it, the knot was sitting on my foot instead of the tongue.

This is my third pair of Nike Free's, and while this model offers a bit more cushion than the earlier ones, which is nice because they are still very lightweight and minimalist, it is boxier (wider and shorter). I always wear a 9.5 in running shoes (9 in regular shoes), and my toes are out at the end of these ones. I want to try a 10, but they are sold out in the color I want at Zappos, so I need to look for them in a store. I fear that with they extra length, they will be too wide.
