I ordered these shoes for my thirteen year old son and he is thrilled with them! They are bright and fun and comfortable! Thanks Zappos, for making shopping easy!

Great shoes overall. I've had three of these shoes in the last 2 years and haven't had any problems with them. They're light, sturdy, mildly stylish for being a running shoe and an inexpensive buy.

These appear to be very comfortable - but the sizing is just absurd. I normally wear an 8.5 in Nike, but ordered a 9 in these. The 9 is skin-tight, I'm sending back in favor of a 9.5. I've never bought a size 9.5 in my life - Nike seriously needs to rethink the labeling/sizing on these.

Great looking and very light sneaker. I felt that it fit a little snug and I think it was because the tongue and the rest of the sneaker are one piece- the tongue is not loose. For whatever reason, this makes the sneaker feel a little cheap, too.

Actually, I bought a second pair because I liked the first pair so much. Downside, the second pair didn't fit even though it was marked as being the same size as the first pair -- I had to return the second pair, too small. Looks like there might be a quality issue at Nike. So, my comments only apply to the pair of Frees that actually fit me. They're very light, the fabric is rugged but flexible. Padding is good but not pillow-like. The sole material is tough but springy and flexible. The sole is awful about picking up small rocks, be careful if you wear the shoes indoors after a run outdoors. Lace alignment is slightly off center by design, looks a little weird looking down at them but it's comfortable that way and you're the only one who will notice it. I now only use the shoes for treadmill runs, they're perfect for that. Bottom line, love the shoes and would love to have a 2nd pair, maybe a nice gray, but I'm nervous about Free 5.0 sizing inconsistencies. On the other hand, Zappos no-questions return policy made it super easy to return the pair that didn't fit. All said, I'm a happy camper.

These sneakers are great! They are very light and feel like slippers on your feet. The only thing is they can get a little roughed up at the toe point, especially if you wear them for Crossfit workouts. For running though they are great and I will buy another pair. Definitely follow the advice of others in the reviews and go a size larger than you are use to with Nike. I used to buy a size 11 in Nike and had to go up a full size!

Quite a comfortable shoe! The aesthetic grey wiring provides an interesting style element. I only had issue when walking a lot on small loose rocks because they tend to get stuck in between the flexible grooves on the bottom. Other than that, it feels good.

These are pretty good shoes. They are not very supportive but they feel great in a gym or when I am out and on my feet all day.

My favorite shoe. I have 3 pairs and resent it when I have to wear something else. Light, comfy and stylish.

A little more narrow than the previous Free Runs I've worn before which makes them a little more uncomfortable and takes them a little while to break in. Other than that they're a great shoe. So far two months in they're durable and still look good.

I like these shoes; however, I have been having shin problems running in these things yet. If you are jumping into the natural style, I'd recommend something halfway there before using these. But these are great shoes for natural style running.

Loved them for the first month. Because of my low arch, I could feel the place for the Nike+ sensor under my foot after the insoles got worn in. I've since bough thicker insoles but then the shoe is a tight fit. I only wish they came in non-Nike+ versions.

Very nice pair of Nikes. I bought them for my son, he has a high instep and this make really fits his foot well. His foot is long and narrow for a male and this shoe is a match for his foot.

Good fit, width, and design. Quality is slightly lacking. Front of the shoe looks as though it was not put together to standards (as seen in stores). Bits of white on the black; stitching is loose/torn in a single spot.

These are great shoes. I have been wearing size 12 Nikes for years and these fit great. They are a bit tighter behind the toes but nothing that will not be worn in. They have great arch support. I have flat feet and these really help build up an arch. The only problem with these shoes is that if you are planning on wearing them as everyday shoes, they do not do a lot for warmth and the paint on the very tip chips off pretty fast. Other than that they are great!

The Nike Free running are the most comfortable pair of shoes - I have to try extremely hard to wear other shoes after having these on my feet. Whether running, walking or just hanging out, they are super comfortable and set a very high standard.

I really like the shoes but the arch support may be a problem in the future. They will be okay if the shoes eventually mold to my foot. I normally only buy New Balance shoes because of my troublesome arches but I'll guess we will see. Time will tell...

I ordered these for my teenage son. He loved the colors and the comfort of them. Unfortunately, they were half a size too small. I had to return them, and his size was sold out. Thanks, Zappos customer support, for helping me find shoes for him and deliver them before the first day of school!

They are a little narrow. I wear size 14 shoe normally and I ordered a 14. But they are very comfortable and match everything!

These shoes look good and have are nice and snug but as others have pointed out, they run really small. Count on going up a size from your current shoe, unless you're already wearing Nike's. I've been wearing size 9.5 New Balance, D Width shoes for the past 5 years and decided to switch over. I had some wiggle room to spare in my NBs but I couldn't get either of my feet comfortably inside a size 10 of the Nike 5.0s. Go big.

I previously had Free Run 3 & 4 which are much more softer and had flexible soles than this pair. I kind of missed that. Also on the color it is much much brighter than the picture shows. For the first time I want my shoes to get dirty. It is a attention gatherer, more than i expected. Other than that it is comfy, fits right. I also didn't much care about the new lace loops. When the shoes are untied they sag to the sides sometimes, not an issue but minor annoyance.

Not true to size. I wear a solid size 10 and had to go to an 11 w/this shoe. love the shoe once it fits.

I'm convinced that these are the most comfortable shoes you can wear to run in! They literally fit the cliche of "walking on clouds." Between the sock-like and lightweight design, you'll fall in love with these sneakers immediately. They run about a full size small (for me), but once I found the size that fit, I haven't been happier. Just don't be like me and run/train in them (just about daily) with no socks on, because they will begin to smell a bit. #JustSaying lol

These shoes are insanely comfortable. Like walking on marshmallows. However, they had to be returned because other parts of the shoe were not what I personally needed. There is very little shoe support for your ankle or foot, the shoe is made to be ultra flexible so it's basically built like a water shoe with a lot of neoprene and stuff. This also started to cut some circulation from my feet when I tightened down the laces, which really, you probably don't need to do. If you are into naked or almost naked foot running or whatever, these may be a great option, they are by far the most comfortable shoe I've had on in a long time. I wish I could find these soles on something with a little more upper structure as I'm looking to use these as a casual/ gym shoe and really want some extra ankle support. I also hate wearing shoes without socks, these are definitely a snug 10 on me with regular socks, so you could probably go sock-less in them and not need to move down a size. It just icks me out not to have socks on in shoes for some reason. Style wise, I though I liked the design of these and then I me them in person and that green is not great. It's like a dull, washed out forest green with too much blue in it. I was thinking of returning and getting the black, but I think I'll look for something similar.
