This s a beautiful sandal, well made, but it was too narrow in the instep for me. I though it would stretch, but could not tolerate the discomfort. Really liked these sandals but could not wear them. Gave them to my sister and she loved them and the fit was perfect.

I have two pair of FitFlops that I have enjoyed for several years. I was disappointed that the current style have a new sole that is about 1/2" narrower than my originals. The side of my foot hangs off, and thus they are going back.

Shoes are very comfortable, but very clunky looking. The vamp is wide and high.

I really wanted to love these but they fit horrible!!! These shoes are absolutely NOT for a wider foot. I wear a C width and my foot was hanging off the side. Even my husband had to comment of that problem. I will say that this shoe is made for long toes and not short toes, but that could be that the strap across the arch was tight and unforgiving... another one of the problems. This shoe is not made for a padded arch. However, the shoe did feel soft and comfortable. Returning to Zappos ASAP. Tganks Zappos for making this easy peasy.

They look great but were not comfortable. They were side over the band that goes across the instep.

I wanted to like these shoes. I can only walk short distances in them. Fine for short distances then my feet hurt. The upper toe thong are a bit high for me. I wear a 7 in normal shoes but in fitflops I usually take a 6.

The seam near the toe was uncomfortable. Wish the strap was adjustable because it's a little big. Will be returning.

I have bad neuropathy in both feet so I was really hoping these shoes would be a god send for me. Although they are comfortable initially, the toe ridge rubs the ball of my foot back and forth as I walk. This is the nature of a flip flop, they rub. I think if it didn't have this toe ridge I could wear them. By the end of my first day wearing them I could barely walk. So disappointed because they are cute for orthotic type shoes.

sole and color looked cheap to me - just personal preference. They were comfortable - which was disappointing

Loved the look of these flip flops but they were way too large/wide. Couldn’t walk on them w/o falling over since they were so big & fit so poorly-so they went back.

Loved the look, style and color(cream). Disappointed in the fit. If you have a high instep or a wide foot these will probably work for you. They were very sloppy on my foot because the band cannot be adjusted and it was too big around, also my pinkie toes seemed to hang over the edge in front which was uncomfortable on other shoes there is a dip that forms to your foot bed slightly, these are just very flat and sloppy fitting. Great looking shoe and color just poor fit. Zappos however is THE best

After many years of LOVING these fit flops, these are narrower than my previous 3 pair and i have returned them.

Very hard to size these shoes. I used the template, ensured it was accurate, and chose the size indicated by the template. Yet, the shoes were too big.

I normally wear a size 7 but I need a 6 in FitFlop. I have another pair that fits just fine but in this style my foot did not feel secure because the strap is too loose.

I Love Fit Flops- but these are Way too wide for my foot. And I'm upset that there is no alternate width to order. These Mediums feel like a D width.

These are clearly comfortable and good looking shoes but the manufacturer does not make a 10½ (which millions of women wear). The 10 is too small and the 11 too big. That is such a shame. I absolutely love the shoes!

Beautiful shoe, fits in length perfectly but top strap is way too loose. Feels like they are coming off any second.

Disappointed. The foot bed is nicely cushioned, but they are not snug enough on my foot. I do not have narrow feet at all, and yet these feel very sloppy on my foot.

I have 2 nieces that rave about this shoe (similar) re: comfort, so I felt I had to try it. It's okay but maybe doesn't fit as snug as I like. Thought it would work but doesn't. I'd send it back but my hubby mistakenly threw out the box! Will probably give it to my niece.

Love these but sizes would not work for me. I wear and 8 medium, or 8.5 in a sandal so ordered the 8. Swam in them so then ordered the 7. Length was great but strap part was way too loose, one even more loose than the other like a quality control issue. My foot's not narrow if anything it's kind of wide with a high instep- I usually find straps on thong sandals too tight, not loose. But I love them, so would have tried another pair of 7's (hoping these were just weird) but now 7's out of stock! I feel badly sending a second pair back to Zappos because Zappos is so terrific but don't know what else to do. They are very cute though!
