I bought these because I tried on my sisters and they were so comfortable! When I received mine the bottom instead of being leather were a hard plastic. For 80.00 this is not what I expected.

VERY disappointed, way too wide and tall in the fit. foot loose in sandal.

They were my fav flip flips ever! Then they stretched out and didn't stay on my feet.

The footbed is COMPLETELY different from other FitFlops I own. Very frustrating. Not even close to fitting.

I have purchased FitFlops for years and have many different styles. When the originals first came out, they had a softer sole and wider toe surface area. I purchased size 7 and they were perfectly sized. The size 7 now are smaller and have a narrower toe area. My original size 7s compared to the 8 made now are the same size. I would say to get a size up if you do not want your toes to reach over the sides or the tops.

I have bought fit flops for years. These are a disappointment. The footbed is much narrower than earlier generations of this sandal, and the instep is much higher, making for a very floppy, unsteady stride. The leather band that meets the side of the sandal does not have nearly as much supportive stitching as before and was not well sewn where the top part of the sandal meets the thong. I wear a 5 so ordering down would not work for me. I loved Fitflop sandals and am very sad that they are no longer the good quality that they used to be.

I've worn these maybe 5 times, putting in about ten miles. They're falling apart. The strap is also so loose that the shoe is hard to keep on -- and I have fat little feet. Extremely disappointed.

FitFlop is now making a cheaper version of this thong by making the upper half as thick as their patented/original version. I just bought expensive shoes that I cannot wear!

For the price, I thought these looked really cheap and not like leather at all. Also, they are really really wide. I don't have a narrow foot, but these were so wide it was weird. They also run very large. I am usually a 7.5 and sized up based on other reviews. The 8 was enormous, so I exchanged them for a 7.5. Still big. Just not a good brand for me.

I wanted to enjoy these shoes because all the reviews are say how comfortable that are. However, not if you have narrow skinny feet and very little arch. They are wide and top to bottom space is tall. Otherwise I'm sure they would have been a favorite of mine.

Disappointed. Seeing all the rave reviews led me to order these. They are more than a full size larger than a typical shoe in the same size. Worse, the thong strap sits very high up. I would have to have very fat feet to have any chance of walking in these with the strap touching the top of my foot. I also don't understand the pricing. These are somewhat (and only somewhat) dressed up flip flops. I can't imagine paying much more than a tenth of what these cost for shoes of this type and I've purchased pricey footwear, been willing to do so considering the quality of materials used in such shoes. I suppose the brand has cachet? I'm not sure why. There's nothing special about the design and no evidence of high-quality construction.

I usually wear a 7.5 but ordered a 7 per other reviews. Another pair of FitFlops fit perfectly but these were too big. The bed was too long and the strap was too wide (and I have a very wide foot). These have to go back. They feel wobbly and unsafe. I may order a 6, but, I'm not sure.

I tried my usual size 6, but as others have noted, the shoe is too wide. I went down a size in hopes of a better fit. This addressed the width problem, but the smaller shoe was too short. I am disappointed that I can no longer wear FitFlops -- they were the only sandals I bought.

If you are used to the regular feel of Fit Flops, these aren't for you. This particular style is very soft and squishy and don't have the Fit Flop support and feel other styles normally provide.

Size 7 & 8 were ordered in the tan color. On both of these sizes the upper leather portion were too loose for my foot. Would like to keep but they are going back. On the other hand, I also ordered a size 7 in the antique white the upper is fine and I am keeping those.

Watch out ladies, if you are looking for a white summer sandal this is not it. The key word is Urban, not White. These are not even an off-white, they are beige, tan, khaki. Have bought many pairs of FitFlops and colors have been true. I blame it on the photo or maybe Zappos for not giving description of color. So very disappointed, love the shoes, though. Maybe someone should talk to FitFlops about making a truly white sandal!
