I have been buying Fit Flops for a number of years the toe post design has changed in the last two pairs I have purchased and it is wider where it joins the leather and causes irritation on my foot

shoe sole seemed to sink under my foot in the area under ball of the foot bending my toes slightly backward (upward) with each step.

I decided to return these. I have a high arch and I had hoped these would be snug enough that I wouldn’t have to grip with my toes on each step. I did have to and my arches were cramping after just a few minutes. They had to go back. Back to Naot.

I have bought fit flops shoes for years and have always ordered a size 5. Unfortunately I think the size 5 is just ever so slightly smaller than normal. I did not return as thought the shoe would stretch but this has not happened.

The fit great to start with, but the leather stretched out so much that it's dangerous to wear them! I bought them for in the house and in my back yard. So disappointed, they are really comfy and cute for at home.

I have owned a dozen Fit Flop Lulus through the years. Now the sizing has changed. The size 5s are much smaller than they used to be and l am afraid going up a full size to size 6 will prove too large.

I first ordered a size smaller based on reviews stating they run large. But had to exchange because too small. Width is good for my medium size feet. I don't love the foot bed. I thought there would be more arch support or ergonomic features but it's just flat. It's not too hard but it's definitely not a contoured, supportive foot bed. It causes my foot to slide around a bit. The style is very cute. I kept because I honestly did not want to keep sending shoes back and forth.

These flip flops have excellent arch support. They are well made. Unfortunately, I am a natural 7.5 and these are a little too big. My foot slides off. I had a similar issue with another FitFlop flip flop. It's too bad they don't make half sizes. Some of us are true half sizes and open-toe shoes will slide off. I also thought they are a little too expensive for just a basic black flip flop.

The style was just not right for me. I know other people who love this but I found it HEAVY an after a few minutes, they hurt so I did return them. I think a different style will work for me (NOT AS HIGH) the other style called "Gracie" was better but my size was not available.

The fit felt true in every way, but I did not keep these sandals. I didn't care for the color of the sole against the upper tan portion. I thought the brown sole looked darker and richer in the pictures than it does in real life.

I love the shoe...the size recommended to be was a Size 7, however when trying them on, my heel hit the back of the sandal, with a bit of heel sticking over. They do not make 1/2 sizes and I will not know if the Size 8 will be too big.

I'm normally a size 5 but because I ordered them online didn't try them on therefore found them a little small would have been better with a size 5.5. I'm finding the rubber a little hot and sweaty if it's a very hot day and the sole of the foot rubs otherwise comfy to walk on.

I’ve had many pairs of fit flops over the years. These were too shiny. More importantly, they’re much too loose. Previously, I’ve found that, as fitflops stretch over time, I ‘fall off them’. I can’t start with a brand new pair not holding my feet in at all.

I have had this flip flop before. And I loved them. These were quite wide. Weren’t as comfortable as I remember. Sizing down would not have helped. Kept them as house shoes

Had a pair of these for the past year bought a new pair but they are just not as comfortable as the previous ones almost feels like something is missing in the shoe they make a weird hollow sound when I'm walking. Disappointed this time

This is the 4th pair of fitflops that I have bought so I guess I like the products.Did not like the price as I was told on my first order from the fitflop site I would get a 20% discount. This did not happen so in future I will buy elsewhere.

I love Fitflops and normally live in my Toe Post Sandals but struggling to replace my old ones. These are a good quality and have a good grip on the surface on which you place your foot so your foot doesn't slide around in hot weather. I am normally a 6.5 and sometimes a 7 if shoes not wide as I have wide feet. The 7 is too short and too narrow and doesn't support my feet well. Have had very achy feet walking on these. If you dont have petite feet and they are wide these are probably not a good size shoe for you.

Wow, I’m so disappointed with this “new” version of the FitFlop! I have this same style from a previous year and the leather was getting a little tired, so I replaced them with the same size in the same style hoping for an equal level of comfort. Ha! It is much narrower and shorter than before. And guess what? It’s not as comfortable for my Achilles tendon issues. FITFLOP, stop trying to make cheaper shoes and go back to making a quality product. I’m afraid to continue buying what used to be my go-to brand.
