The pattern on the shoe is very pretty but the elastic on these is very uncomfortable - rubbed just in trying them on. Returned.

I got the black leather. What a mistake! The top of the back rubs against my heels. You can feel it even with Band-Aids on. And although the shoe is leather throughout, the toe box has some weird liner (feels like rough cardboard) which rubbed my baby toes raw. I wore them twice, but that is all that I can take. I am so disappointed!

I wanted to love these. Cushion/comfort-wise, they're good. But the toe area of this shoe is extremely shallow. It squished my big toenail so badly, which such poor ventilation, that I got a toenail injury - which invited a fungus - and I subsequently lost my toenail. I'm now 5 months down the road and still waiting for my toenail to grow back. Lesson learned. Stick with natural materials.

Was hoping to like these but there is no support whatsoever - my feet would slide off to the side of the minimalist sole/heel and that added a level of insecurity I don't need.

I have very wide (EE) feet and a narrower ankle. I find it almost impossible to keep this shoe on my heel. I know other people who love the shoes, but they do not work for me.

I really wanted to love these shoes, I had been looking for a pair of stylish flats for a while. I have had them now for about a week and have worn them out four times for a few hours each time. They are not comfortable. Having next to no arch you will definitely be walking around outdoors feeling like you are in a pair of studded thick socks. A few of the studs have already fallen off and there is something about the very back center of the shoe that feels like cardboard digging in to the back of by foot. These shoes would be good for carrying around in your bag during a night out in high heels, to change into on the way home but not for general wear.

The material around the top of the shoe really rubbed my foot from the moment I put it on. I can't even imagine it would break in. They were too painful. They do look cute, though, and appear to have decent support. I'm sad to return them.

These shoes are adorable. They are very stylish with skinny jeans and I so want to love them. However, they absolutely kill my feet. As a teacher, I thought I would be able to get away with one day of wearing these cuties to school. I was way wrong. At the end of the day my feet were screaming because these shoes have absolutely no arch support. Makes me very sad that I can't wear them anymore and I'm out the money!

These are more like expensive slippers than shoes - no structure or support. They were a little wide, even though the size was narrow. They are so casual I would never wear them outside the house.

These are actually not comfortable after you wear them for more than an hour. They seemed comfortable when I tried them on and walked around in my living room and decided to keep them. However, when I wore them to work, they hurt my feet. There is no support and the arch/heel starts to hurt after awhile. I only wear flats and these are one one of the more uncomfortable ones I've ever owned.

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for, however, these are painful! The back digs into my heel and leaves red marks, and they are giving me foot cramps due to no arch support. I walk around barefoot most of the time but I think it must be the way the shoe pulls snug around my toes that is causing my arch to spasm. The next size up is so big it falls off. These are going back.

While this shoe looks great and stylish it is not comfortable. The elastic cuts into you and there is no heel support at all.

I wanted to like these. They are your basic black ballerina, so not overly stylish but perfect for most occasions. I ordered my normal size and it was a tight squeeze, especially in the toe box. I do have somewhat wide feet with a monsterous big toe, that could easily be seen sticking up through the leather, unattractive to say the least. The biggest thing I didn't like though was the extra cushion for arch support, which maybe I don't need, but it felt like half my foot was walking on a platform or something in my shoe, very uncomfortable, the search for my perfect flat continues. :( Excellent Zappos service as usual though! Love you guys!

I really wanted to like these shoes but unfortunately they didn't work out. They fit great and were true to size for me. What didn't work was the material that fits around the foot. After only wearing them around the house, I had painful red marks around the top and back of my foot. I really loved the color and look but knew they wouldn't be comfortable for all day wear. I had to return these.

I could feel the waffle weave of the sole through my feet. The shoes felt too long. I returned them.

Disappointing to say the least. For the price I expected better quality. I’ve purchased similar style from Target for $20 that was a better purchase. Save your money. These are not worth the price.

I bought the 8 extra wide and it was terribly small. I tried the 8-1/2 and 9 and although they fit my toes they all really rubbed in the heel. It was too bad. I wanted them to fit.

Very uncomfortable upper. Rubs against the top of my foot and gave me blisters and I don't see that improving since its from the decorative detail.
