i love these shoes. Normally I wear 11M. I exchanged for 12M. Still too small! Sadly I'll have to return!

I love, love, love these shoes. They are fabulously comfortable, and, although flat, can be quite dressy with their "blingy" sparkle. I bought them to replace an identical pair I have used so much over the last couple of years that they are wearing out. They do run a little short, so this time I bought half a size up and they fit perfectly.

I love this shoe! I have very wide feet. This is a great shoe for airplane travel, running errands around town, going out with friends...just about anything! I have these shoes in two colors. My first pair is several years old and still looks good even after lots of wear. I am saving up for another pair!

Cute shoes but I had to order a half size larger which I never do. The larger size fit fine.

I really, really want a gold pair but they seem to be out of stock. Please help me find a pair. In the meanwhile - I LOVE the black ones. Most comfortable ballet flats I have ever worn.

I just started wearing these shoes today, and they are super comfortable! It's a teeny bit tight around the small toe, but I believe the shoe will stretch soon. The edges are soft, so there no discomfort at all wearing these shoes. There is some support, but I wouldn't walk long distances in these. Perfect for daily wear and love the look!

An incredibly comfortable, soft and beautiful shoe. I wear mostly size 8.5 (sometimes 8), and size 8.5 in this shoe fit like a glove. Great shoes!

Just what I was looking for...a comfortable flat. This was my first experience with buying from Zappos and I will definitely use it again. I have a wide foot and it's often difficult to find wide shoes. Zappos made the experience easy.

The chaste ballet is both comfortable and beautiful! The shade of blue is gorgeous - I can wear this with casual dresses, skirts, shorts and jeans. Big bonus - they feel like slippers! I'm considering buying this shoe in a different color. LOVE!

The most comfortable flat I have ever worn. Took them out of the box last night and don't want to take them off. I travel frequently and these will be perfect. Not a ton of arch support if you need it, but wonderful, soft and well fitting flats.

Love these shoes! I have extremely narrow feet, and this is the first "pretty" shoe I've been able to wear. I usually wear 9.5 but ordered these in 10 narrow and they're still a little on the small side but not enough for me to order 11 (there's not an option for 10.5). Like some other reviewers noted, the back of the shoe can cut into the heel, but I just keep a couple bandaids handy and so far haven't had blisters. I'm so happy to finally have an attractive narrow shoe!

I was sure that I was going to have to return these shoes because I have such a hard time finding shoes that don't hurt my feet. To my surprise, they don't hurt at all, but are quite comfortable. I never wear ballet shoes as a rule, but I'm actually considering trying another pair of these.

I have a pretty average shaped foot, and this ballet fit me well. The elastic keeps the shoe comfortably snug against my foot, which produces a neater look. With this kind of shoe, I certainly wasn't expecting excellent arch support. However, the insole of the shoe is definitely more comfortable and cushy that cheaper ballet's. I wouldn't wear this shoe if I had to be on my feet all day, but I don't think that was the manufacturer's intention anyway. That said, it's a really cute, really nice-looking slip-on for going to the grocery store or to hang out to eat with friends, etc. I'm buying another pair!

Bought these for my teen daughter. She needs some arch support, which she says these have. Plus, she has a narrow heel & usually has very, very difficult time finding slip-on shoes. These stay on her feet. And they go with many different things because of the unique coloring.

I have wide feet, fat toes, and bunions. Makes it very hard to find anything but clodhoppers. I have just ordered my fourth pair of these shoes, and would have ordered a fifth, only they were out of black in my size. The ones called "lolly" with the metal studs come with a note saying the studs may rub off, and they do. Otherwise, no problems. I love them. No arch support, but I don't care. Comfortable. Sometimes a little rubbing at the heel, but I'm wearing them more and more (started out just wearing them for not-much-walking) for everything. I can't wear heels, dang it, because of arthritis, but even at 70--maybe especially at 70!--it's a joy to have a pretty pair of shoes.

I have been searching for a flat shoe, other than sneakers, that would look decent for work. My feet are a mess and I am in pain just trying shoes on. After two years of searching I finally found something I can wear. I am buying this shoe in every color. The key is that they are suede and adjust to problem areas. I hope this shoe works for you.
