These are hands down my favorite flats. I have them in 3 colors now:) They are very supportive for a flat and have a real tread, unlike many others i have tried. They are true to size. If you are looking for a dependable, cute flat to get you through your work day, these wont let you down!

I ordered the "wide" choice in the size 8, and learned upon trying it on that it is not wide enough for my toes. That said, it might fit others' feet just fine. I like the suede insole and the sides of the insole are not lined, which I think is helpful to allow for breathability. I discovered that the inside front top part of the shoe, ( where tops of toes would be) is apparently lined with a kind of white or off white fabric. This may or may not affect the wearability, but, good to know about! All in all, for a medium priced ballet, it is suitable for its price point. Lastly: thank you, Zappos for being customer friendly!

Cute comfortable ballet flats. I got the black with sparkles for a nice little extra touch and love them. They look great with leggings and jeans.

I'm amazed by these shoes. I wear them everday. I even ordered a second pair for when I wear these out someday! They are surprisingly comfortable considering they don't look especially padded or thick soled. Despite having that elastic trimmed edge they never cut into my heels. (I have a short-ish foot, perhaps a longer foot might get tight) They look simple and delicate, but are sturdy, comfy, and even moderately waterproof. I enjoy that they are very flexible and not rigid, I'll even forget I'm wearing shoes. I bought the floral pattern suede. These shoes go with EVERYTHING. I have a wide foot and the wide width in my usual size was perfect.

I was on the hunt for decent black leather flats for work. I previously tried on Sam Edelman Felicia flats and Born Julianne, but Hush Puppies Chaste turned out to be the winner. These aren't revolutionary, but they do what I want them to do and are sub-$100. (BTW am a size 7 but I have slightly wide feet, so in flats I usually need a 7W, which is what I ordered) What I like: they are comfortable for being flats; unlike the Felicia flats they have more cushioning inside, and I have a strong feeling they will last fairly long for being flats (Felicia flats had thin soles, these seem more durable/less prone to wear and tear). I like the appearance of them; they look classic (conversely I felt the Born Julianne flats looked homely, and I hated the twee bows on the Felicia flats). What I dislike is that I can make out an outline of my toes, particularly my big toes since they point upwards. But that's my only complaint. The first few days of wearing, I had chafing on the back of my ankles, but I that's pretty unavoidable when breaking in flats.

These are the most comfortable flats I've ever tried on (though I've only tried on a handful). I own a pair of the Lucky ballet flats, but even though I ordered a size up, they (like all other flats, apparently) run REALLY small and cut into my foot (even tho I have a narrow foot). These fit great. They are true to size, and the style is really cute. Of course they have no arch support, but I put my inserts in so that's no problem.

I just shopped for black ballet flats from the comfort of my living room. I tried 7 pairs, and this was the only pair that worked. My feet seem to be wide in the toe area, but narrow at the heel, so I tried 7.5 medium in all cases. These shoes are really very comfortable, although the support is minimal and there's not much lift in the foot bottom. They look good, too--a nice semi-rounded toe box and no toe cleavage showing!

I found these to be very comfortable! For a ballet flat, they have good arch support. They felt very comfortable and did not rub against my heel like some shoes of this style do. I purchased the "taupe multi leather" color and they are super cute!

I got the black floral suede in size 10W. I usually wear 10W, sometimes M if the shoe already runs wide. I didn't see much feedback regarding the width so I got wide, just in case. And it was the right choice - the shoes fit perfectly upon the first try-on. My toes and heels felt fine, no pinching there. After the usual breaking in period (I wore socks with them all day around the house the first day), I wore them out the next day and had no real issues. The insoles feel comfortable and I like the cushion support, there was no slippage, and best of all it looks great and compliments my wardrobe perfectly! I did feel a bit of friction on my left lower Achilles tendon, but a bandage solved that quick. After a few more days of breaking them in, I know that'll go away so it wasn't a deal breaker. More positives: Shoes arrived in 2 days flat, as promised by Zappos. In fact, it was supposed to arrive on Friday but it got here on Thursday! Excellent shoes. Very happy with my purchase!

The saddest, saddest day. I got these in Black Floral Suede, and they were AMAZING. I SO wanted these to work. Though I generally don't like floral patterns at all, and though they had A TON of colors on them... the colors (I thought) were all just neutral enough to match with at least a "fair amount" of outfits. As it turned out, they matched with *almost everything* I tried them with, from jeans, to certain summer dresses, to maxi dresses, to frilly dresses, to slacks, to sweaters, and all in a very wide array of colors. Ohh, I SO wanted these to work! They did not work. ;| As several others have stated, the toe box causes issues with the way it's made. It's not that it necessarily squeezes, to me, as others said. Rather, on the "inner" side of the foot, right across your big toe bones, the S-C-R-A-T-C-H-Y stretch material does just that: SCRATCHES. I only wore them around the house, of course, and they were extremely uncomfortable, only in that one place, after just a couple of short minutes. The heel didn't dig into my Achilles', as often does in any style shoe. They felt great in every other way. The padding was nice, the inside of the shoe felt good, the stretchy material wasn't too restrictive, causing your toes to curl up uncomfortably... it was just that scratchy spandex. I debated long and hard as to whether to send these back. What a fine price! It broke my heart to have to, as there really isn't any sort of "shoe modification" you can do (like stretch them, as you could if they were leather), with this material.

These are the shoes I live in. I have had a number of pairs. they last a season or more. I dont wear socks so they get smelly, but are super comfy.

Super comfy, super cute and functional flat ! No need to size up. I can wear these all day long, they're like sleepers.

I have extremely narrow (which means bony) feet. These where comfortable right away, easy to break in, & cute. A hard combo to get for quad A feet. I really like more arch support but didn't really think I would get more of that with these. They fit the way I hoped they would.

Very comfortable. Run small, I wear a size seven...ordered 7.5. Durable second pair of black leather...ordered because afraid they may disappear. I have two other colors.

These are great and i will buy another pair. I have a wide foot so purchased a W and these are comfy. And the glitter makes them interesting BUT they aren't gaudy or too much.

I love my black leather pair so I decided to order these in the black metallic snake for the holidays... it looks like a little girls shoe, so I am returning it. Highly recommend the black leather though and will be ordering these in other neutral colors.

This was my first time purchasing this brand and I have to say they're comfortable for the most part. The right shoe did rub my pinky toe a little when walking, but nothing major.

Love these flats! I have been looking for a cute leather flat and this is it! Very comfy. Not a lot of arch support, but a little and it definitely helps.
