It's important to note this jacket is actually a little lighter in weight then I had expected; they say mighty lite and is it. I had thought it would be a little more insulated then it is, based on the thickness of insulation in my partner's omni-heat jacket and others I'd looked at in person. It also does not offer much wind protection. However, that's OK as I am finding it's perfect for winter sports - as promised, it keeps you warm when you need it but doesn't make you overheat. It has been just right for outdoor ice skating and snow hiking on a warm winter day and I can already tell it will be perfect for curling next season (on a semi-outdoor rink) and x-crountry skiing. Rather then starting off cold then getting too warm - or starting off warm and then getting overheated - this jacket starts out with you comfortable and stays comfortable. It also manages to have a slim cut yet not feel constricting, which is great. On really cold days and on less-active outings, I think it will still be warm enough when layered with a sweatshirt or wool sweater.

I bought this jacket to replace a long sleeve but lightweight jacket I had been wearing to and from the gym because it just wasn't keeping me warm enough in the winter. I wanted something that wasn't bulky and that was small/thin enough to fit in the small cubby/locker but still kept me warm. After much research I purchased this one and am very satisfied w it. It's stylish and form-fitting but also warm. Best of both worlds! I live in Missouri where the weather can be 60 degrees one day and then "feeling like" -25 the next. This works for either because it doesn't make me too hot when it's warmer. I had a coat w cuffs previously and although these are different w thumb holes and want to pull back through the jacket when I take it off, it's not a deal breaker. I'm also 5'7" and about 150 lbs and thought a medium worked well. I went by the size chart.

i bought the blue one for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it. It's warm but not too bulky. She loved it so much that I ended up getting a red one for her as well.

I purchased this jacket because I wanted a "light" winter jacket - not those "puffy" ones sold everywhere. It exceeds my expectations! It is extremely warm and very light. Love it!

I love this jacket! I will be ordering 2 more in different colors. It does run a little small, so you might want to consider ordering a size up.

I read all reviews and decided to buy one size up, had to return. I bought a medium size and have plenty of room to add another sweater underneath. Had this jacket with New England temps of low 20s this winter, and was very comfortable not feeling cold at all. Love it, this is my second jacket have a black and red, excellent buy.

I ordered this jacket in large in the Red hibiscus. The color is amazing, and I love the thumbhole cuffs. It does fit a little on the small side, I normally wear a medium, but the large fits well for winter wear. I specifically purchased this jacket because a friend gave me a Columbia vest with the Omni-Heat lining and I can't live without it. The lining keeps you warm, while allowing the jacket to be super light. Would definitely recommend.

I bought one of these for myself and one for my sister, and we both love them! The jacket is very thin and light but incredibly warm. The fit is flattering and easy to layer. It's easy care with machine wash and dry and has come out of the laundry beautifully. I wish I had one in every color!

These are awesome jackets. I already had one so this was bought for a friend. Great color. They do run a little small but it is noted so buy accordingly.

Last year I bought the longer version of this and really love it. It wears well, keeps you warm in any weather and is easy to pack. I know I will like the new short version I just purchased.

Based on how thin/light weight this jacket is, I was afraid it would not keep me warm enough at 30-40 degrees. However, it's been a great find and has kept me comfortable even at a breezy 29 degrees with just a long-sleeve t-shirt underneath and a hat on. I've noticed I sometimes feel a bit "cool" but never cold. This seems to be because the jacket doesn't have a lot of fluff - like down - to hold in warmth. The heat of your body is just reflected back to you from the lining. I've come to trust the jacket and love the fact that it packs into a tiny space in my backpack. I can fit into a Small, but chose a Medium to allow for a fleece pullover underneath, just in case. It breathes well, looks sharp, and the sleeves and neck provide good coverage. Highly recommended.

This coat is great. The omni-heat technology is great and keeps me warm on the colder than normal Ohio temperatures. The fit is small which the website stated and was helpful. I got pink it is very bright and attractive. This is really stylish and great to wear with any outfit or to any function. The lightest, warmest coat I've ever had!

This light, thin jacket is my absolute favorite. It's warm without all the bulk. I bought the corral color and get compliments every time. On very windy days, wear an outer shell with it.

Based on reviews, I ordered an extra large instead of my usual large. I am tall (6') with very long arms, and this jacket fits me perfectly in length and arm length. The body is a little loose, but the tapered style keeps it from looking frumpish. My jacket arrived during a cold snap - 10 degrees on average - and it keeps me warm. I absolutely love this jacket. I'm tempted to order in another color, and that's saying a lot because I'm pretty frugal, lol!

I bought the jacket for my daughter who requested it for Christmas. She really loves the color and fit. I would recommend this product to anyone.

It was hard for me to decide to make this a barn jacket because it is so pretty! It is very warm and a nice alternative to the usual heavy bulky Barn clothing. As a recreational rider who doesn't need clothing with quite the durability of the folks who work at the ranch, I decided to take a chance with this and I love it. Went for a very cold ride with friends on Christmas, and I added a heavy vest but my arms were still plenty warm. It also has a thumb hole in the lining which is great with gloves!

I am always cold & live is Southern Alberta. I usually wear numerous layers, even while inside. This jacket is light weight, comfortable, stylish & so very warm. I wear it with only a t-shirt & stay very toasty.

i got the black color in this coat but before I bought it I read the reviews. I usually wear a large but everyone was saying to get a size larger than what you usually wear because it runs small so I bought an XL. Fits perfect and keeps me warm! I will be purchasing another color in the near future.

I do admit I was intimidated when I got this jacket shipped to me, it was very lite and thin. I thought pretty pricey for a windbreaker. I of course thought might as well give it a shot, see what all the positive reviews were ranting about. This jacket is awesome, it really does keep you warm. I may be cold everywhere else but not my arms and core. The coral glow is very bright but no less beautiful. I love the omni-heat technology, it really works!

I am so warm in this jacket that I actually wear tank tops under it! I actually can roll my window down for cold fresh air when driving because I'm always very warm! I should have ordered a medium because I'm a small but I love this jacket because it keeps me super warm.

This jacket is very lightweight and very thin so I didn't think it would keep me warm because I get cold very easily. Today it was a high of 36 degrees but very windy (felt like a high of 24 degrees). I had on my regular shirt a sweater and the Mighty Lite III and I was surprisingly nice and warm. Jacket is true to size.

I have this jacket in black and the harbor blue. Just note that the blue is more of a purple-ish/royal blue than what it looks online. Very pretty color. I love how it is so light and easy to move in, yet so WARM. I usually wear an extra-small in clothes, but I got the small so I could wear sweaters under it and because my arms are a little long for my size. It fits great! It's slightly big on me through the waist, but it's cut well enough that it doesn't look boxy. The sleeve length is perfect! I'm fighting the urge to buy this coat in every color!
