Light and soft. Perfect length. Pockets and belts are useful.

Love these shorts. Great fit and they have 4 pockets, one is zippered! I had a pair I bought a very long time ago that I still wear and was elated to see Columbia still makes them. I ordered 3 pair in different colors. Belt is removable if you don't want to use it.

...wish they came in more colors. Light weight, decent size pocket for tennis balls but cell phones will fall out as not zipper pocket. Cargo pocket big enough for credit card

Really nice shorts. I like having the belt because I wasn't sure about sizing. They dry quickly and are quite comfortable and easy to move around in. I love the length as someone who is taller than the average person 5'10".

I seldom write reviews but I have these in almost every color. Super comfortable and I literally just spilled an entire drink on myself in the car and the liquid just wiped right off. I'm nice and dry. No clothing change required. Miraculous:)

Quick dry and light weight. Kept me cool under the sun and dry (went boating). Jumped in the water with the shorts on and definitely dried quickly. Belt was adjustable and wasnt bulky.

I love these shorts! They are perfect and beautiful so I bought 2 more pairs!! The material is super light and airy. Perfect for an Oklahoma summer! They are also not too short, great length! Highly recommend! I am 120 lbs and got a small. I love the belt too! Now all I need is some sandals with white crew socks!

I've use this style of Columbia shorts for sometime. I love them.

Great shorts. I like them since this is the fourth pair I have bought. However, I wished they had a back pocket with a zipper for an iPhone. I believe the material is a bit thinner than my first pairs. I cannot tell the difference in my medium and large shorts. They seem very close in size. I bought the large size since sometimes they get washed in very warm water. Over the years, they do pucker slightly around the pockets, but can mostly be smoothed out if done before it dries. I usually air dry the shorts.

I Love how these shorts feel and how they fit. The waistband is not too tight or too loose and the belt keeps them from falling down

I'm very happy with these shorts. They are light and airy but we'll made. I chose the longer seam length and I like them.

Very comfortable and breathable in any weather condition. I'm 5 ft, hips are ~35 inches, and the size S fits very well on my hips and thighs (which are a lil thicc). Highly recommend!

I bought a pair of these two years ago and they are my go to summer shorts. They are so comfortable, breathable, and great for all sorts of occasions. The elastic waistband plus belt is perfect for me. I wear them everywhere. I love these shorts!

I wanted shorts for walking that weren't too short. These are a great length.

These seem like great hiking shorts overall, but the inseam is too short for me and the shorts rode up with walking. Admittedly my thighs rub together a lot and people with more of a thigh gap may not have this problem. For me they didn’t work though and had to go back.

Appropriate rise and inseam for work. Fabric not scratchy and just stretchy enough. My only complaint is that they need back pockets.
