I bought the shorts for my wife. She loves them. She said they are made of extremely light and thin material - perfect for hiking and biking in the hot weather.

Love these shorts, they are comfortable, and dry quickly. There is a total of 4 pockets, two with zippers, while not as large as pockets in cargo shorts still functional. While they geared toward areas with water, I still use them for short hikes.

These river cargo shorts are just right in weight, fabric, and length for me, they are exactly what I was looking for to use in misc water sports I'll be involved in this coming summer. I purchased the lychee color that is a soft coral, a nice sunny color that will go with almost anything.

Fantastic warm weather short......for all your outdoor pursuits. Comfortable and excellent form, fit and function.

Great shorts at a great price. Easy wear, no wrinkle, with pockets. Good length for going out around town in addition to working outside.

I really enjoy wearing the Women's Sandy River Cargo Short. They are very comfortable and are great for traveling...lightweight with pockets that give added security in those crowded tourist areas. I like them so much I'm contemplating purchasing more in different colors.

I have maybe 5-6 pair of Sandy River Cargo Shorts & LOVE every pair.. I can wear them all day, & I do! Easy on & easy off - wear beautifully & never wrinkles or loses shape! The only thing I'm not fond of is the belt clasp...too hard to manage sometimes! But 99% happy with all of my Sandy River's!!!

These fit great, look good and are very comfortable. Perfect for summer kayaking and warm weather hiking. Wish there were more in my size!!

I'm so finicky about shorts. They just don't seem to fit and they're hardly ever comfortable. I absolutely wouldn't think of wearing shorts hiking UNTIL I found these shorts. They are better than my hiking skirts, pants, and skorts. They are thin, they wick sweat, snap and zipper closure, belt if you need it, the BEST. I have ordered two colors and will probably duplicate some colors just to have more of these shorts. Wonderful. I wear a M, 5'6", 140 pounds.

I got these for my adventure team at work. We run kayak tours, hikes, biking, canoeing, camping, summer camp and anything else outside! Everyone LOVES these shorts, they are durable, actually repell water, dry super quick, and look professional.

Hi love these shorts - I tried these shorts on in a store and found I was able to fit into a smaller size because they ran a little larger. They are very comfortable and great for hiking, biking, and some water sports as they dry quickly. I highly recommend them!

I bought several shorts for hiking this summer and bought this style for the cargo pockets, they are so comfortable and wear well. I love the slightly longer inseam (others I bought were shorter). The elastic waist is comfortable, but love the belt to keep it looking less frumpy.

I ordered 4, 1 in each color and am very pleased with them. Perfect for wearing any where and for running, walking, golfing or putting on over bathing suit. Only slight complaint would be the size of the side pockets are a bit too small so things can fall out.

These are just what I wanted. I am 65 145lbs and the Large fit perfectly. Only things I would wish for would be more colors, another inch longer and larger pockets - phone doesn't fit into the zipper parts. It is nice that they aren't low cut. Almost comes up to my waist.

I love these shorts. I wear them for hikes and at home. The quality is excellent and they are so comfortable. I just bought two pairs, tusk and black, because I got tired of wearing my old ones. I only wish they had bigger pockets for my cell phone.

I have bought these shorts for years and love them. The size chart is right . I should of bought xsmall but they are not to big very comfy. I have a bad back so a bit loose will work. I wish they had the zipped pockets on both sides like the ones I bought several years ago. I would follow the size chart for these because it is accurate. a great pair of shorts for the beach (dry very fast) and for really hot days. These for me are a must have for the summer.

Love these shorts! Work outside at a nursery and they are comfy and cool in the blazing heat. Only complaint I have is that the pockets aren't large enough to hold my phone.

What a bargain! I had an older pair and wanted to replace them. These are BETTER!! they are very light. Great for warmer weather and no need to iron. YEAH!

I love Columbia shorts. I have 10 different pairs. I use them when I fish. They dry super quick and are lightweight and comfortable. One person said they run small. I was between sizes, 8 and 10, when I was a 10 I tried them and they were snug but when I went down to an 8 the medium fit perfect.
