I was so happy to find Orthaheel last year (2012). I spent the entire summer in my Talia sandals, and bought myself a closed-toe pair for the fall. I logged on this spring to buy myself another pair of sandals for my Talia is loose and floppy now, found many new styles to choose from and ordered a bunch to try (thank you, Zappos). Unfortunately not a one fits like my Talia from last year did! Every single one of them has a narrower footbed. It's the same support, but narrower. So, I've had to go back to the drawing board to find a supportive sandal that looks nice. I've found Aetrex fits me. The footbed isn't quite as sculpted as the Orthaheel, but at least my foot isn't hanging off the edge. I'm very disappointed with Orthaheel. Why change a good thing?

While the sole was the right length and width, I felt like the toe post was placed too far back. It kept my foot from lining up with the arch support. When I put weight on the shoe, I felt the arch flex. Not a good thing for plantar fasciitis. The first time I wore them it was only for 30 minutes. The sandals cut into the tops of both of my feet. I'm returning them, and it's too bad because they are pretty cute.

I have 2 pair of Orthaheels (sandals and slippers) and I wear a size 9 in them. I usually wear a 9 1/2 - 10. I know they recommend sizing down if you are a half size. In this style, the 9 is too short and definitely too narrow. I am going to try these in a 10. I love the styling, so I really hope a 10 will work!

Love the fit and look of these sandals. My only complaint is that the wood grained finish on the footbed wears off very easily showing the color underneath and is not pretty. I haven't worn my new pair that often and already there is a worn spot under one toe. And I do not use creams that might dissolve the finish. They should stick with a neutral color that goes all the way through. Very comfortable, however, andnInhave sensitive feet. I would like to see dressier styles, keeping the comfort.

Great arch support, but the shoe is just too heavy. I wanted to love it, but too heavy for a sandal.

This is the third style that I have ordered from Orthaheel again I had to return them. Apparently they are made for only people with thin feet and low arches. I have been unable to wear any of them. Wish I could wear as the arch support is exactly what I need.

Super comfortable but the straps are too long so the sandal feels sloppy. It doesn't hold your foot well enough.

Nice looking sandal, but the toe thong was back too far. About an inch of shoe extended beyond by toes making it look to big and made the arch support not hit by foot in the right place. Will try another style of Orthoheel.

I was very excited about this product and it felt great to wear for someone with plantar fasciitis, but the toe area scraped away within one wearing! I am very disappointed in the product. I believe it should be much better constructed...so sad because they are very pretty.

These have very little room between the strap and the bottom of the sandal. If my feet were hot and swollen, I'g never slid into the shoe
