I ordered these in the black patent. Really love the look and feel. I wore one day and had red marks one the top of my feet where the straps were. Did anyone else have a problem?

I was really hoping to like these shoes! They look so nice. Loved the many adjustable straps. However, they had very little arch support. I wear 11-11.5 so I was surprised that neither the 41 nor 42 were long enough. I have medium width foot, and these were a little narrow across the arch. So they were sent back.

Bottom strap is not adjustable and the back of the metal button is irritating to my toe. So back these go. Darn. Otherwise I loved the shoe. Attractive in black. Good arch support.

Cute shoe but straps rub on my tender tootsies. Unless you have the straps adjusted to a place where no velcro is exposed to your foot, then the rubbing is especially irritating. One review warned of that. I wore them on carpet in the house a few times but realized they were not going to be comfortable.

A little clunky-looking. I wasn't happy looking down at all those bronze straps. Perhaps black would look nicer. These made my foot look thick! Nice footbed. Good, sturdy sole. A little on the heavier side but would probably offer pretty good support. I could wear these around the house but for long walks I think I need an ankle strap as I have a problem with an Achilles tendon. I wear an 8.5-9 and the 39 was perfect.

I wore these all over Italy in July and August and they worked really well. The adjustable straps allowed me to make adjustments and this was very helpful and we walked and walked and walked! And it was hot! I will say that the arch support isn't as great as previous Dansko's I've owned and it may have been a teeny bit better to have something with a little more cushioning on all of those stone walks and roads but they generally worked out really well. For every-day use, they would be great. The cute style made me feel less like a tourist and like I fit in a bit better.

I bought these hoping to find something that would give me the support my feet and be cute too. Unfortunately, my battle with plantar fasciitis requires much more arch support than this sandal provides.

I needed comfortable sandals in white, and these fit the bill. They are low, very supportive, and I like the way the top is adjustable. It can rub a bit at first, and covers more of the top of my foot than I'm used to, but they are very comfortable sandals.

Love my other Dansko shoes but these are taking a while to break in. First day I wound up with blisters from the tough leather and I'm still breaking them in. Beside that, the shoes have that wonderful Dansko support, non-bendable soul that keeps my back and feet very happy. The many straps hold my foot in securely but look a little clunky.

I ordered a 38, because I wear a 7.5M. The shoe was just too darn long! I'm debating on whether to exchange them, because, in person, they're a bit less stylish than in the picture. Feels like a quality shoe, though.

Agreed with all the other reviews! This is a very cute sandal. Love the detail on the end of each strap. I got the bronze metallic and so excited the color and style was perfect for what I was looking for to go with jeans. I just bought 2 pairs of Clarks too! (And I am a pretty hip gal!) Don't discard the fact that some of these brands can give great style and comfort at the same time. I am a runner and have had some knee problems (just had surgery) and find good footwear is key in good knee care. Zappos is the best!

These shoes are cool and comfy. Seem true to size. My feet are slightly different sizes, so I like the way each strap is adjustable. I walked too much in them the first day and I got a blister. Other than that they are fine.

I am a huge Dansko fan. I had these sandals in red and they are so comfy that I wanted a pair in black too. However, the two pairs are nothing alike; the black pair hurts my feet no matter how I adjust them, while the red ones continue to be the most comfortable shoes I own.

Cute sandal, love that the straps are adjustable but I should have listened to the reviews that said the metal rubs on the one closest to the little toe. It does in a very annoying way. Sorry, back they must go.

This shoe is heavy and the sole doesn't really bend. Because of this they are a bit uncomfortable. I wear them to work and that's about all I can stand.

Cute shoe. Bought it in Metallic Bronze. I liked how the straps were adjustable. The left one just didn't fit my foot quite right, so I returned it though.

I really, really wanted to love this sandal. A 38 is too small, a 39 is too big. I am a solid size 8/39 in all other shoes (not Dansko). The 39 may have been okay IF the end strap at the toes had velcro and was adjustable like the rest of the straps. It does not, and was awkwardly large. Returning. :(

Oh, how I wanted these shoes to fit. I loved the style and all the buttons. I have other Danskos, and the arch support is usually just what I need for my plantar fasciitis. I was disappointed when I tried them on and walked around my house, however. These are flatter than my other Danskos, which all have a slight heel, and the arch just wasn't that supportive. More importantly, my ankles seemed to roll inward when I walked in these, so after only a few minutes, my knees were aching. If you tend to over-pronate, or need high arches, these shoes are not for you. If you do fine with less arch support and flatter soles, you may very well be thrilled with them.

These run much smaller than normal. I had to return them. They were very nice!

These are cute but too big and there is not a size smaller, I wear a 5.5. Absolutely no arch support. Sorry, they are going back.

I wear exclusively Dansko shoes, and was pretty excited about receiving these. However, when they got here the fit was very different than other Dansko's. They seemed narrower, and the arch support was just not as good. They also were not as attractive as they looked in the pictures. Alas, these are going back. But great customer service from Zappos on the exchange as usual. Keep up the great customer service Zappos!

I never write these and then I realized how much I depend on them! Very cute shoes...I'm going to Italy for two weeks and need comfortable shoes for the cobblestone streets; Zappos has been amazing on this adventure. Saw these and had to try them despite some of the reviews saying the velcro straps felt sandpaper...wrong. To me they really were chafing just walking around my house, can't imagine a day-long walk in Rome. Had to send them back. My quest continues.

The shoe is adorable but it is too large. I always wear a 38 in Dansko shoes but this one is too big. I will be returning for a smaller size.
