I love these shoes so much that I've ordered them 3 times. The first time I ordered a size too big (my fault) so I sent them back. The second time they fit like a dream, I put them in my tote the same day and salad dressing leaked onto them. No matter how I tried an oil stain on leather is deadly. SO, I'm ordering them again. They are darling, fit beautifully with my wide foot and are worth every penny I'm spending. :( I have hard to fit feet and and wouldn't shop anywhere else than Zappos. With their awesome service it all happened within 5 days. I'll suck up the cost of two paris of shoes. I LOVE THEM!

I really wanted to like these shoes because I've been looking for a nude flat for work for quite some time. With the cutouts, I won't wear them in the rain, but liked them enough to let that slide. They're the perfect shade of nude. The footbed is very comfortable. However, like other reviewers, I felt something in the heel where the perforated part and solid part join together along the top. I took them to a local shoe repair to see if anything could be done. The guy felt that area, took the shoe in back and less than 2 minutes later had fixed it. He said he heated that portion of the leather and tapped it down. I tried it on and was good to go. No cost either!

Cute shoe. Fit very well. So comfortable. Color is neutral enough but the details really help this shoe stand out and look fashionable. Even on my size 11 foot!

Beautiful shoe, as Clarks always are. The size 12 narrow is too large. It seems an 11.5 would be perfect but they don't make that size.

I chose this for the comfort because all the Clarks I own are quite comfortable, but the shoe itself looks like an inexpensive plastic to me.

I really like my new shoes. Hesitant to order online but I have confidence in the Clarks brand. True to size. Comfortable.

I ordered my normal size 8 and I would say that if you are between sizes to go to the higher size. They were a just a tiny bit tight on me but not enough to go up to 8.5. As other reviewers have mentioned, the heel has a seam on either side see picture) and that caused some discomfort the first few times I wore them. I'm impatient and didn't want to go through a painful break-in process, so I stretched them at home using the ole bag o' water in the freezer trick (best DIY ever) and they came out fitting perfectly! No rubbing at all. I love that these shoes have a little bit of arch support, unlike pretty much every other flat, and the price point is great, especially since they're real leather so they will last a long time.

Well I see what people are saying now about the weird design in the back, it creates a stabby point of friction that gave me blisters the first time I wore them. Other than that, they are really cute and breathable for summer, I was disappointed this item of Clarks didn't have ANY arch support, just a flat sole. Buy for style if you have good arches but not a great roaming around shoe if you walk a lot during the day.

These flats are really pretty, but I almost sent them back because of the way the inside stitching on the heel rubbed. But, I liked them, and have added heel pads and even footbeds because the shoe stretched out a bit. I still wear them a lot, but they are not as comfortable as most of the other Clarks styles that I have worn. I have tender feet so the inside stitch detail (which someone else mentioned) bothers me every time I wear it though not to the point of rubbing a blister. Still, I do not think that I would order this style again.

I'm a size 12M and Clark's has always been my "go to" brand for fit and comfort. These are really cute, but much too small! How can that be? I probably own 10 different styles of Clark's and have never had an issue. Nice thick insoles make this a very comfortable shoe. But sadly, these will be returned and I hope that Clark's will bring out a different style soon so that I can get my red shoe fix.

Really cute shoe but tight in front part, could just be me. I wear them when I know I won't have to be on my feet too long - like the color and style. Zappos service is excellent.

These are very cute (I have them in coral) for spring/summer. However, they do run large by about 1/2 size and do not have any arch support to speak of. They're fine for wearing to work in an office, but aren't for long walks for ladies with high arches.

Too short and narrow, but cute and comfortable. Returned for the next size up. In some Clarks I can take a 10 B, usually need 10-10.5W but these 10W were short and narrow.

Very cute! Toe is a bit pinchy for a WW show, but the overall comfort is very good.

I think this is such a pretty shoe and the look did not disappoint. However, I have a bunion on my left foot and the front cut just at that spot making it unwearable. Alas, the shoe is being returned.

Such cute shoes, but poorly designed. There is a cushion in the heel area, which is nice, except that they used some kind of plastic thread to sew that in, and the end of the thread scratches my feet. Also, the spot where that cushion ends near the ankles, on both sides and in both shoes, has injured my feet. Too bad I couldn't tell that when I was just wearing them in my home, otherwise I would have returned the two pairs I bought as they are unwearable. I wish I'd seen the other similar style that doesn't have the heel pad in the back. I would have bought that.

These are very wide for Clarks and the front of the show is quite round. I found these flats to be pretty dowdy. I go for Clarks that are trendy yet comfortable. They are well-crafted, but weren't comfortable because the shape is wrong for my foot (long and narrow).

These are ok, but not wide enough to be wide. am considering returning these, although they are very cute.

Very cute shoes, almost exactly what I was looking for, though would have preferred a peep toe. Others reported problems with threads in the heel rubbing but I didn't have a problem with that. The soles are fairly comfortable, but I had a big problem with the fit across the ball of the foot. While the rest of the shoe fit fine, the way it dug in just above the big toe affected the nerves in my feet. 1 month after a full day breaking them in I am finally getting the feeling in my big toes back. I plan on wearing them in short stretches in the hope that as the leather softens they will become fit better. Sad.

I ordered these in an 8.5 medium, which is the size I normally buy shoes in. These seemed to work at first -- they're super comfy and soft with decent support, which I need for work and random outings on foot. However, I quickly had to give it up as my toes were too crunched to wear for any length of time. I sadly had to return these - I would've ordered either a half size up or the same size in a wide, but found another style I wanted more with a wedge. It's hard to tell which way to go with these, but thanks to easy exchanges I'm a happy customer.

Working city commuter that needed a cute and comfortable pair of shoes for the office. My foot size is 8W and these are too big to keep. The width was fine however the shoe was rounder than what appeared in the picture. I must return this pair but will not be bothering with the next size up. I do think that they would have been very comfortable.

I had to return these, normally I love Clarks, but the front part cut into my foot very badly, my feet are slightly wide, but this was just painful. Pretty style, also color is more coral (more orange( than pink.

I bought this shoe in coral and it matched my new outfit perfectly. I was a bit miffed this shoe was not as comfortable as ones I buy directly from a store. Why? No idea. Since I didn't stand a great deal, the shoe was ok. I am going to try a Dr. Schols insert, hoping for better comfort.

This is a really cute shoe, but I found it singularly uncomfortable. I love Clarks and have had great luck with them with few exceptions. This show is leather... except for the trim around the throat (the open part of the shoe). In this area it appears to be an odd synthetic/rubber type of material. It stretches everywhere but in this area and that causes an odd point of pressure right over the base join on the small toe of one foot. Sadly I wore them before I realized it would be an ongoing issue, so I can't return them, but I will be giving them away - hopefully their next owner will have better luck.
