These are comfortable and appear to be well-made. I am usually between 8 regular and 8 wide, and the wides are very comfortable. Two complaints. First, the strap around the ankle is indeed very short as other reviewers have posted. I have it on the largest setting even after wearing the shoes for about a month (on-and-off). I think the leather will stretch over time, and I don't have small ankles, but I really have to wonder if there's anyone who could use the smallest setting. Second, the backs of the shoes are a little high, and I got tiny blisters. But I think as the shoes break in more this will be fine too.

This shoe says medium but is more narrow than any shoe I have bought before. Beautiful style, good quality, they just don't fit.

I have the Wendy River and thought this might work better since it had a buckle and the River has velcro. Cute shoe but wider than the River (I have narrow feet and bought the narrow), and my small toe gets caught in the straps. So unfortunately it has to go back.

These are cute sandals, but they fit oddly around my heel. The spot where the strap connected to the back of the shoe felt higher than it does in other shoes, and it rubbed painfully. In every other respect they were cute and comfortable, and I was sad to send them back!

I ordered these online because I thought they would be exactly what I need for my volunteer work. I do a lot of walking and don't really have time for pedicures to show my heels and toes, so these shoes I thought would cover the neglect of my feet pretty well. I was a little disappointed that the strap around my ankle was a bit tight. But once I had them on and walked for awhile, they were very comfortable! If someone has thick ankles this shoe will not work for them, but I will say I am very satisfied with these shoes.

I bought these shoes in red, 8.5W and wore them straight out of the box all day at work. I love the sassy color and the style which can go casual with capris or a dress. I cannot wear much of heel, and these were just perfect!

This shoe looks much nicer in the picture than on the foot. I have a narrow width but it still looks clunky. I wish Clark's would try to make their shoes a little more fashionable in appearance. The sandal is comfortable enough but not pretty enough!

If you have tiny little dainty ankles this may work, but the ankle strap is just too tight on me. I'm usually a 9.5 and that size fit me comfortably, save for the strap. Too bad too, because they are very cute! And I think they'd have been comfy and practical for summer. Back they go.

I'm on my second pair of these, in Wide width. Last year's pair had air bubbles or something in the heels, which made them fun to walk on (they were very springy) but both heels exploded after one season of wear. This year's pair is less springy but exactly the same otherwise. I only rated it 4 stars because the new pair gave me blisters on my heels the first time I wore them and the old pair didn't. It may not be the shoes' fault, however; I've lost a lot of weight since I bought the first pair and the shape (though not the width) of my feet has changed a bit.

VERY comfortable, like a slipper with support. However, didn't meet my need from a style perspective. These would be great for my Mom! I needed something that I can walk a lot in for work and have some style with dress slacks and skirts. Just didn't meet the grade. I still recommend them from a comfort perspective.

I had to order a half size smaller than normal, but that was not the problem. The footbed has a ridge along the side and the bottom of my foot went over it just enough for it to rub and not be totally comfortable. Loved the look but knew I would not choose to wear them with that problem.

These are very nice looking shoes but my big toes didn't like them. The whole shoe wasn't too narrow but the toe area was a bit for me. Otherwise they were fine with a nice padded insole. They'd be great if they were toeless!

I like these shoes very much. They are cool enough to wear in a hot climate (like South Florida) but work-appropriate at the same time. More important, I feel steady and secure in them. They grip the floor nicely and the heel is not too tall for me, being a woman over a certain age, as it were. The only negative is that securing those little buckles does take a bit of concentration and time. These are not shoes that one can simply toss on and off. Other than that, though, I'm quite happy with the shoes and recommend them highly. Oh, and one other thing. The first time I wore them, they felt a bit too small and I was afraid that they were in fact too small. Not to worry. They are the perfect size now and I'm very happy with the fit. This break-in period was 2 or 3 wearings.

These shoes are so cute but way too wide for me. I ordered 8N and they seemed too long and way too wide, the only thing that kept them on my foot was the ankle strap. Unfortunately I had to send them back.

A friend of mine bought these shoes and I loved them. She said the strap was too tight! Well, I thought my ankles were smaller so I ordered them. But the strap really is too tight and I have the buckle on the last hole! Almost too uncomfortable to wear, but I really like them...

Nice comfortable shoe, however the straps are short and I had to have the strap lengthened.

These shoes are absolutely adorable, but the strap isn't nearly long enough to go around my ankle. I'm sad that I have to send them back.

Spring and summer attractive and comfy! Compliments jeans, summer skirts and dresses. And priced affordable!

The pros don't outweigh the cons. Disappointed in this sandal from a usually-great brand. PROS: Amazing cushioning. Lovely color & supple leather. CONS: --Slightly narrow for bunioned feet. --Ankle strap is too short for how low it's placed. --After 2 months of wearing ~EOD, the lining inside the toe-box straps rubbed loose; turns out it's attached with double-sided tape (see photos). It immediately stretched out of shape so there's no way to reattach it without creating seams which would undoubtedly rub my feet raw. --The heel is placed so that my ankle rolls out when I'm standing still. Not comfortable (though not noticeable when walking).

Cute shoes. Soft leather, but runs short. I'm almost always an exact size in Clarks, but this ran a little short. Had to return--reluctantly.

Would have been a cute, comfortable shoe worth keeping had the quality been nicer. Leather felt cheap and stiff and buckle appeared to be made of plastic. Ran a half size bigger on my feet, but maybe my feet are shrinking. Love that it was available in narrow width.

These felt narrow in the heel; they rubbed against the arch of my foot.

These shoes are comfortable and cute. My biggest complaint is the strap is far too short! I have a few other pairs of sandals similar to these but this is the only pair I need someone else to buckle.
