Wore them quite a bit at first. They felt slightly large. The more I wore them the looser they became. Then the back of the heel started to break down. Now they are falling off. Got some pads to make the heel tighter, hope that works because they look nice and they are comfy. But generally breaking down and I have not had them too long. And I am a Clarks fanatic. I probably have 25 pairs.

This is a really attractive shoe but the 10W heel is a bit too wide. When I put my orthotics in the heel slipped even more. So sad to have to return it.

This is a Clark's Privo shoe. It hugged my foot well all around but was a bit too narrow in the big toe area. Privos usually are too narrow all around for me so this style was a surprise. The sole is too lightweight for city walking which I what I intended them for and I despite the reasonable fit, did not feel supportive enough over all.

These seemed very comfortable for the front of my foot in D width, but for some reason the right shoe constantly slipped off at the heel so I'm having to return them.

While these shoes are really cute (I actually bought them in black and navy), I couldn't wear them more than an hour or so without my feet screaming at me. I bought them to wear on a long road trip with moderate walking, and was so disappointed that I couldn't feel comfortable in them. I've never had shoes that hurt my big toes quite like these did. Clarks are my go-to brand and I have other styles that I love.

After foot surgery to fix a bunion, I'm starting my journey to find shoes that will ease my foot pain. I tried with the Clarks Haley in a Wide. It's a comfy shoe, but the insole is bumpy and irritates my sole. It offers zero arch support. My own inserts don't really work in this shoe. I'm returning them. Love Zappos with it's easy return policy!

I really wanted to love these! The style is great, the wide size fit my wide feet perfectly. Unfortunately, there is no support or cushion at all in this shoe. I wanted to use for travelling and/or extensive walking but I just can't see that being an option at all. Very cute though - I wish Clarks had thought more about cushion and support in a "comfort" shoe.

I was very disappointed with this shoe. I have worn Clarks for years and I have always felt they were true to size. This particular shoe was too long, and there was no support at all. Unfortunately, I will have to return.

Cute shoe and comfortable but I need much more support than this shoe offers. I was hoping to find a comfortable shoe to wear that was an athletic shoe.

I'm so disappointed in this shoe. I liked the look of it and was convinced that it would be a perfect shoe for me. The first one that I got was too small, though it was an 8, my usual size. The second, an 8.5, was a perfect fit and very lightweight. I walked around in them for about 20 minutes and found out that the "pebbly" surfaced insole was making my feet hurt. I'm sending the shoes back. Like the look but they're very uncomfortable.

These are really cute, but the front is much narrower and one of the straps has no elastic. I ordered them in N because I have a slim heel. The heel was narrow but the ball of the foot was way to tight. I tried a M and the front was still too tight with the heel being to wide. Wish they had added some elastic to the front straps.

These shoes were not comfortable. They were also too long for the size 7 I expected by at least 1/2 a size. Looked like gun boats. All around am dissatisfied. They will go back.

I am very disappointed with this shoe and with Clark's shoes. The shoe overall is very flimsy--this is a big change from the last few years. I love every sandal and shoe I bought, especially the Wave line. This shoe is different. I added an arch support which makes it more comfortable. Without that, I can't see myself tramping through towns on vacation and having my feet intact. I find the design "passable", but not quite up to the former lines. I can't quite put my finger on what's missing other than the quality and design that is not what it was.

Unfortunately, Clark's narrows are not in the same sizing as most other companies. I really liked this shoe and wanted to be able to have a closed toe shoe for summer but this shoe is just way to wide all over. I wear a 12N and have a low instep but I think even a high instep foot would have difficulty keeping this shoe on as the heel and toe box also run wide.

The wide width was perfect but the heel slipping as others had mentioned is a problem with this show. Wish it could have worked out!

I ordered 8W in black. Loved the style and would have ordered in two other colors. However, the middle of the 3 straps across the front cannot be stretched. The other 2 straps have elastic on both sides on the middle vertical strap that allow the shoe to stretch enough to fit well. Why oh why did Clark's NOT add elastic to the second strap of the 3 cross straps??!! I don't think a shoe repair shop could add the elastic without harming the shoes' looks. Please, Clark, make this shoe with the middle strap also having elastic for stretch. My foot problem was caused by bad surgery but the general principal still holds.

Really disappointed in the quality of these. Clark bought the Privo brand and seemed to have destroyed the quality. My old Privos were more dense/spongy in the foot pad and the overall fabrication was better. So sad to see a great brand be cheapened as a result of a buyout.

I ordered a 10W, my usual size, and this pair was tight and rubbed in all the wrong places. It did not seem like a wide width. I know if I would have kept them, I'd have had blisters on my ankles and the top of my foot. It also wasn't as soft as I expect Clarks to be. I'm disappointed.

Really cute but runs small and is very narrow. I thought there would be a little more give to this shoes but there was not. I have a medium width foot and these were difficult to get on because of the narrowness. There also is not mu h cushioning on the soles. Sadly, back they went.

Just plain huge. Like bedroom fluffy slipper huge, only better looking. But my feet were actually slipping around in the shoes in all directions, and didn't feel real safe. Also, I wasn't aware of any arch support, and with a shoe that's so soft all around, there's not much holding your foot in place. And Clarks is doing a weird insole thing, with a footbed that is rubbery, and covered with bean sized "dots." I guess they're meant to massage your feet? Not so much. Too bad, I was hoping this would be a winner. The plus side is that the straps are stretchy, so high arches aren't pinched, but it's about the only good thing to say.

I have purchased and loved many Clarks shoes over the years, but was very disappointed in these which had no support in the sides, had heels which slipped, didn't seem to have sufficient cushioning, and seemed slightly larger than true-size. Fortunately, I also ordered another style, and liked the fit, better.

These are cute and comfortable, and going by reviews I read I thought they'd be great to wear while walking my dog. They seemed okay at first, but after a bit I really felt them rubbing. Then a bit later they started tearing into the backs of my ankles. So, if you're just gong to wear them around, I say go for it. But if you plan to walk in them, stay away. They fit true to size.

This shoe is really an ugly gold color. It is not narrow in the heel if you order N. I am returning.

why so many good reviews? did not work for me. 8M was tight across the width of the foot, 8W was too loose and my heels were slipping when walking very disappointed in this shoe, I was really looking forward to using a light slip on type shoe to do yoga with wearing my orthotics, but this did not work out in either the M or W
