When I took these out of the box and put them on, I was very hopeful. The fit (9 1/2 AA) seemed great. However, when I stood up and started to walk, it felt like my feet rolled inwards! I'd never had that happen before. There was a little extra room, so I took some gel pad liners and put them in the shoes and tried again. Nope, my foot definitely rolled inwards. I have one other pair of Clarks shoes and don't have that problem. I don't know what the issue is with these, but they're going back.

I bought this shoe because I have had success in the past with Privo by Clarks styles. This one is my favorite shoe that I have ever bought from Clarks, but not the worst shoe I've ever tried either in general. At first I thought it too tight, but I wore it iin the house and since there is a considerable amount of elastic in the shoe, it stretched rather quickly. I only hope it doesn't stretch too much as time goes on. I needed a light colored shoe, and this fit the bill on that score.

I was really excited to receive these shoes. I'm a big fan of Clarks and I bought these to replace my Clarks sandals that I've had for 10 years. They are really cute, but I found them to be super uncomfortable everywhere - in the toe, the heel, on top and bottom of my feet. They feel extremely narrow and just way too tight everywhere. I'm hoping to return these.

Not exactly the quality and fit that Clarks were known for from the beginning. these run small, narrow and short, and sorry but, they look chincy (cheap). Thanks to Zappos great customer service I will simple return them and order something else until I find what I need!

I love the look of these casual shoes as they would look great with white pants. I am returning them. They are too narrow in the toe area and pinch my little toe. They are also a bit too long, although I bought the same size I always wear in Clark shoes.

I walked right out of these even though I ordered narrow. My feet ARE very narrow. My orthotics raised my heed a bit and just made the problem worse. There wasn't much support.

I love this shoe. It comes in a narrow and accommodates an orthotic. However, the toe area on sole of the shoe pulls up. That glitch in the structure changes the way one walks. It forces you to walk on your heels, whereas your heel and toes should form a tripod so that you can walk with stability.

I wanted to love these shoes, but they had no arch support whatever and after only a few minutes on, my feet hurt like crazy. Had to send them back.

I would have liked to kept this shoe except for the fact that I got a blister on my heel from the back strap. They seemed alright, I just imagine everyone would get a blister as I did.

These are not as comfortable as original Privos before Clarks bought them. I had an old pair that I wore all the time. Over the span of four countries, many cities, and across different terrains. They were my favorite walking shoes. Unfortunately, as soon as I unpacked these, I could already tell the soles and inner cushion were not as cushy. Yesterday, I tested them out at a four hour landscaping job site. They sadly did not offer the same comfort. I will still keep them as they are cute. But the hunt continues for that perfect pair of walking shoes. I may have to go back to Mephisto or Born. They cost a lot more but worth it is comfort is a priority.

I ordered these in the Pewter color, which I find is a very versatile color. The only problem was the insole would come out when the shoes were removed. I called Zappos, who immediately sent me a new pair, which did the same thing. Because I love the shoes, I purchased an adhesive which effectively glued the insole to the shoe. Clark's Privos have been my go-to shoe for 5 years for comfort and style, but I have noticed in the last year the quality and craftsmanship, as well as style, are not what they used to be. This will probably be the last Clark's Privos I will buy. Too sad!

Very, very wide (can't even believe I'm saying that with my wide feet) and run a bit large. Not a lot of support in the sole. Most Clarks I own have more support. A little more support and a little less wide and they would have been perfect.

These are not a bad looking shoe, they fit well and are comfortable; however, they have 0 arch and are too flat with no support. Not worth the money. Not the Clarks quality I have at home.

Would have kept had they fit. Not a comfy insole, hard and thin. Don't let the sneaker look fool you. I would need to add a squishy insert had I kept them.

Nice shoe, but it is wider than other narrow shoes. The heel was loose, and I think after wearing a bit, it may be even more loose -- especially with the elastic parts. Clarks usually fit fine, so I think the problem here may be the elastic.

Overall fit was good, but there was not enough support; felt like the ball of my foot was walking in bare feet.

These run at least half a size small. I have medium/narrow 11½ size feet and ordered the size 12. That was too short! I am bummed because they are very light weight, cute shoes.

In person, these aren't as cute as the pictures on the website. These look like Grampa slippers. Yes, they're comfy. They're not 'sporty' looking nor cute. These are going back.

Just got the show in brown and HOPED they would work, but seem too Narrow, I'm a normal medium...but my feet have gotten arthritic with age and I'm having a hard time fitting with comfort. They are cute and I've worn Clarks from Made In England days, but wonder about the Made in China world. I probably have to send them back. I'm sad about this.

Super slim style shoe, like a ballet slipper. No arch support at all. Feels like those free run type of shoe. Not at all like the old Privo shoe, bummer. Going back.

I kept these shoes because my orthotic fits, and they are comfortable. One caveat though...these shoes do not breathe. My feet sweat quite a bit. Surprising since that have so many cut outs.

Overall comfort is good, but insert is quite a bit thinner than other Privo styles that I own. The back part of the shoe is lower than most and will slip off if it doesn't fit snugly.

Too narrow in toe box. Missed the "elastic straps" in item info & really disappointed that so much of the shoe was elastic, not leather -- elastic doesn't breathe in hot humid weather. Cute but going back.

I have wide feet and thought this would be a good choice. Unfortunately, the toe box is not wide (notice the curve on the top of the shoe) and the heel was too wide. Have had trouble with Clarks but have had superior service with Zappos!

I was not crazy about the elastic at the front of this shoe. Not as comfy as my other Clarks.
