The materials aren't soft and bother my heel. However, Jambu shoes tend to soften and stretch over time. The arch support is okay, not great.

I have a wide foot (family curse!) and even though I ordered a W, it was still too narrow. I have a pair of M Merrells (Mary Janes) that fit just fine.

Runs short, but is very, very cute and comfy. Unlike other reviewers, I don't have a problem with the synthetic leather. I will purchase the next size.

Cute shoe! I felt like this shoe runs very small. I wear a size 9, but think I should have ordered a size 10!

Cute, comfortable shoes. I can't find this brand in the stores, I plan on searching for more Jambu's.

The first part of my review is that these shoes run slightly smaller and narrower than what I ordered. It's a nice looking quality shoe and the arch support/padding is very comfortable. I gave the "comfort" 3 stars only because they're tight. I'm hoping after breaking them in, I can stretch them out.

Love the shoes, adorable and seem well made, and super comfy padding on the inside. However, they run a bit small in my opinion. I normally wear a 10 wide and that is what I ordered. They were very tight on the length and width. It's a shame, I really do love these so I must return.

These are really cute. I have wide feet and they weren't wide enough. Usually I can made shoes work if I order a larger size. So I'd see that these run just a little bit narrow. I gave them to my mom who has really narrow feet (but slightly longer than mine) and she likes them.

How unfortunate! This is a very cute shoe, with a very comfortable footbed. Unfortunately, within two hours of wearing, I had huge blisters on back of both heels. I was very sad to return them. had to return to my usual brand (Dansko) Something tells me the memory foam footbed would've worn into the shape of your foot pretty quickly, but I can't say for sure because i didn't have them long enough.

Unfortunately, I had to send these back. I love the style, but there was no room for my big toe (vertical space). Too bad -- I think I have all of the old model without the blossom.

I also cannot get over the pleather-versus-cost ratio. If these were made of leather, rather than imitation leather, they would be perfect.

This is my second pair of Jambus. I had a pair of mules/clogs last year that I wore so much that they simply wore out, and ordered the same size. I wore them on a weekend trip to Las Vegas, where we did a lot of walking, and got blisters on my pinkie toes. They're just a smidge too small, such that the next size up is likely too big. It's too bad because I love the style and how they look on my feet. I will try wearing a pair of those nylon panty hose-material footies and see if that helps. They don't seem to have stretched at all since I got them, perhaps because they aren't leather.

Sizing was a little small lengthwise width was okay. Minimal arch support

Great comfortable shoes. Unfortunately, the stitching is coming apart on or by the strap on both shoes in less than a month. I own other pairs of Jambus that are much more robust.

Very cute shoe but it just doesn't fit right. There is not enough space across the top of the toes. I can usually wear an 8.5 in Jambu but that didn't work in this shoe. So I ordered an 8.5 wide. It was wider but still didn't fit properly. The problem is the "height" if you will, from bottom of shoe to the cute flowered part across the top of the foot. Sending this pair back & will try a maryjane in another brand. Very disappointed!

I took the advice of earlier reviews and ordered 1/2 size larger, but still too short. I need a whole size larger than my regular. Support is indeed very comfy and good. However, I gave a 3 for style because I did not like the big rubber wrap around on the toe in the lighter/brighter colors.

I really liked the look of these but they are just so uncomfortable. I kept them, but I just can't wear them very often. They fit funny. Kind of like you're wearing a small heel or something. Like my foot slopes downwards. And when I walk my feet slap the ground. It's the strangest thing. I should have sent them back but I didn't really notice until I wore them around a day or so. But they are cute.

These are very wide. I need an insert for support and comfort. They have an obviously cute pattern. But the crazy wide design does not look so cute. I do not have wide feet and I did not order the wider choice.

I purchased the charcoal and also the brown - both have been extremely comfortable and they are also very feminine. But have to agree that for the price, the shoes should have been leather. Just returned from a walking vacation and the shoes stood up well in the 70's weather. But now with summer, my feet start sweating and I can't wear them. So, for the cooler months, yes, a great buy. But not for summer.

I have been wearing size 9 J-41 shoes exclusively for years. I received and returned size 9 Jambu Blossom. Then I got size 9 1/2 Jambu Blossom and now have to return them too. They are still too small!

These hurt my feet and gave me cuts and blisters on the top of my feet and at my inside ankle where the strap fastens. They are super cute, but I have to figure out how to wear them with no pain! The foot bed is comfortable, but could use more arch support.I want to make these shoes wearable. They are good, but the rubbing at the edges is really bad.

This shoe is very tight across the front and cuts into my foot without even standing. There will be no give as it's synthetic, apparently. But it is cute.

Cute shoe, but runs small, and fit is tight. Since its all man made materials I sent it back as was not sure if it would stretch and become more comfortable.

This shoe runs extremely small. I usually wear a 10.5, but often have to order an 11 because 10.5 is unavailable. I ordered an 11 in this shoe and it was tight. My toes were touching and the toe box felt tight. Ouch!
