This was my first time to order from Zappos and boy am I impressed. I love these shoes by the way and bought them to take on an international tour this coming March. I have been wearing them to break them in and absolutely LOVE them! The service from Zappos was phenomenal. I ordered and 3 days later received them. Couldn't believe the service. Will order from them again and highly recommend them. Also loved the free shipping.

I have a pair of these in the cement color and just love them. They are so comfortable and go with a lot of my wardrobe. I also get lots of compliments on them and asked where I purchased them. I of course tell them Zappos. I wanted another pair in the charcoal color but they have been difficult to find in my size. I just happened to recheck the Zappos website and they were available. So, I ordered them and have received them. They are just as great as my other ones. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 but in this style, they seem to run a half size smaller, so I ordered them in 8.5 and they fit great.

I love the Jambu Shoes. They are sturdy, and comfortable. I feel like I have the support I need, and they are not heavy and clunky.

These are the BEST shoes! When I found out they sold out at my local store, and wouldn't be re-ordered, it was Zappos to the rescue! These shoes go with everything, and the footbed reminds me of walking on clouds - unbelievable. I get compliments all the time! These are the only pair of shoes I own that I can comfortably wear without socks, too.

Cute. Very comfortable. Good support. Rarely buy shoes online, but took a chance because I have an old pair of Jambu's & couldn't find any locally. Very pleased.

These shoes are quite versatile, not to mention cute. They're comfortable too. I can wear them all day - at work, at play and home and I hardly remember I'm wearing shoes.

This shoe is so cute and very well made. But I have a wide foot and a high instep and the inside at my arch is cut low. So it hit me in an awkward spot. The toe box is very roomy. Lengthwise it was true to size. So sad it didn't work for me.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I think they'll be great as an all around shoe for spring and summer. Waterproof bottom, cute design on top. Love them! As for sizing, my foot is a little wide, so I can go 8.5 wide or 9 regular. I got the 9 regular and they fit great.

Love at first wearing! I was looking for a summer style that gave me lots of support, and I found it in these shoes! The fit feels true to size, and the support is great! Generally, I look for shoes with removable arches so that I can insert my custom orthotics, however, I feel as though I don't need the orthotics with these shoes. Good job, Jambu!

Love, love, love these comfy shoes. This pair plus other Jambu styles are the most comfortable I have ever worn.

Love the style. Very hard to tell that they are fake leather. Out-of-the-box comfy, except the vamp seems a little tight across the top of the foot. A real leather would stretch; not sure if these will. I feel like they are about 1/4 size smaller than sized. I am a "true 11" and they are just a little snug, with my toes at the very end. Not sure I will keep these, but they are super-cute.

These shoes are so cute! I am a little disappointed that they are not really comfortable especially for the price. But I love how they look so I have decided to slowly break them in and make them work. They are so cute!

Bought these two days ago, and I am returning them. Loved the style, and fit (for the most part), but the back of the left shoe was cut a bit higher than the right and rubbed against the back of my ankle. Although they are made of man made materials I would have kept them except for the rubbing as they were cute and comfortable.

I love this comfy shoe! They go with everything and I have even found that there are some socks that look great with them. They are a little "boxy" looking but otherwise a great shoe!

I have big feet with high arches. It's difficult to find "girl" shoes in 11 or 12 that are both comfortable and stylish. I ordered several different pairs by different makers and sent them all back except the Jambu blossom. Fit is good - although the toe seemed tight at first, the shoes relaxed after one wearing. Strap is in the right place and easily adjusted, good flexible sole, moderate arch support. I love the vintage red color with yellow topstitching and the flower motif. These are cute with skinny jeans, flirty skirts, simple dresses, or yoga pants. Best of all, the closed toe makes my feet look positively dainty!

Very comfortable shoes - especially after worn a few times. I'm almost thinking of ordering a back-up pair for the day that they eventually give out. For what it's worth, I did have to order a half size up from my normal size.

Another "live-in-it" pair of shoes. I love these Jambus for casual days. They are pretty, and the red is clean without being too orange or pink. The are comfy with or without those little sock things. If anything can be improved, I would prefer a stretch cross strap so that I don't have to undo & redo the strap every time I use it.

This are advertised as Navy Blue … but, they are NOT BLUE. They are most definitely black. The color is Midnight … I called and told them that this shoe is showing up in the wrong category, and they said that sometimes Midnight means blue, and sometimes black, and that is the confusion. It should have been corrected by now, though.

These are comfy and cute. For those complaining about them being made from man-made materials, you have PLENTY of other options for leather styles, made by Jambu and others. As a vegetarian, I'm grateful there are more non-leather styles on the market these days!

The day after I got these (in red) I wore them to work and had three totally unsolicited compliments on them in the first hour - two from total strangers. They are comfortable, cheerful, and vegan. Yay! However, I did wear them in the rain one day and noticed that the red color transferred to my stockings. I was able to wash it out, but it was inconvenient - I live in a pretty rainy location. And it seems like the inside of the strap doesn't need to be red. I have to buy this brand larger than my usual size.

OMG are these sized small. I own other Jambu shoes and the same size in this style does not even come close to fitting me.

Very cute shoes! Love the color, but is too small for my chunky foot.
