Super cute. I ordered my usual 7.5 Merrell size, but they were too big. Thanks to Zappos free shipping(!!!) I gave the 7 a try. Like butter! I love the casual, hippie dressy, styling with "walk to the bar" comfort. I ordered the tan and I'll probably order the black too before the end of the summer.

I love the barefoot line by Merrill. This was my second style from the line. I wear them around the house like slippers and they also look great with slim jeans and skirts. A bonus I've discovered wearing leather lined skimmers keeps my feet smooth and prevents dry skin build up. Thanks Merrill for this line of shoes!

These are so comfortable! I bought two pair, blue and tan, both are great colors. I have the lace up barefoot shoes and I bought a nine expecting these to fit the same way, I may need to return for 8 1/2 I am trying them out on the carpet before I decide for sure. I may just put an insert in them and keep them. There is not much support, however; they are still very comfortable. I like the style and they just feel like house slippers! I would definitely recommend them.

I LOVE these. SUPER cute on and literally it's like you're walking barefoot. I would NOT recommend these to anyone who has issues with arch support. I've always loved Merrell's and these are another fantastic product. I'm typically a half size smaller in flats than shoes, so I ordered a 7.5 and it fit great! The elastic ankle part was another added plus. If you love walking barefoot, these are for you!

Love these. Light arch support. They really feel like they fit like a glove. I am almost always a 7.5 or 8, and the 7.5 is almost perfect - the 8 was way too big. Tugs a teeny bit right at my toe box, but I have a wide toe box and a narrow heel. Feels like the leather is stretching to fit better.

Love these shoos... have them in two colors. They make me feel like I am going barefoot, which was why I chose them in the first place.

I ordered a half size down and they fit and feel great! Can't wait to wear them to work: it will be like wearing slippers all day.

These are exactly what I wanted. They run a little big (I wear a size 6 in the barefoot Merrell sneakers, but a size 5 in these). They are cute, very basic, protect your sole but give no arch support - just what I wanted! I've been wearing them all the time even though it's too cold!

I really like these shoes. I wish they had a little more arch support, but I guess then they wouldn't be "barefoot". The footbed is comfortable. I wear a 5.5, which I ordered, but I'm going to try a 5 to compare as they were a little long.

I love these shoes, and it is so hard for me to find good shoes. I have really wide feet. I picked them out at a store based on their look - super simple earthy shoes with a cute print cut out. As soon as I slipped them on, I was in love. They are so comfortable and fit perfectly. Walking in them is so comfortable, no rubbing spots. The leather is So soft and buttery. They fit my boho chic look perfectly. The soles are not slippery at all, very grippy. I wear a a 6-7 depending on the brand. I got these in a 6.5, perfecto.

I ordered these for a trip to Italy and then for general day-to-day wear. Kept them in my carry on and used them on the plane. They pack really well. They are extremely comfortable but are true to the barefoot style and you will feel the ground. I usually need more arch support but these were fine. I ordered the 9.5, could have gone with a 9 but I kept the 9.5 since I didn't want them too snug. No breaking in needed!

In one word, "Awesome!" Ordered normal size, good fit. I love barefoot and this is it in a shoe!

You will live in these. They are the modern moccasin shoe. I needed something more dignified than flip-flops, more respectful to my feet than many of the beautiful but uncomfortable options out there. These don 't rub anywhere and feel like a barefoot shoe. I'm confident you will love them.

The most comfortable shoe ever! I have a very narrow foot and these shoes stay on my heel without rubbing. I added a little pad in the front of the shoe to take up some space and they fit perfect! The leather is so soft! Love them!

This was my first attempt with a "barefoot" shoe, and it was a failure. Really cute comfortable shoe as long as I stood still and did not try to walk. I really missed having some kind of heel.

Perfect, simple flats! Very high quality, super soft leather inside and out, durable Vibram rubber sole, super flexible, fits like a glove, wide toe box (no squished toes), cute cut out design on top, and beautiful colors. I usually wear 8.5 in most brands and the 8.5 in the Life Zest is perfect; no break in period, no ankle/toe rubbing. I have narrow feet with high arches and Merrell caters to my feet perfectly. I love them so much I ordered 2 pairs (tan and rucksack).

I bought these shoes for a trip to Hawaii. They were great for quick on and off at the airport. Comfortable enough to wear all day right out of the box, and they even did double duty as a great pair of light hiking shoes.

These are really cute and comfy flats, so long as you go into it knowing that these are meant to imitate a bare foot and intentionally have no arch support. The leather is very soft and supple, and I love the cut-out design at the toe-- I think it makes them better for warm weather, and it adds some pizzazz. The only thing is, they run big. I'm almost always a size nine, rarely an 8 1/2, but the nine in these was much too big, especially since they're supposed to fit like, well... a glove. Exchanged for an 8 1/2 and they fit a lot better, though honestly I think I could almost take an 8 in these! So I would recommend sizing down a half size.

I tried the 9 and the 9½ and for my wide feet the 9½ won. These are so comfortable, like wearing slippers or nothing at all, they are dainty enough to wear with a dress or skirt, and subtle enough to hide under jeans. Super soft, no rubbing. That is absolutely amazing.

I love these shoes. They felt short at first, but have since softened and now move with my feet. It feels like I am going barefoot!

Okay, so I love flip flops but feel as though I am getting too old to sport them any longer. So I went looking for a comfy shoe that looked good with both jeans and shorts and could 'update' my flip flop look. This busy mom also needed somthing she could just throw on and go. This shoe is it! I couldn't be any happier. They look and feel great. I am so excited to wear them this summer with shorts and capris, too.

I'm a 'minimalist runner' and bought these because of the Barefoot effect. I'm normally a size 6.5, but needed these in a size 6. Remember, they are supposed to fit like a glove and feel like you're walking on bare feet, so don't expect any arch support. I'm really happy with the shoes. Just what I wanted!

These are now some of my favorite shoes. They look cute with bare feet but works well with socks/tights as well. They make my big feet look dainty, in an Audrey Hepburn sort of way. I bought the blue and I'm thinking about some other colors as well. The flexibility of the soles makes the shoes far more comfortable than a cheap pair of flats with no cushioning that don't flex. Negatives: They run small, I had to exchange them for a half size up. There's absolutely no cushioning or support, so I avoid these shoes on days when I plan to be carrying heavy loads.
