I did not like the feel and the flipping.

I have known Keen to be true to size for myself, while the show was true to size the strap was too big. Which allowed my foot to slip around in the shoe. I tried a size smaller, just in case. One strap was as big or bigger than the larger size, while the other was too tight. First time I didn't have Keen show fit properly

WAY too wide and sloppy on my foot. I am a slightly narrow 10 but I slopped back and forth when walking and had to send these right back. I have bought KEEN sandals before and they fit well, but not these flip-flops.

Arch wasn’t centered with mine and almost felt like a size too large. Had to return.

Very wide and sloppy. Also don't care for the little bumps and ridges formed into the footbed. Really disappointed

They are comfortable and easy to walk in. But, the sole is in two layers and the glue between the layers disintegrated. I was not able to re-glue them.

I bought these May 18th and wore them every day since I bought them, unfortunately, last week the thong pulled straight out of the hole it is supposed to sit into, rendering the shoe unusable. I did love the fit and the support, but the actual strap did not last longer than 2 months of use.

I was disappointed in the comfort. The foot bed is too hard. I thought they would be more like their other sandals that are very comfortable.

Too large. Waiting for exchange one size smaller than I usually wear

I was looking for a flip that could handle my garden, pool and rock driveway but sadly these started falling apart at the soles a few months after use. I ended up ordering crocs to see if they hold up. These shoes are really just meant for pool/beach or around the house

not as high quality as Keen flip flops I've purchased in the past. Disappointed.

The Kona Flip flip flop is more difficult to slide onto the foot than the Waimea H2. The straps are tighter and therefore less comfortable.I will try it in the living room one more time. I might just wear my old, deteriorating ones one more season and buy the Waimea next year before they go out of stock.

Seemed like a perfect size 8, but the straps are way too /bigwide. I could barely keep them on when I walked so returning them. I have a pretty wide foot so very surprised. too bad because they are super cute. I doubt a smaller size would help because it's not the footbed; just the straps : (

The fit of these was odd. My toes were almost over the front edge to grip the toe piece while the back had extra room. I typically have no issues with flip flops fitting me. Returning.

If you don't have a lot of meat on your feet, these will be way too big. There was a 1-1/2 inch space between my foot and the straps. I really liked them, but they just won't work for me.

Really wanted to love these; footbed was true to size and comfortable but straps over foot were way too big and there really isn't any arch support.

Under left “strap” very rough/painful stitching had to return sadly. Afraid to try another if same.

I have these flips in black - from several years ago - and I have loved them. However, these new ones look and feel significantly longer than the ones I have been wearing. I need to return these and try to exchange for a smaller size.

These looked in the picture like a light blue with a navy foot bed, but no. They were an ugly turquoise color with a grey foot bed. Also got my usual size 9 1/2 and they were huge! Really wide, and about an inch too long. I returned them and Zappos has amazing customer service, but these shoes were a disappointment. I have lots of Keen boots, shoes, and even another pair of flip flops - but these are ugly and do not fit right. Also, there is an annoying tag on the underside of the right foot strap that can not be removed, but sticks out. If I would worn them more than five minutes in the house, it would've rubbed a blister on the top of my foot. Going to switch brands.

The shoe is stable and brightly colored. The problem is that the workmanship was flawed on the left shoe. The portion where the sole meets the pad of the shoe had rough edges which were uncomfortable under my foot.

The straps were so loose that there is no way I could have kept them on my feet, so I had to return them. I have a medium-width, ‘low volume’ foot. Perhaps these would be good for someone with a more robust foot.

I am a true 10.5 and usually have to go up to 11 based on size offerings. This 10.5 was so large, there was about 3/4" spacing behind my heel and the foot strap did not even sit on my foot but was sitting raise up. I walked right out of them!

These are huge and oddly shaped. I’m a regular 7.5 in all other shoes including Keen sneaker styles but these 7.5s look like boats on my feet. My toes are nearly hanging off up front while my heel is 2+ inches from the back. I was hoping to love these as I’ve loved other Keens, but back they go.

I normally wear a 9 or 9-1/2 with Keen shoes and sandals. The 9 was too big in the footbed and the straps felt a bit loose as well. I really want a slip on sandal to wear this summer, but I don’t think this is the right style for my feet.
