Definitely fit loose like others have said. Surprising since I own several Keen shoes. Not sure if it’s a defect for this shoe or not. Ordered normal size I take in Keen shoes. Disappointing for the price.

The Kona flip is not quite a half size too Large so I kept them but the size is not perfect. I thought I could get a better fit going a half size smaller but that didn’t work because the flip flop is too short when you attempt to walk in them. I have a medium width foot with high arch & am usually true to size. Other styles of Keen fit perfectly so for me it’s just this particular style.

Originally they seem to fit fine but the more I wore them I realized they ran a bit large. I usually order 8.5 and I should have just ordered an 8. Arch support is fine and I like the material design.

I like them I always like Keen The right one is a bit tighter than the left, something to do with the straps But again comfortable right out of the box

Fit true to size. Have not had much chance to wear them yet but they were comfortable right out of the box. The color is not as nice as on the website, but it's ok (never get true color on the computer)

Haven't had a chance to wear them except inside (It is COLD here now). I like the fact that there is some traction on the bottom - some flip flops are downright dangerous when it is wet! Have to say as far as appearance they looked better online than in person.

I usually wear an 8 1/2 or 9. I read the reviews and ordered an 8, they were too small so I exchanged them for a 9. The 9 fit great and they are very comfortable. My only complaint, I wish the toe area was a little longer/wider.

The footbed was fine. Perfect size. The straps were way too loose. Would have been a tripping hazard!!!

These sandals are super cute. The size in length and width is accurate. The straps are loose on my flat feet. They would probably fit a higher arch better. The bottoms are slippery on a wet floor but maybe that will change once the soles are worn down a bit.

I’m still wearing these 7 years later. Not every day because I wear Oofos quite a bit. Living in Hawaii comes with environmental challenges-certain things deteriorate really fast but these flip flops have held up. They’re too firm for me to wear them all the time and they are longer than a normal 7.5 but they’re good solid flip flops, which we call “slippahs “ here.

I have ordered three pairs and returned one over the past few weeks. I typically wear a 7 in Keenes. I returned the size 7 because it was way too large both in the footbed and the straps. I ordered a size 6 1/2 and it was better but not perfect but I decided to keep it. Meanwhile, the pair I was planning to return was still sitting on my dining room table. I decided to exchange it for a size 6. The 6 fits perfectly.

These looked like a slate color in the picture but they're actually jet black on the upper and I already have black flip flops so I'll be sending these back. Love the ones I have in Navy but I'm really looking for a gray or dark gray to put that money towards;) I love you, Zappos!

These flip flops have the squishy, supportive foot beds that you've come to expect from Keen. These are definitely a "sport" flip flop, so don't at these as anything other that a really comfy pool sandal - they're not super cute. The Pros: - Good support - Comfy foot bed - Soft straps - neoprene on the inside The Cons: These do run about 1/2 size large. I normally wear and 8.5, these were too big. Will be sending back for an 8.

These sandals are really cute and comfortable. Too bad the pair they shipped me had DIRT and a scuff mark on the front toe on them from whoever had bought them prior to me and then Zappos sold them to me. If you're going to charge full price for a pair of shoes I at least expect them to appear new and unworn.

Love these! Super cute & comfy. Easy summer time flip flops. I normally wear a 6 in keen, but these fit better in a 5 1/2.

Very pretty and great cushioning. I have narrow feet so the fit is slightly wide for me. I would have preferred if the foot bed was smooth vs patterned (my feet are narrow and bony so the patterned foot bed takes time to adjust). Overall, I like them and they are very pretty.

I normally wear an 8 wide and was surprised the 8 regular fit in these (they do not come in wide); they were actually a bit wider and longer than I thought. So while they fit well for a wide foot, the footbed made me feel like I was walking on little pebbles with the rough texture. Maybe the bottom of my feet are sensitive but I walked around the house in these and it really bothered me. I also do not like when Crocs have those little nubs so maybe it is just me. If that doesn't bother you, these were cute in the multi with the flowers.

As other reviews have said, this runs 1/2 size big. My feet are slightly wide and I ordered my usual size. Sadly too big and the smaller size is not available. Had to return.

These were an inch too big and looked awful. Also, not a fan of cloth toe strap as it usually causes abrasion.

These are well made with excellent arch support. Unfortunately, they were too loose on my rather narrow, low arch feet.

It felt a little wider than normal for 8.5 shoe. I wear 8.5. Other than the width the fit and support was good. It's a little more sporty than what i'm looking for.

I chose a size based on the size of my other previously bought and broken-in Keens styles-- but it was too big. For this style, it turned out that a half size down was the perfect fit

I liked this shoe but the straps were way too loose. I could hardly keep them on when I walked. The left one was particularly loose.

Supportive. Wider sole offers some additional protection around toes for a flip.

I was looking for an arch supported flip-flop, and I thought I finally found the right one. Unfortunately, I had to return the item 2 times, and that was enough. Inside the strap of the flip-flops it says it's a "W" width. The description lists only medium width available, which would have been fine. I tried a size 8, first, and that was too big on top. I thought I would try a 7.5, even though with sandals I am usually 8.5. The replacement also came "W" width, and was also too big across the top of my foot. The foot-bed would fit too small, I think, if I was to get a size 7. I know they normally will stretch out with time and the top will be farther away from my foot, and I didn't want to start out too big, because it will only get larger! If the sandal was a medium, it may have worked as a size 8, but, alas, I tried two times and gave up that hope. Sigh.
