I have a lot of Keen's shoes and sandals and like most of them. I needed some flip flops and so I thought I would forego some of the cheaper ones and try Keen's. A huge disappointment. They need to stick to the shoes, boots and sandals. The straps for these flip flops were so loose that I would have had to put on two pairs of socks to make them fit, and I do NOT have skinny feet. These are going back.

Let me start out by saying I love the Keen brand. These were not true to size, they were too large. The foot bed was an inch too long and the strap was too big across my foot.. When I walked the shoe would fall right off my foot. Not sure if a smaller size would work. Very disappointed in this style because Keens usually are my go to shoe.

Great base with lots of support. But the top was too loose, so I could tell I would have to strain to keep them on my feet. Which are wide with average arch. So these are going back.

Unfortunately, these sandals were so big, much bigger than a normal Size 11. This was the first time that I had ordered a Keen product. Cute sandals but disappointed that they didn't work for me.

Nice shoe, but too loose in the straps, and I have a high arch, should have been tighter. I wear a 7B, and I ordered a half size smaller after reading some of the reviews. Felt like I had on my husbands flip flops and would walk out of them. The length was good for me, even being a half size smaller, but was swimming inside the shoe.

Shoe style is slightly curved which causes my heel to hit at the back side edge instead of heel center. Might be a better fit for those whose foot has more of a curve. I also have a high instep and need good arch support, these do not meet that criteria for me.

These are not designed for my foot. I have 6 different pairs of Keens, all very cute and comfortable. I was excited to try these. I ordered 2 pairs, in my usual size. They were too big, roomy, floppy, the toe thong didn’t work with my foot. I exchanged them for half size smaller, the length was correct, but the straps and toe thong seemed to be wrong, angled oddly. Sadly they went back, I’ll keep looking.

These are cute sandals with a comfortable, supportive foot bed, but the straps are made of a rough, abrasive material that quickly became painful and left deep red marks on my feet when I went for a short walk. I have high arches, and perhaps that is the reason they rub so severely, but I do not recommend these shoes.

As much as I wanted to love these, I simply do not. The first problem is that the color, although very fun, is intensely chartreuse. This alone is not at all a deal breaker, just thought you should know. The real problem is that when I walk in these my left foot comes off the outside edge of the shoe. BIG PROBLEM. I do love my Keens so I would never hold one bad fit against them. There are many good reviews, so you may want to take a shot and hope for the best. Good luck.

I usually love Keen shoes, but these were a miss for me. I took other reviewers' advice and ordered a half size smaller, but these were still quite wide. They were also oddly shaped and my foot did not sit comfortably in the footbed. (My heels on both sides actually rested along the edges.) It's a shame I had to return them, because they were cushy and cute otherwise.

It seems that the inspection on this sandal was not very well done: the right foot fits perfectly, but the left foot, the left strap on the left foot is a bit longer so the flip flop is loose. The worst thing is that I bought this color at this store, and the same exact one in black, in another store, and they have the same defect! So I have to return them and I don't know if to buy another to see if it comes non-defective. So, this sandal "felt wider that marked" on the left foot, and "felt true to width" on the right foot. I love the arch support, the outsole, the height, the weight, Keen are comfortable shoes.

They broke after pretty light use.

The sandals were so wide they would not stay on my feet, sloppy fit but great if you have wide feet.

For some, they would say it was sized wide. But for those knowing and dependent on Keen being wider than most brands, the sizing was expected. Cushy and comfy, but the sole fell off after a week of light wear and only one instance of getting them wet. Super disappointing. Zappos made it right. But dang, I'm glad I was close to home when my shoe suddenly fell apart and became unusable.

These sandals have taken a serious decline in quality. I buy a new pair of these Sandals every spring for the summer season, I’ve done this for at least 7 years now. They have a great foot bed and have always been comfortable to year all day every day. This years pair fell apart after only 3 months of wear. The part that fits between the toes completely separated from the sole on one shoe making them totally unusable. So disappointed, but still they have been my go to for years. So I risked it and bought another pair online from another retailer because they were a lower price. This new pair has its own problems. The left fits normally. The right’s straps are significantly longer than normal making it loose and difficult to wear without falling off. I’m so disappointed, I’ll have to find a new go to flip from here on out.

I didn’t like this from the moment I put it on. The material was stiff and hurt my toes. I also felt there was no cushion at all, very stiff and hard to walk on. I wanted because they are so cute. Went right back in the box to return

Too big and heavy. Not worth trying to order a smaller size.

It is impossible for me to wear this style shoe. I have FLAT feet and they fall off when I walk. I wanted to try these with much hope that they would be different. Sadly I’m doomed. They are very nice but just not for me.

They are very cute but the footbed is super cheap (not the Keen quality I’ve always known and loved) and definitely not worth the price; I’m keeping them because I bought them as “walk outside” shoes stationed at doors (I live in Texas) to replace an old beloved pair of Sole flips I’ve been unable to find anywhere.

The inside bottom of these Keen Kona Flips hurt my feet. I need a lot of cushioning for the bottom of my feet. Very uncomfortable for me to walk.

The straps are built for someone with a VERY VERY fat foot. Could barely keep the sandals from falling off my foot they were so loose. Length was spot on. Wife ordered a pair and had the exact same problem. We returned both pair. Too bad the style is awesome.

Poor quality for Keen's. There was visible glue around the toe area. They are heading back unfortunately.

extremely uncomfortable, hard, bulky, especially for cost

Would love to wear Keens but they run a size too short for me. I wear a woman's 11. I refuse to order this style in a man's size.. They dont have the colors that the woman's Keen have.
