I ordered this sandal in two sizes as I need them for an upcoming trip. The 9 was too small and the 9.5 too big. The 9 was a better fit but a bit short and the straps were a bit uncomfortable , too stiff. I don't want to steer you away from this sandal if you can find the right as it is a very attractive sandal that would serve for both walking all day and looking good with casual attire for the evening.

These are the only Keen shoes/sandals that I can wear the only ones that my toes don't bump into the rubber tip. The front straps, though not adjustable, give my duck feet plenty of room. I would like them better if they had a bit more support and cushioning.

The ankle strap was tight as mentioned in other reviews. It was so uncomfortable, I knew these shoes would be pushed to the back of the closet and so returned them. FYI, as another reviewer mention, this shoe does not have arch support. This is not a problem for me but beware if you need arch support.

As others have said, the ankle strap does not adjust and felt a little too snug. They felt good on my feet, but I did feel like they were a little “old lady” for me. Returning.

I wear a lot of Keen shoes and all the others are a 10.5. On these I had to go up to 11. Other then that I think these are great, cute shoes for super casual and comfortable summer fun!

I’ve been buying Keen shoes, boots and sandals for many years and was surprised to find that this shoe felt too large. It is so cute and pretty enough to wear with skirts and dresses. I kept the size 7 that I ordered because I had time constraints and I’ve been pleased with the comfort and looks even though I wish I’d order a 6. Cute shoe, nice neutral color and the usual great Keen comfort. Thanks for your great service, Zappos!

I'm so happy these run large. I've been looking for a closed-toe summer sandal that can get wet, and disappointed that the Keen shoes I looked at never seemed to come in my size, especially in a color I wanted. (I wear 11.5 when I can get it; 12 when I can't.) Zappos recommended size 11 for me, so I gave it a try, and they fit. Very comfy. Sole is nice and grippy and bouncy. Not as aggressively clunky and ugly as other Keens. I like that they're washable, although I haven't tried washing them yet.

I really like this sandal BUT my little toe stuck out of the side which made it quickly uncomfortable. This would work beautifully for someone with longer toes.

have three pair, green, blue, tan. After about 6 months both the green and the blue developed a squeak with each right step. Outside its fine but in the office, down the hall, "eek-eek-eek", it is loud and annoying. Otherwise, the fit is good, wide enough toe box and my narrow heel stays put. Over time, the velcro strap starts to "fuzz" and not hold as well...but the squeak will finish off the shoe before the velcro.

I live these shoes and ordered a have size smaller because I had ordered Bali strap sandals and my usual size 11 was really big. I have always had a perfect fit with Keen, the 10.5 in this sandal is perfect length but so tight! It’s ridiculous. I have plenary of room in the tie box but this sandal has a poly strap that cannot be adjusted. So there is a Velcro strap that’s pretty useless as it’s super short. I don’t have wide feet so I was very disappointed. I ordered an 11 to see if that is better but the length was so spot on I hope it fits better.

Have wanted a pair for a few years. Only disappointment, and it is a small one, is that the strap across the top of the foot does not release/fully adjust. When my foot is wet, it's a little fussy getting the sandal on, but this is a minor issue with an otherwise fantastic sandal. Great support, love the color!

All the comfort and utility you expect from Keen with really cute styling. My feet are wide at the front, narrow-ish in the heel and my instep is low. I didn't have the same problem other people with higher insteps have with the fixed straps, but I can see what they mean. The hook and loop part of the strap is good for minor adjustment only. These do seem to run small. I wear between a 7 and a 7.5. The 7.5 just barely fits with a thin pair of running socks. If you wear yours as light hikers and want thicker socks; go a full size larger. The width in the toe box is good.

I am on board with other reviews regarding support. These are not as supportive and comfortable all day as the Newport footbed, but a bit sturdier than the Whisper, which feels like slippers -in a not good way. Cute style, worn right out of the box with no rubbing/blisters, pretty unusual occurrence for me. They fit fine in the strap but it’s not hard to see how a high arch or thick ankles would make them tight or difficult to get on / off. Good enough to now own two pair!

I normally take size 10 but, hearing this sandal runs small, I tried a half size larger, 10.5. The length of the 10.5 sandals was perfect. The width was comfortable and the strap felt fine -- probably because I have a relatively flat arch. However, for that same reason I need more arch support than the Keen Rose Sandal offers. Actually, in just a few steps, I felt my foot leaning leaning in the sandal, not staying securely upright, because of the lack of arch support I need. I tried the sandals with orthotics, but the orthotics pushed the top of my foot agains the strap and pushed my toes against the top of the shoe. Summarizing, these shoes (I tried the Magnet/Gargoyle), look very good and feel pretty comfortable if you don't need good arch support. I returned them for obvious reasons.

Had these in black and wore them on a 5 week trip to Europe. Love the comfort and the style is very cute. I do have a little problem when Pitt them on, kind of tight to fit your foot through the ankle area. But a great sandal...love keens

These shoes are really cute and I really, really want them to be perfect; however, I will be returning them. While they do seem a bit large, it would probably be ok, but my two reasons for returning are (1) the strap around my ankle is so snug that it makes me almost claustrophobic--and there isn't must adjustment room on it so that it could be worn looser (I don't even like snug socks around my ankles, so I know this would drive me crazy) ,and (2) the fabric that goes across the toes rubs on my big toe in a way that is uncomfortable to me. Perhaps if it was a bit smaller size, it wouldn't touch in that spot, but again, for me, I can't justify keeping them. (Plus, I ordered a different pair of Keens--waterproof ones--the same day, to replace an older pair I have worn out. I know I'll wear the WP ones a lot, so just doesn't make sense to have a pair of Keens that I'm not "keen" to wear every day!) I really did want to love these, but decided that it doesn't make sense for me, since I don't love them 100%. They are really cute! :)

Read other reviews, and yes, the strap is not super-adjustable, but not a fit issue for me. Have very hgh arches and PF, but there seems to be some arch support; a good long walk will determine whether I need to add more.

This is my 3rd pair of this shoe and I love them! The toe box is a bit wider than the last pair I had, but still very comfy and workable.

I liked the look of the sandals. I love keen Bali flip flops but needed something with an ankle strap. Unfortunately the line on the sole between the toe and ball of foot seemed to pinch my foot. I feel like this will be a problem on longer walks. I’m going to return them. I fortunately bought a second pair in a different color and the line does not pinch my foot so I will keep those. Love shopping at home with Zappos!!

Bummed that these didn't work for me. I've had my eye on them for years, and finally decided to order them. Two issues: 1) the texture on the foot bed. My feet really don't like anything too textured under them and it was just nubby enough to be annoying. 2) the edge of the cloth at the very tip of the toes kept catching on the toenails of my littlest toes, enough to be annoying. So I would have kept them if there was only 1 issue to get used to ... Two means I probably wouldn't wear them. As far as fit goes, they were great (although running about a half-size small). Plenty of room in the toe box, no pinching or rubbing and all of the strappy bits are really soft. Arch support wasn't great, but the cushioning overall was better than expected. Hope this helps someone else!

Very comfortable and well made shoe. I had to return my regular size 7-1/2 for an 8, which is probably a little big, but will work.

This is the fourth pair of these Keen Rose Sandals that I’ve bought. This year they seem to have changed the manufacturing to make the sandal lighter, which is great. But they also seem to have made the toebox a little shorter or narrower, I’m not sure which. In the previous version I have worn a 6.5. But with this new style I had to exchange for a size 7. Of course Zappo’s makes exchanging so easy! These are excellent sandals for summer walking, light hiking, as well as for the beach because you can wear them in the water. My go-to sturdy sandals!

The sandals are perfect and I'll probably buy at least one more color. They are softer than I anticipated and wide enough to accomodate my wide forefoot. I'm not a sandals fan but I like an airy shoe for summer. I've been wearing Whisper for casual after work activities but wanted something that I could wear to work and this fill the bill. Way to go Keens!

They look like the picture. I bought them to wear for biking to work in the summer heat, and they'll serve that purpose well. Specifically, they'll stay on and have good air flow. I don't think they're comfortable enough for serious hiking.
