Cute, sturdy sandals. They were true to size in the length, but I found them to be too narrow for me. I returned them and purchased another pair of the Keen Bali Sandals.

The Keen Rose Sandal is a cute sandal, but my usual size in these were too narrow for me. I returned them.

I am very happy with this sandal; in fact I ordered another pair today in another color. They are true to size and so comfortable there was no "breaking in" time. No problem with the pinky toe popping out between the straps as some reviews mentioned. Velcro holds very well. I was worried that the soles would be a gravel magnet with all the crevices, but there is no problem at all. They stay very clean. Zappo's service is excellent in my experience.

I need a sandal that has a heel strap also doesn't cover the top of my foot (because of arthritis). This fits the bill. I usually wear orthotics, but don't have to worry when I wear these. The support, for me, is perfect.

The Bali strap, size 9, was about 1/2" too long. Bali flip felt like the depth from top of foot to sole was not enough to get my foot in the right place on the sole, but the size 8.5 felt perfect.

I'm so glad that these worked, since after reading many reviews I had a lot of trepidation over the oft-mentioned nonadjustable ankle strap. They are tight on my high arch/high instep foot, but not so much that I think they'll be a problem. I am wearing them in the house, and they are already loosening some. But it's true, these sandals would fit a flat foot much better. It's not a matter of how big your ankles are, it's your instep. How far the top of your foot rises up. I read a great tip in a review at another website ( A****n, can I say that Zappos?) Anyway, it concerns the adjustable velcro strap that covers the nonadjustable fixed one. If like me the top of your foot is so high that the velcro doesn't line up right and the end of the strap doesn't reach all the way over to the side of your foot, you can thread a hair elastic through the buckle to lengthen the strap. Take a look over there for a photo that shows you what I mean. The foot bed is true to size in my opinion, unlike the Bali strap sandal that I had to return because it was so big. Same 7.5 as the Rose but far longer. Mine are blue which looks great with denim. I am really happy with them, feel that for sport sandals they look pretty feminine, and had a great experience with Zappos' customer service.

Hard to put on and was tight. You have to put your foot thru a hole then the elastic strap folds over it. Struggled to get foot thru. Sending back. If you are not flexible it is hard to manage

I like the style of these Keen's very much. But the strap across the instep doesn't expand enough, and I think would be uncomfortable if worn for an extended length of time. The strap's limited expansion also makes it hard to slip the sandal on.

The strap across the arch has an under-strap of elastic that is not very stretchy. This makes the shoes difficult to put on. The over-strap closes with velcro and is not very long. While the shoes are attractive and comfortable once you have them on, I’ll wear them less often because you have to seriously bend over and tug the straps to get your foot in, and I don’t have a high arch.

One slight complaint. I have a high instep and the velcro strap barely connects enough to say closed. Other than that I love the shoes. Just what I need for my upcoming hot weather vacation that will include some hiking and lots of walking.

This is my 3rd pair of Keen Rose Sandals and I have been buying other Keen shoes for years. These fit my feet perfectly and wear well for casual walking around town, etc. The last pair I wore for five years and the velcro strap wore out before the rest of the shoe. Support is decent and they do not hurt my feet in any way.

A beautiful, feminine version of the classic Keen outdoor sandal. I finally wore my Keen Clearwaters into the ground after four years of heavy-duty use. Saw these in a local store and fell in love! They have about the same arch support as Clearwater and are very much true to size. My only disappointment is the that online colors are more saturated than they are in person; I ordered Brindle/Shitake but its more of a grey-brown than an actual brown (which I would have loved). But would order again in the future. They can be dressed up or down. Great shoe.

Great shoes! I wore them for 7 days straight in Thailand, without breaking them in, and only got a tiny blister from strapping them too tight. They’re great to wear hiking, gardening, and doing anything outdoors!

I wear size 7.5-8 shoe. I have narrow heel and wide forefoot, fairly flat foot. I loved Keens' very first shoes/sandals for fit and comfort. Back then I wore 7.5 and they fit my foot perfectly. As they shortened the fit, I shifted to size 8. The shoe styles got too wide in the heel, but the sandals, at least, were still pretty good and toebox stayed wide. But now -- I don't know what's happened. Both sizing and quality are really off. I had a two-year-old pair of Rose sandals that I wanted to replace. Thanks to reviewers, I bought size 8.5 as well as 8. The toebox is tight; size 8 is way too short. The quality of the sole is still fairly supportive, but not as comfortable and definitely worse. I think I will keep the 8.5 and give it a couple of stars, but sadly will have to start looking for another brand for a new protected walking sandal. Keen seemed to think all we wanted was that silly toe bumper. I do like the toe protection, but truly, what I loved was the fit, the support and the comfort. As those go, so will I.

I love these sandals so much that I just bought a second pair to have in reserve, although the pair I bought this spring and have worn all summer show no sign of wearing out. They meet all my requirements for casual summer shoes: Closed toes, good for walking and outdoor activities, aren't harmed by getting wet, but decent looking enough to wear around town. I usually wear 11.5; 11 fit me with plenty of room in the toes, although, as others have mentioned, the strap is a little tight over the arch, but it's stretched out a little with wear. Also, in case you get them muddy, they're washable, which I have done once with good results.

Shoes fit perfectly. Magnet color is a nice gray. Footbed is a little rough but doesn't seem to bother my normally tender feet. One shoe squeaks just a little - not too loud. I wanted a pair of Keens without the sort of unattractive stretch laces. The Rose Sandal is still funky but has a little cleaner look.

I Purchased these for my Mom. She loves them. The color is perfect for her. She said she put them on and forgot all about her feet til her best friend asked where in the world did you find those cute sandals..Thanks

Keens are my absolute favorite! These are so comfortable right out of the box and fit perfectly. I'll probably order more in other colors.

I think this is one of the best walking sandals I have worn and the style allows for dressing up or down. I had been looking for a closed toe sandal and was beginning to think none were made this year.

I have gotten so many compliments on these sandals! I have two pairs in different colors. They are so comfortable! My mom loved them so much she bought herself a pair, and a colleague of mine loved them so much she bought herself a pair! I can walk for miles in these and my feet never get sore. They also do not need to be broken in.

I have loved and been buying these sandals for years, but this time, the shoe bed felt strange and not as supportive as in the past. When I compared it to my comfortable pair, I found that the heel bed was not as deep and that is why I didn't feel the arch support I need. I am so sad that the company changed the shoe bed. I will have to find another brand or style sandal, sadly.

I love these shoes! It was time to replace my old Keens which I have had for many, many. These are a great replacement. I love the neutral color and the feminine style. They are also much lighter weight than my older pair. They are coming to Kauai with me in a few days. They are also a great shoe for Tucson, AZ where I currently live.

For 4 years now these are the only sandals I will wear. I have trouble with my little toes hurting when I wear other shoes, something about the pressure points that get hit in other shoes. Usually, I feel like my little toes are out of joint, but with the Rose sandal I can spend all day on my feet and be fine at the end of the day and the next morning. There is not a lot of obvious arch support in these shoes, but for me that has turned out to be irrelevant. I usually need arch support, but not in these shoes, they just feel great. They also make my feet look smaller.

I ordered this sandal in two sizes as I need them for an upcoming trip. The 9 was too small and the 9.5 too big. The 9 was a better fit but a bit short and the straps were a bit uncomfortable , too stiff. I don't want to steer you away from this sandal if you can find the right as it is a very attractive sandal that would serve for both walking all day and looking good with casual attire for the evening.
