These are my favorite shoes Ive ever owned!! They are so lightweight and comfortable. I bought the mens version because I preferred the triple black colorway and the subtle design differences to the upper. They feel like wearing supportive dance shoes, super natural like a barefoot walking feeling. Nothing rubs or moves around. I love the super low profile of the upper and the outsole. They look really graceful not chunky or outdoorsy. I have bunions and these feel great! As far as sizing if any other women are thinking of purchasing these, I recommend measuring your foot in cm and following the Japanese sizing system. These are on the smaller end of my shoe size range but thats relative to other brands which arent necessarily trustworthy anyway.

I had a pair of these from a few years ago that served me well until some recent failures in the upper stitching has led to imminent failure. I bought this pair and was surprised at how much lighter it is now compared to the older. The thickness of the sole has been cut down substantially. I can't say for sure if that will translate into a shorter life, so I'm not worrying about it.

Great fit and very comfortable

Too narrow, unfortunately. Would be perfect if available for wider feet... I'm trying to wear them as apart from width these sandals are great for any environment.

Clearwater CNX is very comfortable. The width is a little tight for someone with a wide foot. One of my pairs were a little wider than the others. These are my most comfortable ones.

I got these mainly for kayaking. I needed a waterproof sandal that had a robust rubber sole for walking out into the shore of a lake where there could be broken glass and/or sharp rocks. Foam wasn't going to cut it and these fit the bill perfectly. I appreciate the less chunky profile of these compared to the Newports, which looked clownish on me. The Newports are just too wide. These look a lot more normal and they're lighter.

I bought these because I wanted sandals with the Keen toe protector, but something lighter and more pack able than my old Newports. Boom! These fit the bill perfectly! Comfortable, lighter, they fit, they stay adjusted, and when get wet, they dry out nicely with no stink. Good job, Keen!

Very light and comfortable.

These sandals are lighter, but fit tighter and not as comfortable as my older pair. Walking in them feels harder on the soles of my feet. Maybe they will feel better when they are broken in more. I recommend going back to the old style.

Own several pairs of Keens, different style: the CNX is my favorite because it is lower profile and has better "feel" on uneven surfaces. Highly recommended! Bring back the Gray color...

This is my third pair of the Keen Clearwaters. I love the blue color. They fit true to size. While they don't offer a ton of arch support they're still comfortable overall.

I've ordered this model before and loved it, but I've ordered two pairs recently and both are super narrow, so I returned them. I wish they would fit...I love my original pair !!!

Love them. Had a pair years ago and had forgotten how comfortable they are.

This is my second pair only because I wore my first pair out. Last forever, comfortable overall just great shoes.

I have a pair of Clearwater CNX and am generally very happy with them. However, I think that the company should reinforce the stitching in the ankle panel (the panel which joins the heel strap to the remainder of the sandal). This stitching wore out very quickly in both my CNX and a previous pair of Newports, even as the remainder of the sandals remained in excellent condition. This is not entirely surprising, as the ankle section endures a great deal of strain. It is, however, rather frustrating to need to repair or dispose of a pair of shoes which are mostly in excellent condition. Future production runs of the CNX and the Newports should greatly strengthen the stitching on this panel, or possibly eliminate the panel altogether and make the ankle section from a single piece of webbing.

No where does keen disclose that these sandals (and customer service said this is their ONLY model that) have virtually no heel-toe drop. Causes pain in the calves and heel. I bought them for a trip and then it took a while to figure out what was causing my calf pain...outside the 30 day warranty period. No help or offers from customer service. "not a defect"...but if it's a known product specification it should be in the specs and advertised as such. Done with Keen

I love CNX and have been wearing them for years now. I always have a new pair waiting. I really like black and these have hardly anything not black and would be 5 stars easily if only the black was as black as the black on my current mostly black pair.

Perhaps slightly small for a size 12, but I'm not sure. Fits well, no abrasions hiking. The shoe that will last another ten years.

A little narrower than I prefer but still fit comfortably

Is a little small, I ordered a 9 will be returning and get the 9.5. They feel nice and light if you can get the right size you will not be disappointed.

The Clearwater CNX good for every day use.
