I really liked the look and fit of this shoe. However, the right shoe made the front of my foot roll inward. The shoe felt like it had been stretched out on the inside front.

These shoes are super cute. They would be very comfortable except for the central pillow, which ends just under the ball of the foot. If it extended further towards the toe, I would not feel the crease under the ball of my foot with every step. This is the only reason I am returning. They may have used the same length pillow in all of the shoes (I wear a 9½). In that case, the crease would not bother people who wear smaller sizes. I do not know if that is the case though.

Beautiful shoe. Because I have narrow feet, my heels (especially right heel) slipped out. I tried an insert but it did not help. I wish it came in 10.5 narrow. It is worth a try--you will not be disappointed if it fits your foot.

First of all, Zappos is amazing! I do not know how they do it with the shipping - one day and it is free! Thank you, Zappos. I have another pair of Cobb Hill shoes that I really like so I was looking forward to receiving these. They are very light weight - almost to the point of feeling too light. They were comfortable but honestly, they looked like shoes my grandma would wear. I am all for comfort but not quite ready for grandma shoes. Sadly, I am returning these.

This shoe has a well cushioned sole and insole so it is comfortable for my severely arthritic feet. However, the shoe is very wide at the heel. I wear a 7 1/2 W (measured regularly). The shoe fit perfectly across the widest part of my foot, but was quite loose on my heel. I'm keeping them for a work, but I would find that irritating in a walking shoe.

An excellent shoe, looks good and very comfortable. The only disappointment was I need to wear orthotics and when I removed the insole in the shoe there was only an uncomfortable raw glued area underneath. So now I have to find a half insole to make the fit comfortable. Also, Zappos service is extraordinary. The first delivery was stolen and Zappos covered the loss and replaced the purchase. I could not have afforded to buy a second pair. Thank you Zappos!

I am sending these back. I got the gray, hoping for the distressed look people had described. But while there is a bit of intentional darkening around the toe, otherwise I found them shiny, almost plasticy. Add to that how easily they scuff and my sense is the finish would not wear well. They also came up too high around my ankle - I would have had to pry up the insoles and put in a lift. I am hard to fit that way, so that is not unusual. And the ball-of-foot offers seems to provide awesome cushion but hits at the wrong spot for me. Makes my toes feel squished and a little numb. The good news is they are reasonably cute for comfort shoes, and well padded.

I have this shoe in navy & in red, I have not worn them yet due to winter weather. I got them in a 7 Wide, though I normally take about a 7-1/2 wide in this type of shoe. The blue & red fit fine right out of the box when I got them, and I can actually get my foot in, with a thinner sock (not a nylon, but a thin knee high), without any trouble. The grey pair I am returning - and I really wanted them, because I have various "foot issues" (bunion, arthritis) and when I find a nice shoe which fits & is comfortable - I try to get more than 1 pair. This pair - out of the box - actually looked smaller than the blue & red ones. I could not get my foot in without a shoehorn, and right away, I knew they were not going to fit. I measured the length and width of the gray pair against the same measurements on the blue & red: the gray measured 1/2 inch shorter in both directions. Bummer!

These are about the most comfortable shoes ever -- but while the workmanship is great, the quality of the leather is poor! After 6 times of wearing - the leather looked like I had worn them every day for 3 years! I had to just use them for "around the house" shoes.

They fit perfectly for one day. After wearing for a week they have stretched so much that I had to curl my toes to keep from sliding in them. I loved the look too.

The wide is not wide enough. It is long enough, so a bigger size wouldn't help. Too bad, because it's a beautiful shoe. The almond color is a slightly duller brown than I expected, but would be great with any slacks in the tan/khaki range.

I totally love the comfort and look of these shoes. However, the left shoe has a terrible noise with every step.

Just FYI to people that wear orthotics: these shoes do not have removable insoles, despite what the info section says. On the pair I got they were securely glued down. They also felt a little longer and narrower than I am used to, but it's probably because I usually wear Keens, which are very wide and short.

This is a replacement pair for the same style, size, and color that is wearing out. The fit is not the same. Shorter for toes. Was sizing changed? SOOO disappointed!

The fit wasn't great. The left shoe kept slipping. For the price there isn't a lot of comfort in the shoe or arch support. I will be returning these shoes very soon.

The inside of the shoe where there should be some kind of support just caves for me.

The heel was very wide so it slipped out when I took a step. The insole also had support, but it did not fit in the correct spot for my foot making it uncomfortable.

These caused a pain in my right heel that I felt all up my foot - it's not so much the fit as the way the shoe aligned my entire leg. They are being returned.

These are nice shoes but too wide for my feet. I usually wear a 10 narrow and that's what I ordered but they're too wide.

The shoes are listed as an 11 narrow. My foot slides around too much to walk in them.

Never tried these on as leather had a shine and was (to me) an unnatural funny color and extra seams looked very extra - a decorative addition that was not decorative

looked cheap and too narrow. couldn't even get it on.

I have purchased this shoe for the last 7 years and they fit my narrow foot perfectly. This year they are way too wide. Apparently the company has made the narrows "B" width now. Very unfortunate they were a great shoe for narrow feet.

Avoid these if you have narrow feet. I’m a consistent 81/2 N and they felt very wide. Slipping off my heels even when I added extra arch supports. Also felt somewhat long.
