This fit my narrow foot pretty well, not flopping in the heels like so many shoes do. However, the way the shoe is tapered from small to large toes means they don't have enough room in the toebox for my bunion-y left foot. For a normal foot, I think they'd be great shoes.

These are wonderful shoes but I had the knob fall off of one after six months of light use. This company was nice to send me out new knobs. However I am unable to enjoy the shoes anymore because for the life of me I cannot get anyone to install and replace the knob. This reminds me of the company The North Face, I once had a boot issue with a part falling off and instead of fixing the boot for me they graciously replaced the set for me. Phenomenal service! With these shoes I absolutely love them but I cannot love them anymore because no one will fix them for me. So I am very disappointed and saddened.

I have bunion feet and therefore have a tricky time finding comfortable, supportive shoes. I love red and this shade is perfect! Was encouraged to purchase this one by other reviewers and am happy I bought it. Definitely go for it...Cobb Hill leather is so rich, soft. the shoe is cushy and very supportive! I ordered the W.

This shoe is very comfortable right out of the box. I wear narrow shoes and had trouble finding walking shoes that are comfortable and don't look like sneakers. These fit the bill, look good with jeans, slacks and very supportive. The toe area is wide enough to accommodate thin socks. Only negative is they slipped a little on my heel, but simple heel pads helped.

I agree with so many others who wrote reviews. I got the grey shoes. They do look a little distressed. They are very comfortable, but run slightly large, so I will put heel huggers in to make them fit perfectly. They look great with jeans or a casual dress. I will be wearing them a lot this fall and winter. This is the first time I have tried this brand. I would like to try more of their shoes.

Super comfortable, especially the smooth fabric at the heel. These shoes run wide, though. This was perfect for me but if your foot is on the narrow side, you'll swim in them. Excellent toe box room without being a bump toe like so many. Great with slacks and jeans. I really like the gray color, too.

These are very comfortable, with a soft footbed and leather uppers that hold their shape without being stiff. Right at the ankle, where shoes can often rub and cause blisters, these shoes have a soft piece of foam-type flexible material. It blends right in - doesn't stand out or look like elastic.

These are so comfortable straight out of the box and great for walking and standing. They are roomy in the toes, too. They are really easy on and off, but they do not fall off your feet while walking, or running. I get compliments on my "cute shoes" all the time. They do look a little odd with skirts, but they are fantastic with jeans and slacks. They are nicer than trainers but still casual. I am on my second pair of this style and color. I own four different styles of Cobb Hill shoes and boots and have only been disappointed with one - loafers that fit too tightly across the widest part of my foot. That was easily fixed, but they were the only Cobb Hills that I have ever had to break in before wearing. Even the boots fit perfectly out of the box and were comfortable all day long while standing and walking. I love this company! I love these shoes!

I bought these shoes in grey a couple of months ago and I love them. I wear them almost every day all day. I'm ready to buy another pair in another color soon. The most comfortable shoe ever.

I love these shoes! Have worn them almost non-stop since the day they arrived. My orthotics fit perfectly in my normal shoe size 8.5 wide. I am so happy because I have such a hard time finding shoes that work with my problem feet. However, my highest recommendation goes to Zappos. They are a truly customer-oriented, user-friendly company and I love doing business with them.

This is the best looking and most comfortable pair of shoes I have found in years. I order a wide, but the shoe does not look wide on the foot. Very nice looking. Well worth it.

Love this shoe! Looks great for dress or casual with jeans. Comfortable right away. Love the detail in toe area. Might need a couple of pairs.

Everything was great about this shoe except for the color. There is no way that a lucid person would describe this shoe as Navy Blue.

The shoe itself was soooo comfortable while standing. Fit my arch and light weight. Unfortunately when I walked around in them (in the house on carpet) they rubbed the bottom of the ankles. I really wanted to keep, but sending back. My foot, not the shoe. :(

These are not fashion beauties, but they are exactly what I needed for a long walk to work. I change into heels at work. 7 1/2 wide was true to size. I am sometimes an 8 in medium width shoes.

Really like the soft gray color. The shoe has a different sporty look which is why I purchased it. Elastic support becomes irritating after wearing a few hours. This may decrease after breaking in.

Fabulously comfortable. I was planning to return them because the grey is very different than pictured, a much lighter, truer gray (on my screen the color shown is almost mauve) but I just thought I'd try them for comfort first...sold! I wore them to vacuum in, and they are definitely keepers. I'm just going to have to finagle my wardrobe a little. Wish Zappos carried a blue pair.

This was my first purchase of a Cobb Hill shoe, and based on the reviews, I had high hope that the Cobb Hill Paulette would fit. For reference, I have small, slightly wide feet. I wear Alegria and Dansko shoes size 35 and size 51/2 in other brands of shoes. So, I ordered a size 5.5 in the Paulette. However, when I tried them on, the shoe was tight in the instep, and I felt uncomfortable pressure at the ball of the foot. They were returned.

Please rockport, when you make the wide size, don't make the heels wider also. Many women have bunions and damage to their toes and need the wide toe box but are slender and need a narrow heel.

The leather in these shoes is too stiff! There is no give. The wide width is more like a B than a D.

Shoe looked great, I ordered the grey color. Was disappointed that I had to return them because a small droplet of water from the kitchen sink splashed on the shoe and caused the shoe to look "polka dotted". It dried and returned back to normal in about 10 minutes but this is definitely not a shoe to purchase if you plan on wearing them outdoors in rainy weather, or if you work around water.

I order 7.5 EE based on my regular size 7.5 but the shoes is too large as attached photos. I will re-order 7 EE to try if it is right size for me.

The back of the shoes are just a little low so when I walk, they come out from the heel. I like the back of the shoe a little higher. One very frustrating thing is, I order and buy NEW shoes (or so I think) from Zappos. When they arrive, they've been used and have scuff marks on the tip and the back heel of the shoe. This has happened twice since I began buying shoes here. In one case, I kept the shoes because I was desperately needing them. But this time (as with these), I am going to return them. I spend too much money on these shoes for them to be used and scuffed. And now the HASSLE of taking these to a UPS store to return them. Ugh!!

I wear a 7W and they fit great. Slightly loose at the heal but I plan to wear these with socks. Very comfortable out of the box.
