These were extremely comfy, but ran bigger than expected. Instead of returning them I gave them to my mom, she loves them!

I bought these in Navy, size 8B. That is my usual size, and these fit just right. They were comfortable right out of the box and I wore them all day without any discomfort. I wore my custom orthotics, and everything was great.

I am 62 and brought these shoes (with three other pairs) to France to visit family. I have some serious problems with an ankle (traumatic arthritis) and resulting foot issues. When I was not in my sneakers, I wore these most of the time - all day and everywhere. Great look, comfort and support. They are now my go-to shoes at home of troublesome days. A great find!

This was my first purchase of a Cobb Hill shoe and I love them! Comfortable, true to size, and look just like the picture.

Love the Paulette "last" but this gray doesn't seem to match slacks & jacket I have. Keeping the red & black. Thanks!

I love these! Elegant, yet comfortable. I ordered 9.5, I am exchanging for a 9, which is really my size. I will write again when I get the 9's. I am pretty sure they will be great. My foot is narrow and always slides out of shoes, so I was thrilled that these came in narrow. I really wanted a pair of red shoes, which are hard to find! Note these are a dark red, not a fire engine red.

These shoes are perfect with jeans or dress slacks. They were comfortable, with no breaking in period. I bought the grey in Size 9 1/2 N and they fit me perfect, worn with trouser socks under dress slacks. So glad I bought them!

I had been searching for a long time for a pair of nice looking casual shoes to wear with jeans in the winter and had not been able to find any that weren't either too casual or too dressy/trendy. These are perfect. They're cute while still being practical. They are high quality leather and workmanship and are so comfortable. My shoe size varies by a 1/2 size depending on the shoe. With these shoes I got the smaller size and they fit perfectly.

Shame on you Cobb Hill! I just got these shoes in a wide size and was so excited to try them on. They look so cute. Although the size and width were fine, one shoe flopped around on my foot. So I got out my tape measure and measured the elastic bands under each flap. One side was less than an inch and the other was 1 1/4 inch. Really? As expensive as these shoes are, I would think you should have better quality control. I will send these back and try again - maybe it was just a fluke. Otherwise it will be my last order from Cobb Hill.

Shoes wear very well. I had gotten the black ones and loved them so much I got the brown ones. They are holding up great, comfortable, with great support.

I bought these shoes in September 2012 for a trip we were taking to Europe. I have a bunion and low back problems, so I really need a comfortable, supportive walking shoe. These shoes did great for me! 2 weeks of walking on cobble-stone sidewalks and uneven walks and they felt great the whole time. I bought my "usual" size - a 7.5 B. They felt a little tight when I first tried them on in the store. But they were comfortable from day 1 when I started breaking them in for the trip. My only complaint is that now, after 9 months, they have stretched out some and are loose unless I wear a heavy sock. The leather has held up well - and I like the style with slacks and jeans. I also bought them in red and I am now ordering a second pair in black.

This shoe was definitely comfy, but a half size larger than my feet which are exactly 10w according to measurement charts. Even with a 9.5w, the top of the shoe has plenty of room (bordering on too much, so the foot slips out at the back a little without socks on). Shoe runs a little long, but if I went down to a 9w I suspect it would not be wide enough (and doesn't come in ww).

I love these shoes! They arrived on time, fit perfectly, and can be worn comfortably for long periods of time. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and nice enough for work. These shoes are very comfy, low maintenance and just nice enough to wear to work. The design isn't amazing but isn't bulky.

This is a very comfortable and well fitting shoe. I love the casual look, and I wear it with slacks and jeans. I had many favorite features of this shoe: the little elastic at the back to hug my heel so it doesn't slip when I walk; the footbed, which makes this shoe so comfortable to wear; and the good sized foot box so my toes had plenty of room. I ordered in W and M, but kept the M as the W was wider than I needed. Thanks, Zappos, for the free return!

I ordered a second pair of these shoes as they were the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Yes, the heel slips, so I bought some heel inserts to stop the problem. One of the things that first drew my attention to this shoe was the fact that the footbed was removable so I could slip in my orthotics.

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and felt good the minute I put them on. I have a somewhat wide foot but the regular size fit me fine. They do seem a little long as they slip on the heel a bit--I'm going to order these in the red too and I think I'll order size 8 instead of my usual 8.5.

Comfy from the git-go. I've a wide foot, with high instep. Up to now, I've found the Walking Cradles to be the best fit, but am happy to report that the Cobb Hill Paulette is at least as comfortable. Mine are red, and look fabulous with black pants. And I love that splash of red to highlight the office outfit. Definitely recommend this brand.

More refined than picture...a little dressier...cut a little lower. Good for us whose feet swell at end of day. Pleats give extra room in outer toe area. Insole is padded...comfy. I will be ordering in another color.

I have arthritis in my feet and always try to buy a shoe that looks great but doesn't rub or hurt. Cobb Hill does it for me. One of the best things is the toe box is deep enough not to rub the tops of my toes. The cushion and arch support are great. I have wide feet but a high instep and arch and these shoes support all of these. I ordered my true size 7 in a wide width and they are perfect.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. The review that said they were as comfortable as tennis shoes helped me make my decision and they weren't lieing! They look great and pamper my feet throughout the day.

These shoes are beyond comfortable - I would like a pair in every color - only problem is the cute little button fell off a couple times - and my husband glued it back on. Worth every penny!

Very cute and comfortable sole. Definitely love these. My only complaint is the side rubs my ankle a little. I can't decide if it's because they made them too high or my ankle is big/boney. I think it's the latter.
