Very lightweight shoe. Material near ankles is very low cut. Would not provide support. Shoe bed is somewhat flat. The shoe runs small

Loved the style of the shoe. However, I ordered the wide width and this shoe not only hurt my feet, but my ankles as well. I am returning these for a refund.

I have been teaching Zumba for 8 years and these are not Zumba shoes. They are cross trainers for aerobic classes but not for merenges and any move where you need a pivot. They are comfortable and have great arch support but they are better suited for a step class.

Cute shoes and comfortable until I got about 15 minutes into my workout (Zumba) when my mid-foot started cramping up like crazy and took 15 minutes to go shake out and stop. Or maybe they were just numb. I have had this problem before, so it is probably more the anatomy of my foot than the shoe, but it is so frustrating because I can't find any shoes that are comfortable on my fat feet for an entire workout, sob!

I am giving this review as a 55 year old athletic woman with wide, flat feet! I wear size 8W street shoe, and order these types of shoes in 9½ or 10W, and I also insert arch and heel supports in my shoes. This is the second pair of Ryka shoes that I purchased. I attend Zumba once or twice a week, along with a Hip Hop class once a week. My first purchase was the Ryka Transition shoe, which I loved, but apparently is no longer available, so I went with the Influence shoe. However, I was never totally comfortable with this shoe. First, the toe box is smaller than the Transition, the show is narrower, and also the internal padding is not thick. I also had issues with the tread; I found that I had to wear my Bloch's to Hip Hop; sometimes I would just stop during floor exercises because my foot would stick to the floor. Also, this shoe did not last as long; I am already searching for another pair. I was going to order the Influence, but on second glance, I will bypass the Ryka. I have a pair of Bloch's and will look at Bloch or Capezio instead, as I am finding it difficult to locate a good dance tennis shoe with excellent ankle and arch support. Please bring back the Transition shoe!
I'd also recommend:
Bloch and Capezio

This shoe is horrible for any type of aerobic exercise. It has very little structure of support. I regret not returning it. It has little arch support either. The only thing it is good for is an occasional short walk.

Ryka's just don't have the support they used to. I need an active dance aerobic shoe. But my feet felt like they were going to 'tip over' out of the shoe, almost like the top material did not have enough strength to mate to the base of the shoe. Not stable at all with all the active movement of a Jazzercise class.

I bought these after reading great reviews from fellow Jazzercisers. The first night they were great but all too soon my ankles and feet just hurt with any high intensity workout. I guess I now have an expensive pair of walking shoes. I would not recommend for aerobic exercise.

The only reason I purchase this is shoe is because of the reviews of others. I am a Zumba instructor and needed a new shoe that was supportive and light. The shoe is definitely light, but not supportive. I have little to no arches and suffer with ankle problems as a result. When I put on the shoes, it felt like there was no support for my arches and therefore my ankles. I was really hoping that these would work but just putting them on, standing up and walking across my living room, I knew they were not the ones. Returning!

I have been wearing Ryka shoes to Jazzercise for many years, and this model just doesn't work for me. They felt like old shoes on the first trip out of the box, and after two classes I sidelined them to errand shoes. I would like to replace them with another pair of Ryka's, but it looks like the Enhance 2s have the same sole. :(

I bought these shoes for Zumba after reading all the great reviews. My knees had started hurting in my old shoes, and I knew it was time for a new pair of shoes. Unfortunately, I don't think I've found the right ones yet. The toe-box is wide. I have wide feet, but these shoes are so wide that my feet slide around inside, which causes knee pain, unless I tighten the laces super duper tight. Also, the laces come untied regularly, so you have to double knot the laces. Overall, I don't think these shoes are worth the money.

So disappointed. The forefoot of this shoe is incredibly wide, and bunched up uncomfortably when flexing.

I love the style of this shoe however I did not find it to be as supportive as previous Ryka shoes I have purchased in the past. I do high-impact aerobics. I will say these shoes do run true to size though. I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear based on customer reviews and I should have suck with my original size.

These are very cool looking, but they have a low profile on the toe box that pressed on the tops of my big toes of both feet, which is fairly uncommon for athletic shoes. That was disappointing.

The shoe is too long for my foot and it feels like I'm wearing clown shoes when I put them on.

It's like walking on rocks. I considered attempting to add an insole for comfort, but I have never had to do that before with Ryka shoes. These are so uncomfortable! Very firm bottom.. I do not feel the normal supreme bouncy comfort that is Ryka. I am shocked at the positive reviews. Very misleading. I would never recommend this particular shoe.

I have owned many pairs of Rylan over the years so I was shocked by how little support or cushion these have. I can’t walk or do Zumba in these.

They are not comfortable at all. There is no toe room. I even put a different insole in and that didn't help.

I loved the way these sneakers looked. Very stylish. But very, very uncomfortable. Very hard, very flat and way too small. Sent them back!
