These shoes are great. People have told me that these are more for zumba or dance because of the soles. I found the shoes to be a great cross training shoes. It works for my kick boxing, weight lifting, insanity, and circuit training classes. Good arch support. I don't need my insoles. I would prefer a wider front because of my bunions but it works. Overall good shoes.

Great shoes for Zumba, I can now pirouette and not feel pain in my knee. They are also comfortable with excellent toes room. Love them.

I loved these shoes but they were just a little short in the toe. They had much more arch support and cushioning than my current Zumba shoes (which is what I was looking for). I would suggest ordering a half size larger than you usually do.

I have owned at least 6 pairs of Rykas (which are my favorite brand for working out) and this is by far my favorite. They fit great right out of the box. Great shock absorption and support for high impact activities in a very lightweight shoe. I'm ordering another pair in a different color!

I love these! I am a Jazzercise junkie! These are very light weight. They provide great support and cushioning! I really wish that I had bought these a while ago. My knees no longer bother me with all the jumping. They are great jazz shoes!

Very light on the feet when doing zumba. I can wear with or without socks. I love these shoes.

Originally I bought my true to size Ryka dance shoes (in the grey/lt green color) but found it a little tight during workout. So I bought a half size larger in grey and blue color. I love these Ryka Influence dance shoes, perfect for zumba. It has good support and that you can easily do spins or glides. I recently had stress fracture because I was using shoes that didn't have good support. These are perfect zumba shoes.

Great shoes! I got them for my Zumba class which is high impact. Lightweight but with plenty of cushioning and support. Grey laces are included if the coral is too bright for you.

These shoes are terrific for Jazzercise! They are so lightweight but yet provide a tremendous amount of support so I don't have to wear my orthotics to class. They are well-constructed and have a comfy insole as well. I also much appreciate the narrower heel to provide additional stability.

LOVE this shoe! I am a Zumba instructor, bu I also teach other classes. This shoe allows me to pivot as needed in my Zumba class, but I don't slide around in my Body Pump class when I'm doing lunges and such. Highly recommended if you need your shoe to work for more than one kind of class. I do need to add a Dr. Scholl's insert for heel pain, as I have plantar fascia issues.

Great shoe for hip hop, Zumba, and BodyJam. Runs one whole size small. I'm size 7 and I ordered 7.5 but my toes hit the end of the shoe so I'm returning these for size 8, which should be perfect. I wear a true size B width (not wider) and the B width of this shoe was perfect, with just enough lateral space and not loose, tight, or constricting. Comfy, cushiony, and good arch support.

Great shoes! I do high impact, tabata training and jump rope and these shoes are perfect! I used to wear hop tops to really jump around, but these shoes offer the support and easy movement I need to keep jumping. The only thing I would find wrong with them are the thick laces that can come untied pretty easily. But that is the only complaint.

Much to the chagrin of my Zumba instructor, I have worn running shoes to my Zumba classes twice a week for the last two years. I finally bought these, and I am so glad that I did. What a difference. I wear Asics to run (which feel like you're running on clouds) so obviously these shoes don't provide as much cushion, but that being said, I pivot way better, don't squeak on the floors, and move side to side much more effectively than I did. The shoes fit true to size all the way around. The only real difference I can feel is what Ryka is known for, and that is a narrower heel. Overall, pretty satisfied with the Influence.

Tried these in my regular, street-shoe size (8.5) and found they were a trifle small. Sent them back and got them in a 9 - perfect! I've been using these for Zumba as well as treadmill, eliptical, and outdoor walking. Comfortable for all. Not quite as easy to pivot on a wooden floor for Zumba as other Rykas I've had, but the fact that this shoe offers more support and cushioning more than makes up for that, for me.

These were super comfortable. I would have kept. However, returned due to my foot sliding a little side to side. I teach high impact cardio classes with lots of lateral moves. This shoe would have worked really well had it been a bit more narrow in the toe box.

Finally! All my foot concerns have been solved! I'm a zumba instructor that leads a very active lifestyle. Ryka got it right with this one! I don't need my custom orthotic because the arch support is great, and once the toe box stretches a little (for the first week I wear 2 pairs of socks) my bunion is happy and finally someone listened and made a size 10.5! Yay! You sold out of the Lime green but please don't discontinue this one and add more cool colors. Before buying Ryka Influence I wore Ryka Transition. The Ryka Influnece has my vote. Thanks Zappos for adding this one to your already super selection!

I've been wearing Rykas for years, but this is my first purchase of the Influence. I am wearing them in my Jazzercise class and they are great. I find them lighter and more flexible than my previous ones (no longer made), and I still have the support I need. I always wear a half size larger in Rykas than I do in other shoes, and that has been consistent for years.

One of the best cross-trainers I've ever purchased. It has the perfect amount of support for Tabata/ plyometrics but not too bulky for weight-training, etc. While it's not a running shoe, it has enough support to do a quick jog as part of your workout. Very comfortable and breaths so my feet don't feel hot. Love this shoe!

Great shoe. Very comfortable and true to size. May be a bit wide for folks with narrow feet as I am wide and it fit me well. All the Ryka's I tried on were great. Felt like good quality.

Never purchased this brand before but happy I did. A stylish, lightweight shoe with removable insoles. I don't bother taking them out anymore since they're so breathable. My feet were comfortable walking the Vegas strip in 117 degree heat! Came with two sets of laces - yellow and gray. Good support. True to size.

I'm typically a size 8, and I had to return my size for an 8.5. The 8.5 fit perfectly & I'm very happy with my purchase! I took them straight to Ireland where I wore them out walking almost every day. They remained supportive & dry throughout the whole day! I have wide feet with low arches and these shoes are wide enough, stretchy enough, bendy enough, & supportive enough. Not to mention I love the color & design. Ryka is still the only women's athletic shoe I that fit my feet properly. No other shoes are wide enough & structured properly. Ryka has more sole on the outsides of the shoe which helps align your step! I don't think I could go with any other shoe, to be honest.

The shoes are great. They are very supportive and stable for high intensity training with great flexibility and very light. Using the VIP service I wound up ordering and receiving in less than 24 hours. It was great!

This is a great sneaker for high impact activity. I Jazzercise 5-7 times a week and needed to find a sneaker that could handle it. I did order a 1/2 size larger then usual and recommend anyone interested in doing the same.
