These shoes are perfect for Zumba. They allow you to pivot and spin without putting stress on your knees. The arch support is fantastic as is the ankle support. The sole provides good support for jumping! These fit like a glove.

These shoes are great for dance workouts! I do Zumba several times a week and these really made a difference . The are comfortable and a better choice for those who are looking for a lot of support compared to other hip-hop hi-top options. Very lightweight and fit well in my gym bag.

I started Jazzercise classes about 6 months ago & had terrible knee pain until I switched my shoes to Rykas. I now have three pair & plan on getting more. Have to get all the colors to match my outfits ta know. :)

I have found that the top-of-the-line Rykas offer the best support, whether excuting forward-back or lateral movements. Great support for high impact moves as well!

This shoe is perfect for me. Aerobically I work out 6 days a week and so far has offered great support. The toe width is great as I insert orthodics and sometimes my little toes are squeezed with other shoes. They are light weight but the structure of the shoe seems ideal.

As a PE teacher I like to look nice. Needed a black pair of shoes and like the look of these black/gray Influence. They fit true to size. I also have a pair of Influence with the pink laces.

I teach 7 Jazzercise classes a week. Needless to say, I go through my tennis shoes pretty quickly and am pretty hard on them. I have been wearing the dynamics for years, but have been wanting to try the influence for a while just based on it's style. I love the support and function of these shoes. My feet are terrible and need a lot of arch support and cushion and these shoes definitely do that. I will be buying more in the future.

I have several pairs of Ryka shoes. I use them for zumba workouts and with the pivot spot they are great. This pair is the first I found that had a wide width. I wish this was offered more. I have wide feet and typically need to go up 1/2 a size to accommodate. This pair of shoes is a bit stiffer than my others but after a workout they feel good. I think the stiffer gives a bit more support. Love the shoes. Offer more wide widths with the pivot spots.

Love these shoes! I tried to love the Zumba brand shoes, which have great colors -- but the Ryka are so much more shoe. Great support, great snugabilitiy in the mid-foot, which I find critical for Zumba.

I love these shoes for zumba class. The circle part on the bottom makes it a lot easier to turn my feet for the dance moves than my old gym shoes. They fit well from the beginning and did not need to be broken in.

The shoes are great, seem sturdy and well made. My only complaint has nothing to do with the shoe, most of the reviews said these ran small so I ordered a half size up and they are definitely too big. I would suggest ordering your usual size for exercise shoes.

I love the Influence and recommend them to all of my customers. Great agility in the shoe for dance. Nice pivot action toe bed. Toe Bed is wide enough to spread out your feet for certain moves when we land. Just enough 'tread' so you don't slip and slide but you also don't drag. Very lightweight. Awesome high impact cushion. I'm on my 3rd pair.

I can't really fault the sneaker, it just did not fit me personally. I often have issues needing a wider forefoot and higher toebox. I wish Ryka sold sneakers locally to try fit. I have running shoes but wanted a shoe that would be suitable for Zumba and lateral movement exercises. The 9.5 medium width ended up being too snug. Not sure going up a half size in medium is the way to go. No wides were available. Shoes was very comfortable and felt quite padded. Had it fit, I would have been very happy to keep it. Zappos is a great company and makes buying and returning so easy.

These shoes work nicely, look great, and feel fine. As a YMCA member, I often workout there, however, but in a minimalist way I like one pair of shoes per workout and also walking to & from the car involves passage thru rain or snow at times, so I prefer a waterproof workout shoe... I cannot use the dropdown buttons for gender and age etc down below on my iphone.
