The level of extra arch support in these shoes is outstanding and alleviates pain in my arthritic feet.

I love my Ryka sneakers. I do alot of HIIT, walking and functional strength exercises. The ankle support and comfort of the soles gives me the much needed knee, ankle and foot support I was looking for. The shoe has definitely exceeded my expectations..

I bought these for dance (in my living room, on hardwood floors) and some cross training (again, inside). They have PHENOMENAL arch support - I had been having heel pain, and since wearing these, my foot pain is totally gone. One tiny thing I will say - I used the sizing tool on the website and then picked the size suggested for me, but I could have gone up a half a size. They're just a TINY bit tight, but so tiny that I wonder if sizing up a half size would be too big? In any case, I decided to keep them and I love them, but my next Rykas (and my next shoes will *absolutely* be Rykas) I think I will size up a half size.

Perfect for training in the gym. Supportive and light. Fit like a glove.

This is my first pair of Ryka's. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit my wide feet comfortably. These are, by far, the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I typically wear flip flops anytime I can get away with it just to avoid wearing shoes and having my feet "suffocated". I'm sure I will still wear them on occasion; but the arch support, cushioning, and width (not to mention basic foot protection) all make these shoes seem a lot more appealing than my flip flops any day.

These are my second pair of the Influence. I work in a gym and these are my go to daily shoes. They fit and support my narrow feet really well and there's no breaking in

Very supportive and comfortable! Design keeps feet from supination out or pronation in, so ankles/hips stay aligned ..love them!!

Love them! They are very comfortable and true to size. It is hard to find workout shoes that are true to size, but these are, not to mention very stylish. First time buying Ryka and not disappointed.

These are my first Rykas, and I love them. They fit my feet really well.

As usual with Ryka's , I loved these right out of the box. My steps feel bouncy and well supported. I absolutely love the coloring of these, they tend to go with anything I am wearing. It is unusual to find an athletic shoe for women with greens, which is my favorite color. Very happy with these and would definitely buy again. I am a Ryka girl, have been for years.

This is a great shoe for fitness classes! I teach & take kickboxing, Bootcamp & HIIT classes. I love the support and pivot points of the sneaker. It gives me stability where other sneakers have faltered in the past. I needed a sneaker that could move side to side as well as jump and turn. I also take strength class and it still gives me the stability I need for weightliftingthis does it all.

Comfortable walker, great balance when weight lifting, fantastic support when running! Best training shoe. They are lasting with never a blister. Ryka Quality & Style!

The best high impact studio shoe I've ever had. Not sure about the extra room in the toe area...I feel like I'm sliding around a bit, but the rest is fabulous. I just wish you had the other color I wanted in my size.

I'm so pleased with these beautiful, comfortable shoes!! They fit my foot perfectly, and feel like I'm walking on a cloud. My feet feel truly happy in these; and I love the colors.

These are the most comfortable Work out shoesI've ever owned! I am a group exercise instructor and teach 15 classes a week. It is very important that my feet are comfortable! This is my fifth pair of these shoes and I will only continue to buy these!

This is my fourth iteration of Influence....always perfect for Jazzercise and other activities such as walking and just being. There is enough arch support and cushioning to form fit my feet. I always get wide width to accommodate my foot structure....bunions that are now so large they promise to become sixth toes on each foot. So easy to balance when that happens.

I'm loving these trainers so far! They are very roomy in the toe box, which took some getting used to, but they are very comfortable and provide a lot of support.

This trainer is so light and comfortable you don't feel like you're even wearing them- except for the foot support. These are the best trainers I've ever worn.

Excellent shoes! Most comfortable things I have ever put on my feet. Perfect fit for my just over medium width feet.

Excellent shoe for Jazzercise. Supportive and comfortable. Moves easily on the floor without any grabbing that might hurt the knees! I have two pair that I alternate!

I always know when I've placed my foot into a Ryka. As I lace it up I feel the support around both sides. When I take a step I feel my arch supported. They never fail me. This hasn't changed in the last ten years or so. Thank goodness!
