Great fit and true to size. I wear an 8 and they were perfect. They felt a little stiff at first but they quickly became much more pliable. Very light weight. I knew I had made a great choice when I wore them to my Zumba class and realized thet my instructor was wearing the same shoes!

I wore them to exercise at home and they worked, so I am keeping them.

Size 8.5 and fit true to size. Comfortable right out of the box. I use for HIT training and plyometrics. Great shoe.

These are such great shoes for dance-cardio. Wonderful cushion, and support for side-to-side movement. The N-Gage sole is like the old version Ryka made of a higher-top shoe called "N-Gage". Unfortunately with my orthotics, and foot issues, I couldn't use these and had to return.

This is the second pair of these shoes that I have purchased. I use them for Jazzercise, a dance exercise class that I take. After one year of use, I purchase a new pair of shoes to avoid back problems. The older pair now rotates into the everyday use pair and the new pair is only worn on the gym (or home gym) floor. Excellent shoes for dance exercise because we do a lot of rotations.

I love that over the years I have always been able to depend on Ryka for maintaining their sizing and styling. They have added items over the years but when I need to replace my Jazzercise shoes I know I will find what I need. Although they are made for a wider female foot to start, because I have a wide foot and high instep I am grateful they make a D width. Thank you Ryka for your commitment to a good shoe and thank you Zappos for carrying them!
