This shoe was so obviously too big right out of the box. The size on the box was 6 but the shoe was a 10. have to send back

way too small and no support ... i love born boots but these shoes had none of the qualities i like!

I loved these shoes but there is a high tab on the back that made a huge blister when I walked in them. :(

I didn't notice how square the toe box was by looking at the photos on the web-site. Quality is OK. Not the best. Leather on the stiff side. What turned me of completely was a shape of the toe box and cleavage. Shoes felt uncomfortable comparing to my go-to Via Spiga ballet flats. Navy was quite dark almost blackish. The trim is not pretty. Bloch flats are much better about the trim.

I was so disappointed in these Born shoes! I previously had a pair of regular Born shoes that were very comfortable and fit fine at the time. Now bunions have caused my feet to be very wide in the front but still narrow in the heel. I thought getting the wide pair would fit better now, but these were actually narrower than the regular width ones I had. They don't come any wider, so they were returned.

These shoes bloodied up my feet so bad, I was lucky I wore them in summer. That way I could wear sandals for a week while my wounds recovered. One wearing and the backs of the shoes ripped apart the back of my ankle. I am so upset that these shoes were so expensive and I will only get one wearing out of them. The height and curve of the material just rubbed with every step.

Even though I exchanged it for a wider size, it still was very narrow. Did not seem like an authentic Born shoe. Usually Born has a good arch support.

I wanted to love these because I have a narrow-ish heel, and they looked like they would stay on. But as soon as I tried them on, I could tell they would bother my bunions, so I sent them back. Thanks, Zappos, for making it easy to see if a shoe will work for my feet.

color was way off. Says "navy", but it's more like a washed out denim blue color. They were comfortable, but returned item as the color would not go with much.

This shoe was not true navy. It was a denim color. And the shoes I received were very scratched and used looking. Maybe they were deliberately "distressed," but between the color and the scratches, I was not happy and am returning them.

So sad. I love Born flats. Everything was great except the color. Panna Cotta was the color I ordered and unfortunately it was not what I was expecting. I was looking for a metallic color, on the silver side which it was. Unfortunately the silver was accented in a way that I can’t explain except to say that it looked the the shoes had been swiped with brown shoe polish all over. The overall effect was awful.

The back heal would dig into your achilles in only your left shoe. The right shoe was fine. Neither shoe was identically made. I have never had trouble with this brand of shoe before this purchase. These shoes were mismatched.

The ribbon banding cut across the width of my foot, had to return them. So disappointed, I've worn the Born brand before, but this style is tight across the top.

This shoe runs small. I could not keep it on long enough to see if it was comfortable.

Nothing cute about this shoe. I ordered the grey and it's very flat and dull looking. Like the color of concrete. My foot is wide and the toe box fit well, but the shape of the toe was not attractive. As others said, the back of the heel came up too high and rubbed the back of my heel.

I have 3 other pair of these exact shoe but this one was way too narrow in the toe.. So frustrating. There's no quality control in the retail industry any longer. Not even bothering getting another pair in black because who knows if I'll be wasting my time again.

There is virtually no arch support to this shoe. The insole at the arch on a size 11w was extremely narrow and essentially useless.

Everything about these shoes was perfect except for one major defect - the back heel is so high and rigid that it dug into my skin after just a few minutes of wear and did not appear it would ever soften. Very disappointing!

Runs small and the gold color is not solid.

Not at all like the other colors available in terms of fit due to the different leather material. The black leather is so stiff and tight, I cannot wear these. Had already ordered the same size in the pink color and fit fine. So assumed the black would fit and wore them outside without testing first. That was a mistake I am stuck with now.

Disliked the look of these shoes once I received them, so they're going back. Ordered my regular size and they were really tight. The toe is too round and isn't flattering in my opinion.

Zappos is really great for delivery and exchanges. Had to exchange the shoes from a medium to a wide, which still isn't wide enough. The manufacturer does not make shoes like they used to.

Ordered these in Wide and they were definitely not wide, in fact it looked like someone had written in "w" on the side where the width was listed. Returned.

They're not comfortable at all!
