I wear a 9.5 M and these fit well. I have a narrow foot but the band around the top works for a narrow foot. I have the same shoe that I bought 6-7 years ago and liked those. Those had a flower petal look on the front which dressed them up more. These are very plain.

I ordered these in my normal size (8.5) and the mid brown color. They are all I've come to expect from Born. The quality was excellent. The color was rich. They fit my foot well. However, the toe box on these is just slightly small. I still wanted to keep these because of all of the above, They really look great, and I know that Borns wear very well. Maybe they'll stretch out a little in the toes? In the end, I chose a different shoe, but if you don't need that extra little bit in the toes, you should try them. What have you got to lose? These shoes were just a fraction too tight across the top of my toes. I have a similar pair from a few years ago ( discontinued style) that I love and was hoping to replace. Sadly I have to return them.

I loved this shoe but it was too short for my toes to be comfortable in. Just reordered 1/2 size larger. Fingers crossed. Thank you, Zappos for your quick deliveries and generous return policy. Will continue to be a customer!

Having a very narrow foot size I was delighted to discover that these medium with Shoes state on extremely well because of the Elastic around the upper edge

Perfect shoes

Nice shoe, and I have difficulty finding shoes that fit and don’t hurt. This is my second pair.... I got a wide and they don’t hit my bunions, yet also don’t slip off my narrow heel. I consider these casual but they can also work with a dress.

Beautiful and subtle silver/pewter color. As comfortable and true to size as all my previous Born purchases. Love this brand! Great for narrow heel/medium instep feet.

These are great shoes but require a little breaking in. They are very comfortable but I got a horrible blister on both heels the first time I wore them. I recommend these shoes but just watch out the first time you wear them.

Good basic shoe for work.

After many trips back and forth from UPS, I finally found a winner. The pewter shade is not silvery, but a darker, more attractive metal-grey. The fit is fantastic - mostly because of the gentle elastic bands around the inside of the shoe. A very nice shoe. My second in this series!

I am sadly returning these cute shoes. I liked the style, quality, and comfort, but they were too small - my big toe was squished. I usually wear a 9.5 and actually have two pairs of Born boots, one in 9.5 and the other in 9, so I was surprised that these 9.5's were too small.

This is my 2nd pair of the Born Julianne, I've been waiting for the perfect brown-yay! I have a long, skinny foot with high arches. The Julianne is the only style of flats that I have found that actually fit my feet without being too loose on my foot and without a big gap along my arch. Plus, I love that they have a little heel, decent arch support (they are flats, so not much can be done about that), and they have some cushion in the heel and the toe pad, which is also much more comfortable that any other flats that I've ever worn or considered buying. The style on these is nice, too; covers my toes without coming too high on the top of my foot. So happy to have this style available in so many colors!

I absolutely love this shoe because it is true to size fitting my size 9, medium width foot, perfectly! I have a flexible high arch, so some shoes just do not feel comfortable for very long, but this flat is an exception. I just replaced my exact pair, which I wore for two years, every work week, at least twice a week, and it lasted! I hope Born never discontinues this flat.

These fit me well and are very cute, if a little plain. I initially thought they were a little tight, but there was very little breaking in (less than a day) and now they're very comfortable. It's a quality shoe even if it's not the most unique style. I'd buy it again.

I have had these for 2 years. I do not wear them often, because i prefer heels. However, I wore them to the zoo and walked all around New Orleans in them and they were great. My feet didn't hurt at all. My legs were tired from all the walking but my feet were fine. Highly recommend!

They just arrived. They are perfect. The last 2 were not. I’m so glad I could return the 2 that did not fit. Now to get my refund. That is why I love Zappos.

Really like this shoe; have three pairs (tan, gray and mustard)---but I must register a complaint. The finish on the tan pair rubbed off quite sometime ago (black on both sides, looks terrible). Yes, they're a year old now, but really haven't been worn that much. It is so disappointing for $90 shoes. The gray pair is still okay (not as old as the tan pair). The mustard pair has held up really well; oldest pair of the three.

Really nice color light brown leather and can be dressed up or down for casual or for work. I ordered a 7, which is usually my size for flats and I was surprised to find out how tight they were, so I went half a size up to a 7.5 and it fits much better!

So comfy. I ordered my usual 8.5 medium width per Zappo recommendation. In flats I often have an issue with the heel being too loose. These hugged my foot. I felt the toe box a little short and that often happens for me. The nice thing is they started to loosen up with a little walking round the house. I love the hugging fit, even if they are a little on the plain side. The arch support seems good. I often add arch support insoles, but dont think I'll need them for these shoes.

I have this shoe in other colors. It fits great, and is comfortable for all day standing or walking. However, I ordered mid-brown, and the color I received looks much more like the tan color. Since I need them right away and cannot wait for an exchange, I will be returning them.
