This is a great rain jacket to wear when i'm in a more formal outfit and don't want to wear my short rain jacket. It fits true to size and keeps you dry. However, I do wish that the sash in the middle was not sewn into the jacket because I don't think I want to tie it and would like to remove it.

This is a cute rain jacket, but not nearly as fashionable/flattering as I hoped. Much of the design is very similar to the basic Columbia rain coat I've been wearing. The longer length is nice, and I was hoping the waist tie would add a little extra flair, but it's not super flattering. If the waist tie was a few inches higher up on the waist, I feel like it would be perfect. This hits at an odd place on me (long torso problems), making my hips look much larger, rather than a flattering hourglass shape. I am 5'10 and usually wear a large, I ordered up as per the reviews and got an XL, I think I would've been fine with a large, but the XL isn't oversized enough to warrant an exchange.

I love the length of this jacket. For a rainy Florida summer day, it's the perfect length to cover down to your shorts so you can stay completely dry. It works better than a poncho. My only compliant is that, unlike other Columbia rain jackets, this one doesn't have a lining, so if you put it one when you're already a little wet, it will stick to your skin.

Functionality:
It says rain jacket and it is. Kept me dry on my Iceland trip. However, the rain drops stick to the jacket, instead of sliding off. In heavy rain, it did seam to stick to me. This could be due to sweat.
I love the color(got Nocturnal), lightness, the tie belt and its casual-yet-smart look.
Fit:
I am 180lbs 5'7" and got a large. I usually wear a large in Columbia, so the fit was good.

I wear a size 6-8 and ordered a medium. It felt a little large, particularly in the sleeves. I had to role the sleeves up at least an inch. I like the style but I think I fall between small and medium. The length is perfect and the belt added extra style that wasn’t fussy. The belt is built in to the back so you don’t have to worry that the tie will slip off or become twisted. The hood was just okay - it fit fine but I’ve tried on others with a better fit (this one rubs my chin). The fabric is nice (doesn’t make a loud crinkley sound that some rain jackets make) and there are no distracting colors or logos. I would have liked a few more pockets, especially an inside zipper pocket for things you don’t want to loose. I’m still not sure if I’ll keep it due to the long sleeves and it looking a little oversized. My measurements: 5’6”, 138 lbs, bust 34D, waist 28.5”, hips 38.5”.

I use this jacket for lightweight rain at dismissal time for my school. It keeps water away, super light in muggy humid weather. This is an extremely light weight rain jacket, so would best work for spring or summer rain only. I am usually a Large in Columbia, but sized up to XL per other reviews and it fits perfectly.

This jacket is a great length. It's active yet stylish. I really like the hood and hi neck zipper coverage to protect from the elements. Light weight and great for packing.

I love almost everything about this jacket. It's light but durable, keeps me both warm and dry even when it's pouring down, and covers basically everything I need it to. The one thing I dont care for about this jacket is the fact that the ties are sown in, I usually wear it open unless it's raining, and they just hang there unless tied since it cant be removed. I typically tie them back however and it still looks quite fashionable. Very cute and I would buy it again however.

Took this jacket to Africa and it was exactly what was needed for this trip. I was able to wear this jacket over several other layers and still look stylish. I did not wear the jacket in a heavy rainstorm so cannot state if truly waterproof.

I haven't worn this in a full on downpour, but overall I'd say it's a good coat. I was surprised it was unlined, but it's not too warm that way. The tie is fashionable and functional. It's a good length, and the two-way zipper helps make it more comfortable in the hips.

I love this jacket because of its tie-waist style. It runs a little small compared to the last large-sized women's Columbia jacket I had. And, I thought it would be a little longer as well. Nonetheless, its as close to what I wanted as I could find and my previous experience with Columbia jackets is that they are fairly durable.

This jacket keeps me dry but the material feels pretty cheap. I don't feel like the cost and quality match up in this particular case. The jacket is not as long as a trench should be.

This color brightens my day! It's vibrant. It's lightweight and easy to fold up. My new go to rain jacket it's covers just over my butt. I am5'5 132 pds
I can fit a fleece under it to layer up which I love !

I bought this for my wife for trip to Disney. She wanted a longer coat to cover longer shirts in the rain if she sat down. Great length and product for this type of use.

As I live in Seattle, I was looking for a trench coat that I can wear to work on rainy days. I am 5'6 and weigh 170lbs and usually wear a size large for tops. I ordered an XL to give me room to wear sweaters underneath. I received the jacket today and it fits well, but there won't be much room for layers underneath as it was a bit smaller than other jackets in the same size I've purchased from Columbia.

I normally wear a small in jackets and originally this one seemed fine, but I gained a little weight and it doesn't fit anymore. I'm 5' 4" 140 lbs. Really love this style though so I'm going to order up a size. Unfortunately I ordered this in 2015 so I can't return it anymore, but like it enough to order again.

This rain jacket is pretty awesome. It kept me dry during a hike. Although it's thin, it kept me warm on a 50F day. I don't care for the pink strings on the hoodie though. I would definitely wear a good layer underneath for extra warmth. It looks way thicker in the picture than it actually is.
