This shoe is so very comfortable. An insole fit well. True to size. After wearing this shoe for a few months though, I find that it is not wearing well. The mesh upper has a hole in it! Otherwise a very nice walking shoe.

My favorite style of running shoe is the Adrenaline. It's extremely comfortable and fits well. My only complaint is durability. A recent pair lasted only about three months before breaking down. There was very little mileage on the actual shoes, the breakdown was from daily wear running around doing errands and lightweight activities. But, because they have such nice fit and the right kind of support for my feet, I keep coming back to them. Just wish the overall quality was a little higher.

I do love this shoe - lots of compliments on the look. But as a larger runner - with big feet...the Adrenaline was my sneaker of choice since about ver 6. Some editions seemed better than others but after trying the 11 & 12 I just didn't feel like they gave enough support. Switched to Ravenna for about a year or more - and then grabbed these 13's on sale. I'm liking them again - but alternating with the Ravenna. My first run in them was 10 miles and got blisters on the inside of both my heels - that's never happened but have been using for shorter runs and it's not recurring. Love Brooks! For me they're the only womens runners that really run 'true to size.'

I have worn this shoe before and liked it very much. Honestly, I think something is wrong with this pair. From the very beginning my foot supinated, leaving the outside of my feet very tired and sore. I would not be included to buy it again. Love Zappos though.

Pretty shoe, but not enough front foot support for me. Need the support for Jazzercise, so these will have to go back! :(

Fairly comfortable but too hard in the heel area for me. I need support AND cushioning. I start to ache after an hour of standing while cooking. These are going back.

Brooks shoes are great for those of us with lousy feet. This pair didn't have quite the support in the heel I was used to with Brooks. Good shoe otherwise.

I have chronic heel/foot pain & these shoes are an excellent find that I can wear to work! It is very difficult to find shoes that are comfortable enough for me to function somewhat normally. They are very comfortable & work with my custom orthotics. I've had other Brooks that are even better for personal use, but it is extremely difficult to find all black shoes with black sole, so I was thrilled to find these (I didn't realize how "blue" the markings are, but beggars can't be choosers, &I can get by with long pants). Not to mention, this is the first time I've tried Zappos and was thoroughly satisfied with selection offered, price, free shipping, ease of using & quick turn around!

I tried these on at a sports store. I have been wearing Asics, most lately the 2170. But I've been suffering from hip and ankle pain and most recently shin splints (ouch!). So these were suggested to me. They are not the cutest shoes out there. I wish Brooks (which is a fantastic running shoe company btw) would find a way to keep their excellent shoes but in a nicer presentation? They look so big and remind me of clown shoes. But alas, I overpronate and have flat feet plus suffer from the pain issues mentioned. So cuteness has to take a back seat to functionality and these have that base covered for sure. They feel great, much better than Asics. I did have to order a half size up though and I am always a 10 in every shoe.

As often happens I was so excited to get these sneakers! Took them out of the box, & put them on right away. I walked around the house on the carpets for quite a while and they felt pretty good, so I was ready for the road test. After the first walk (3 miles) they felt a little snug. I thought I'd keep wearing them, and that they would stretch a bit. That didn't happen. So now I have a great pair of sneakers that are just a bit short in the toe box. If they didn't cost this much I'd get another pair in extra wide. Wearing a 13 wide is most often a challenge. I guess I should be a little more patient, wear them a while longer, and go for the extra wide next time. Sad me.

Provides arch support and stability. I use it in the gym primarily, it makes a difference while running on the elliptical, puts less strain on my feet because of the support it provides.

I got these shoes because the reviews said there was good arch support. I have had Brooks in the past and they were supportive, but these particular shoes have very little arch support. I'm sending them back.

I usually wear a 9.5 in Brooks running shoes. Last year's GTS 12 had an odd fit in the toebox, but the size 10 worked. And the 12 had great fun colors. With the GTS13, Brooks is back to the great fit of the GTS 11, but the color selection is drab and boring. Not even an extra pair of fun laces with the black shoe. Oh well. They feel great, at least.

I wore the Adrenaline GTS line faithfully until I developed a bunion that pushed me to look for a different shoe last year. I found the Mizuno Alchemy and LOVED it, but unfortunately it has been discontinued; Mizuno is recommending their new Paradox as a replacement, but it is not even close.

I bought this as a gift and the recipient was not crazy about the design. She did say that they were comfortable but they ran a bit small.

Good looking but...the toe box was a tad too tight for me. I have worn Asics for years and had seen great reviews for this shoe so I thought I'd give them a try. Love everything about the Brooks but the toe box so they are on their way back to Zappos.

Comfortable enough, the foot bed is wide enough. My only complaint is there isn't much cushion in the foot bed & it makes for some rawness after you start getting up in the miles. Definitely not super comfortable to wear with a thin sock on 15 miles. Probably necessary to add an insert. They are good, but I've had more "cushy" pairs of Brooks.

I liked these shoes when I worked out indoors but once I went running I felt like I was running with bricks on my feet. Way too heavy for me. Going back to my Mizunos.

I have to return this shoe. It is too small in the toe box. My shoe size is 11, and I ordered a 11 1/2. After wearing them for 2 hours my feet stated hurting. I am going back to New Balance.

I'm so bummed about this shoe. I've been wearing Brooks Adrenaline's for years and after wearing out 3 pairs of the '12s, I went for the 13. For some reason, Brooks redesigned the shoe and made the heel super wide. It's okay for running but any lateral movement causes the heel to slip. Disappointed as I wore them out for my run this morning and that's money down the drain.

I loved the look of these shoes. I am not so hip on the psychedelic colors of runners these days so these were perfect for me. I debated between the reviews that stated to upsize by half size and those that said they were true to size. Should have gone with the true to size faction, as I am now sending these back. They were pretty comfortable though. Only comment on fit was that they sucked my socks into the shoe, which was a little annoying.

I always buy Asics but I tried a pair of these Brooks on in the store and they felt good. Ordered them on line and they just didn't feel the same. I think maybe they were the GTS 12 in the store. To me they feel hard on the bottom of my foot, not soft and comfortable. My one toe next to the small toe is getting a sore spot on it. The last running shoe I bought that felt perfect as soon as I put it on was Asics Gel-1160. They seem to always change the model and then charge more. I'm still looking for a good fit. I just bought Asics Pheonix before these. They have been okay and as a matter of fact, they feel better than these Brooks. I do like the look of these but comfort not really there and I spent a lot. Was going to run a half in them. Probably go back to the Phoenix. Love the color though.

I like these shoes because they are comfortable, light, and good for running. However, they do not hold up well. The mesh at toe area got a hole shortly after I bought my first pair. Zappos recommended buying a pair 1/2 size larger which seems to be helping but the mesh is still wearing and area around top back heel is tearing. I've been running for years and never had shoes come apart like these. I keep ordering the shoes hoping that some improvements have been made and they will last longer. Giving them one more try. I am very happy with service from Zappos-couldn't ask for a more customer friendly business. Reminds me of the good old days when customers came first. Top notch company!

I had high hopes for these shoes, but they were so uncomfortable and stiff! I have bunions and wide feet and although they allowed for my bunions, the arch was so uncomfortable they made me overpronate! Unfortunately they have to go back!

These shoes looked great. I wore them for a 12 hour shift in the ER and my legs and feet were sore; I tried another day, same thing. I am disappointed, especially since I've had other Brooks shoes that I liked. Now I have expensive shoes that I can't wear to work. Maybe my foot needs were wrong for these shoes, but I didn't even like them with my inserts.
