I just want to document that I made the mistake of reading reviews that said these shoes seemed larger than their stated size, and that people should order a size smaller than normal. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller, wore them around at home for a few hours and thought they were ok, but would give some over time. Then I went on a trip and wore them several days in a row - definitely too small. Too late to return them, but I really wish I had ordered my normal size.

Absolutely love these shoes, they are so cute! However after owning them for a little over a month the front part of the sole has broken and is sticking out from the shoe. I don't wear these shoes everyday mind you, they are more of a weekend staple. So should they have broken already? No. Pretty bummed about it and hopefully I can return them for being defective. Haven't decided wether or not I'll get the same ones again...

A feminine twist to the classic boat shoe with a lower vamp. Detail and quality are great. My feet are wider than average, and so the shoe pinches my toe box. After 3 wears, the shoe has not stretched out much and still rather uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time, but they are too cute to return!

I ordered these for the color, and because this Sperry style tapers towards the toe giving it a more feminine look. While the yellow is gorgeous (not too bright, with a slight green tint), the toe tapering was a problem. While my feet probably are slightly wider than average, I have never needed a wide shoe. The toe tapering only exaggerated my foot's wideness, making my mid-foot appear HUGE, and the toe box misshapen. I think I'll go back to the Angelfish style, which I don't have this problem with. Great job to Zappos for their always fast shipping though!!

Really cute shoe! The platinum color is amazing. I usually wear 7.5/8 and ordered a 7.5 they are a little big. Returning them because the seams inside rub my toes a bit. I was also disappointed that the laces came untied almost immediately after trying them on. Too bad, I really wanted to like these.

Bought my normal size and they fit perfectly. Tight out of the box, but then realized they have laces, so adjusted them to fit. Cute, more feminine version of the traditional boat shoe.

Great style, and very comfortable. I'm 9.5N and while this shoe doesn't come in narrow widths, I found it to run narrower than other Sperry M widths (I don't need to insert an insole pad to take up the slack). Color is great in that it takes on a gold or silver hue depending on what you're wearing.

Very cute pair of boat shoes. A modern take on a traditional look. Love the colored sole - I have gotten so many compliments walking down the street. Great to feel comfortable while looking stylish!

Yes, the boat shoe I've been waiting for! Quite comfortable, padded footbed, cute fabric lining, and the soles are perfect: white on the edge for that classic New England look, but pink on the sole for something unexpected. The ties will probably come undone; that's the nature of the beast. Search the web for different ways to tie leather laces on boat shoes.

Ordered this shoe in an 8.5. Perfect for fall. Have worn over and over again. There was no breaking them in. Very happy with them and know that if I hadn't had been, Zappos would have returned with no problem.

I absolutely adore these shoes. I purchased them about a month before I was leaving for a two week trip abroad, as I knew I would be doing a lot of walking but didn't want to wear tennis shoes. These shoes fit the bill! They are stylish, feminine, durable, and comfortable after a long day of sight seeing. At first they seemed a bit snug, but they quickly loosened with more wear. I am a huge Sperry fan and recommend the brand to everyone I know!

This show runs a 1/2 size smaller than what I normally wear for Sperry shoes. Order a 1/2 size up on this one!

I really like these shoes. They are very comfortable and true to size. I did loosen the tie across the top just to let the shoe widen a little at that point.

Had these for about two months and I love this shoe! Although the color says platinum, it is definitely gold (true to the photo). A few reviews have noted to get a size smaller, but after wearing these for many long outings, I recommend getting your regular size, unless you have wide or narrow feet of course. Originally, I was concerned the size 10 I ordered was too small (my toes are slightly wider than average), but the shoes have relaxed and stretched considerably.

These shoes are so comfy. And they feel like buttery leather. I love them and and several in this line.

Perfect color and shape. Super soft leather. Keeping the laces tied tightly alleviated any issue with the roomy sizing. I usually wear an 8, and bought an 8. They are on the bigger side so buy a size down if you prefer a tighter fit.

This is my zillion the pair of Sperrys, and I must say I've never been disappointed. I always order a half-size down and tough out a few days of discomfort. I find that Sperry boat shoes tend to stretch and mold to your foot the more you wear them. I just love how these look like the feminized version of the men's A/Os.

Wore them all day, right out of the box. I am so glad I purchased these instead of ballet flats. They are the softest leather and feel like slippers but a bit more supportive. My normal size 8 fits perfectly. I got the yellow and cream color. Very classy yet perfect with jeans.

I love this shoe. Very comfortable. I have a high instep so this design is perfect for me. I recommend it to anyone looking for an all around summer shoe.

Great comfortable shoe! I ordered in a 9 (my normal size) and an 8 1/2 based on other reviews. While the 9 is slightly on the big side the 8 1/2 were too snug for comfort. Between feet swelling from walking around and heat in the summer time I kept the 9s. This shoe is is a great alternative when you just don't want to wear sneakers. The color is similar to as pictured but I think you can get away with wearing with both gold and silver.

I love this style of Sperrys!They are very feminine and the color goes with everything. The first day I wore these, they hurt my feet really bad...and I wore them for 9+ hours at work. But the next time I wore them, they were so comfortable and they have been since then. They keep your feet looking slim. No arch support, but very comfortable after the first day of breaking them in. I wear an 8.5, but for Sperrys, I always wear an 8 and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend!
