If you need an actual rain/mud boot, this isn't the one! Rubber (plastic?) split so can't be used in wet conditions. Too bad; it is a relatively comfortable and nice-looking boot.

For as much as these cost, they seem very cheaply made. The insert completely fell apart after I wore them for just a couple hours - most of that time I was sitting at my desk.

I love these boots and they are my second pair of Chooka's but they just don't last. Second pair that has split open at the ankle areas and the lining fell apart.

I wore these boots for 4 weeks before they fell apart. Granted, I do a lot of walking and sometimes wore them for entire days in the snowy city. The insoles are not thick or padded, they are more for rain use than for snow. That being said, with the right socks, they do the trick. I liked the ease of pulling them on and the generous adjustable calf width. However, the boots bunched up when I would bend or fold my legs. I think that is ultimately what led to their destruction and the rubber split in several places on the seams. I was sadly disappointed.

I am sad to say that these shoes were a complete disappointment. After about a month or two of wearing these, a hole formed on the outer part of the boot on the inner side. Every time I walked the hole would open up more. I was very sad that they were like this. Cute style but not worth buying because the rubber quality is bad!

The rubber split in several places, along the back seam and on the both sides, where the boot shaft folds when walking. Overall lasted about 2 months.

I purchased these boots from a bricks and mortar store. Within 5-6 uses, the boots cracked and were unusable. Overall, I liked their appearance - they are adorable boots. BUT, they were not comfortable (no arch support, the bottom felt unstable), they were not easy to walk in. And they literally cracked on the side within a few uses. A friend of mine experienced the same, except her boots cracked on the seam. Not worth the money.

I bought these because they looked sturdy enough and I liked the brown leather detailing. Upon first wear, noticed they were a little on heavy side, felt a bit wide and had absolutely zero insulation -- but I wasn't too bothered. However, I have had them just over a month, and they already have an inch-long hole near the sole. Terrible quality. Would not recommend.

I loved these boots. Have had for just a little over a year and they are falling apart. Quality could be worked on so disappointed because I loved them.

I was so excited to find such a fashionable yet seemingly functional rain boot. They seemed to be a good fit when I tried then on, but I did find that they lacked support in the foot bed. I was okay with that, so I simply bought an insert to give my foot a bit more support. Like other reviewers, I did find that after a few months of wear they no longer kept my feet dry, and today when I went to put them on, I found the entire back seam of one of them had split. I have owned this product for less than 7 months. Don't waste your time on this shoddy product just because its cute.

Do not buy these boots! For starters, they are matte. So no matter what they always look dirty! I took them out of the box and they were covered in a white powder that I cannot get off. I have only worn these shoes (for very short periods of time) about five times and the inserts are already bunching up and ripping. They are not comfortable to walk in at all. I am so bummed I bought these boots and didn't realize how terrible they are until it was too late to return. Do yourself a favor and do not waste money on these boots.
