They are going to be my go to brand for sneakers now. I put in custom insoles so I can't speak to the insoles but I can say they are sturdy, the quality is very good, and people tell compliment them often. I'm heavy on my shoes and have put a lot of miles on these and they have held up very well. I suggest buying your true size with these.
