At first they were making squeaking sound. Now leather is ripping.

This is not my first pair of this brand/style of shoes. I have LOVED these in thepast. I must have rreceived a lemon pair. They are super noisy and don't fit like my others pairs have in the past. Kinda dissatisfied.

Very stiff & not very well-cushioned (only know this from trying them on -- did not wear them for very long).

Very nice looking shoe, and somewhat comfy, but after just a few minutes, my troublesome left foot began to hurt in places I've never had it bother me before. Then the sizing runs big. I usually wear an 11 or 10.5 and read the reviews about it running big. But there were no 10.5's available, everything else, but not that, of course. I chanced it and indeed it was just a half size too loose. Too bad, as I really like the looks of the shoe, the price not so much.

I CAN NOT answer any of these questions. These are NOT the 1st pair of Timberlands Rejova's I have owned. I am a nurse I have purchased many pair. Unfortunately I can not get these on and I have ordered wide before and had no trouble getting them on. I am NOT happy. I need these for work.

I was really excited to try these shoes. I purchased them because of the trusted name Timberland. I wore them for six hours in the hospital and the heel literally exploded. I have owned nursing shoes for years before without having to replace them. These shoes lasted not even a full day. I would not recommend at all!

I had a pair that I bought in 2018. Loved it and it lasted two years, saving me the feet/knee/and back pain. I bought another pair last year in the same size but it felt too small, rubbing against my toes. I returned that one minus shipping fee. I decided to give this brand another chance so I went half a size up this year. Something about the heavy material - the top of the shoes felt heavy and they rubbed against the top of my feet which would leave marks on my skin. I don't get as much fatigue compared to other shoes but my feet and my knees still hurt at the end of a 12 hr shift. I'm a nurse on a busy unit and I walk roughly five to seven miles a shift.

I ordered this item and received a pair of shoes that were different model but the same size. Customer service helped and I got new ones. The leather didn’t look new it had a lot of scratches and marks. However the soles looked new. It seemed that these shoes were handled a lot. They didn’t even came in a box labeled as the brand. A little disappointed with zappos.

I have purchased these shoes in the same size for many years. This time they were too small, I couldn't even get my foot into them. Customer service didn't know if the shoe has been resized or there was a manufacturer change. Warranty department was clueless as well, Neither can tell me what size to return for. Very disappointed.

These were relatively light weight and broken in pretty quickly at first. Since I bought these pairs, I only wore these for work for 6 months ,but leather on top started cracking already. I think for the price they are charging, the quality should be better and last longer. I am pretty disappointed, and will never purchase Timberland shoes again.

I wear them 4 days a week and in 2 months got a small crack in the "leather". Now at 6 months the crack is huge. So disappointed!! Would have rather spent more and got a pair of danskos!! Such a disappointment!!

I could not not even get into them, the arch is too low. It's a pity, because they looked wide and comfortable. Had to return.

I wasn't able to get this shoe on my foot. The mouth opening is completely too small. Shame it looks like one of the best shoes out there!

I bought these thinking that they would be comfortable & the 30 day guarantee was a plus, they were comfortable until about day 40. I'm a server & on my feet for 36-40 hours a week on concrete & hardwood floors, these shoes wore out fast. I even put insoles in but that didn't help. My feet were swollen & painful by the time I was done for the day. Don't waste your money

Having chronic Plantar Fasciitis, I am always on the lookout for comfortable shoes with a cushiony sole. These would not be it. I found these shoes to be not only very stiff, but with quite a hard bottom. Also, i have skinny "low volume" feet, and these shoes are definitely more appropriate for people with thicker, higher volume feet.

I'm on my feet for hours and owned a pair that I wore for about 5 yrs. I loved them. Very comfortable. Ugly—but who cares, I'm in a kitchen, no one is looking at my feet. They held up well. I'm a 10N and ordered a 10N and they were perfect. They discontinued the style I had and replaced with these. I ordered a 10N and they were too short. I ordered an 11N and they were huge. Returning. Whatever happened to a 10 being a 10 and a narrow being a narrow? I'm having this problem with all styles and companies.

I hate this shoe. I won't be able to use them and I've wasted the money. The size felt true, and the width; those are the only two things nice i can say about them. I have a terrible time getting my foot into the shoe, the opening at the throat is too small. After twisting my foot in, the overall fit is nice, until I get up and walk. The shoe design tips me slightly forward so I am walking and standing on the balls of my feet. After standing like that for 8 hours, I can barely walk because my feet hurt so bad. Tried using gel inserts, but getting my foot into the shoe without crumpling the gel insert is impossible. Total waste of money.

I was disappointed that the sole separated from the shoe which was otherwise in almost excellent condition.

I bought a pair of these and was working about 60 hours a week in in the service industry in 2010. I never had a rocker type shoe before, but it is not good! Within a couple of months I developed plantar faciitis. For those of you that don't know it is extreme pain with every step that runs down the middle of your foot from the moment you step out of bed everyday. Using the shoe is like walking in a flip flop always having to lift your foot up with each step. I stopped using the shoe and dealt with pain for 4 months of trying to diagnose... I cured it with 3 weeks of 800mg ibruprophin 3x per day. I would not get these for work!

This style has definitely changed in quality. Sadly, after the 30 day comfort guarantee, I'm in bed with calves & heels aching after a not so busy night waiting tables up/down stairs. I've been wearing them nightly, all of a sudden crap! I used to wear Danskos & really appreciated the cushioning these shoes gave me vs those. This 2nd pair looks like my 1st but don't be fooled for the price. Sad after 40 days.

I'm a chef and am on my feet long hours. I have had them a few months and was hoping that they just needed a breaking in period. Not true. They are so uncomfortable and my feet hurt after an hour. I no longer can wear them. I bought a pair a few years ago that I loved. They must have changed them.

Ordered a wide width based on a pair a friend just got which slipped on perfectly. Couldn't even force this shoe on my foot. Ordered a size up, same thing. Both returned.
